My photographer recommended Birdie and after stalking their website and social media, I had a gut feeling this is where I was going to find my dress. I read several positive reviews, but none of them prepared me for how amazing this place was. They absolutely exceeded my expectations! The dresses were amazing, but Katie and the other stylist MADE the experience what it was. They made me feel confident, comfortable, and beautiful in everything I tried on and knew exactly what I wanted in a dress. They helped capture priceless moments with my entourage and for that I will always be grateful. I can’t imagine saying yes to the dress anywhere else!

I had a full day packed with appointments and by the time I got to my last appointment, at Birdie Bridal, I was feeling a little bummed out. Until I met Sofia. Sofia was fun, bubbly, and greeted us immediately with champagne. I felt totally comfortable stripping down as she pinned me into dresses. The second one I stepped into was my dress, that was it for me. My mom knew, I knew, Sofia knew. I cannot sing Birdie Bridal’s praises enough, or Sofia-the sweetest t tiny human being ever. I had the absolute BEST experience here at Birdie Bridal!! Haley and Sofia absolutely made the experience what it was. BB has the most unique and stunning dresses with both quality and great prices. The dresses are all so beautiful, and the stylists were perfectly adept to making the dress I envisioned in my head come off the hanger and onto my body with ease! They made me feel beautiful and just made the whole experience the best day ever!! I was stuck between two dresses and Haley knew exactly what to do to help me make up my mind. They gave feedback, but were never over opinionated and truly just wanted me to feel beautiful. I wish I could go wedding dress shopping ten more times at Birdie Bridal! I truly cannot express how amazing my first and only wedding dress shopping appointment was at Birdie Bridal, but I will try because I think everyone should have such a positive experience! First of all, the boutique front is gorgeous and has such an airy, boho look. The expert stylist, Ellie, greeted us at the door and treated everyone to mimosas, which was just icing on the cake! Ellie was super knowledgeable and just fantastic at her job which made the process so enjoyable. I found the dress of my dreams with her guidance and the try on process was just perfect. I am so grateful I chose Birdie Bridal and would recommend to any bride to be!

I went to David’s Bridal and couldn’t find anything I liked under $1,000. I thought for sure I wouldn’t be able to go to a boutique and find a nice dress within my budget. I took a chance when I saw Birdie Bridal posting on this page about their anniversary sale. They had SO MANY options within my budget. In addition, my consultant Sabina made me feel confident and beautiful in my own skin. I wasn’t worried about things like arm flab or back fat. They have a comfortable atmosphere where you can be yourself. Be open-minded with dress shopping! I went in wanting a trumpet style, blush colored, all over lace gown with all the sparkle. I fell in love with a bright white A-line dress with zero lace and just the right amount of sparkle.

Absolutely love! Birdie Bridal was my third stop on looking for my wedding dress and by far the best! The whole experience was what you think of when dress shopping and the store is beautiful. There are such positive and relaxed vibes, the ladies there really make you feel comfortable and beautiful. Brianna was my stylist and she was AMAZING! IN LOVE with birdie bridal!! All the consultants were so amazing and nice! My dress was nowhere near what I thought I wanted but i fell in love and such an amazing price! I was expecting it to be at least $2K if not more and it was $999😱 absolutely beautiful and such a comfortable safe place!!

I ultimately did not choose my dress here, but the service and selection was fantastic none the less. I told my stylist, Ellie, the style I was going for and she pulled two options at a time and let me choose which ones I wanted to try on. I ended up trying on 4 amazing dresses with one very strong contender. The prices on these dresses are amazing as well. All dress are under $2,500. I would definitely suggest Birdie Bridal for brides looking for affordable dresses.

Highly recommend shopping here! I personally have been on the hunt for a black wedding dress within my budget(under $800), but they had many stunning white dresses too! Sophie was my stylist and she listened to what I wanted and made feel like a million bucks without all of the pressure of a salesman. I ended up finding the dress of my dreams here, and it was a wonderful experience! My mom and I were even treated with mimosas when we arrived!

I had just gone to Birdie Bridal yesterday the 16th. The staff there was so welcoming and wonderful. I had the best experience I could of asked for. It was my first time going to a bridal salon and trying on dresses, they were patient and kind & I found my dress! Fit me perfectly and I couldn’t believe it. Fell in love with the vibes, gowns, and prices at this boutique. They contacted me after to model some of their gowns in a photoshoot, then immediately cut contact after finding out I’m part of the LGBTQI+ family.Update: I’ve been assured that the lapse of communication was unrelated to me communicating my LGBTQI+ affiliation. While I personally have not been able to identify any of their social media posts they state show affirmation for LGBTQI+ couples; I hope I’m mistaken and they continue to publicly affirm. They have been kind and professional in responding to my experience.

Making the appointment was super simple! The process was so easy, just to get on the website and pick a date and time! It was followed up with an email, and a list of potential dresses with prices. The day of shopping, I chose to look at 2 bridal boutiques, Birdie being my second one. Ellie, my stylist, was amazing. She asked me the vibe I was going for, as well as the time frame of my wedding- so she could be sure to only pick out dresses that would make the time slot. She would pull 2 dresses, and ask me which one I preferred. After finding about 5 dresses, we went back to try them on. She had me try in my favorite one first- and I was IN LOVE! ❤️ I continued to try on the others, and although they were all lovely, I couldn’t stop thinking about the first one! My guest picked out a few and we tried those on, but Ellie was upfront on why she didn’t pull those for me- and after trying them on- I could completely agree with why she said that! I tried on my favorite dress again, and she put on a vail, and let me play around with the head pieces, and I said yes to the dress! I was able to walk out with it, and my cute pink bag! And set an appointment for minimal AFFORDABLE alternations for a couple weeks later! So happy I found this place! So easy, and fun! Plus we had the entire place to ourselves! ❤️

She knew exactly what kind of dress we were looking for and was so smart about style and fits! We were offered mimosas or water and had the best time! My experience at Birdie Bridal was WONDERFUL. The girls were so helpful. They were careful not to pull dresses out of my price range or that would not be in in time (due to me having a timeline crunch). I found a dress that I loved and they immediately were texting their boss to get in contact with the designer to see if it could be ordered. I ended up not getting a dress there but they had so many gorgeous gowns. I also felt like a princess the whole time there which is a huge plus when wedding dress shopping!!

I had a wonderful experience with Birdie Bridal even though I never actually made it to their store. The booking experience was great and they were so friendly and flexible in changing my appointment a few days beforehand. I accidentally stumbled upon my perfect dress elsewhere and I really appreciated how the owner reached out to me and worked with me in having to cancel my appointment. They truly seem like a great family-owned business that puts their brides and customer service first.

*******UPDATE: Although the initial service was amazing, my dream dress did not turn out as planned. They made me order my dress a size 14 which was at least 2-3 sizes too big for me. When I explained this to the owner, she proceeded to speak over me and gave me the “wedding dress sizing is just weird and we have to size up”. (I am a size 6 in regular dresses). I was very disappointed in how the situation was handled. Alterations were about $500 to “fix” my dress for it to bunch up in all the wrong places and looking back at my wedding pictures makes me a little upset knowing I didn’t feel or look my best in my dream dress. The seamstress said herself if she would have taken the dress in more, it would have bunched up due to how much it had to be taken in. The dress could NOT have been made to fit to my size, I had to try on the dress 3 times before getting it remotely to fit right.Future brides, I understand wedding dress sizing is weird, but take note of your measurements and contact the maker of the dress if possible. Take into consideration the fabric of the dress and how the try on dress feels(this is something that should’ve been done by the stylist, but unfortunately she steered me the wrong way and the dress swallowed me). They say “it’s easier to make smaller than larger” but That doesn’t mean you won’t lose details that make your dress feel amazing on you.I hope this helps some future brides and saved them some money on alterations. I definitely feel like I was robbed of about $350 worth of alterations that could’ve been avoided if the stylist would’ve done her job correctly...————-I went in last Saturday morning with a couple of my favorite people. As soon as we came in, they were super sweet and welcoming! Kayla was AMAZING! She was extremely helpful in finding just the right dresses for me. We went around and pulled some of my favorites and Kayla also pulled a couple that she thought I may like. She was very conscious in not overwhelming me with options which i loved!By the end of my appointment, I had found the “dress to beat”. I had other appointment at a different shop that same day so we got ready to head out. Kayla was so sweet and I felt no pressure from her to buy the dress. We even took pictures with the “I SAID YES AT BIRDIE BRIDAL” even though i hadn’t officially said yes! (she secretly knew from the look on my face in THAT dress, that I’d be back ;) hahaI ended up loving that dress so much, i went ahead and scheduled a second appointment to try the dress back on and officially said yes to my dress!Absolutely loved this bridal boutique! They were all so sweet and amazing and special thanks to Kayla for being so awesome, helpful and sweet!

Visited this shop because my sister had found her dress here and it was highly reviewed in my Facebook groups. My stylist was Sabrina, a kind, spunky woman! I had only been to one other store prior to this appointment so I wasnt expecting to be in the situation I was in. Unfortunately, the appointment took a turn downhill because of conflicting views between myself and my entourage. I had fallen in love with one dress, and my family (of four) had all loved a different dress. I ended up bawling in the back room because the conflicting opinions left me so distraught and confused. Poor Sabrina truly did her best to play the part of a caring friend and encourage me to feel comfortable in my views, even if they differed from my groups opinion, because I had loved my dress. Ultimately, I left empty handed. I appreciate the support the stylist tried to provide, but I couldnt say yes to a dress knowing everyone in my family preferred another. I would only caution the store and the stylist to be careful in the choice of words utilized in a difficult situation like this. I know it was not the stylists intention to be mean or anything, but words like rude and judgmental were mentioned in regards to my group. I could tell she was just passionate in the moment because she could see how much I loved the dress and knew how disappointed Id be in leaving without it. I did LOVE that she also encouraged me to call my fiancé who was his charming self and put my emotions at ease. I dont think I could have gone to my other appointments without this conversation that she suggested. I would suggest visiting the store as they have beautiful gowns and easily accommodated my curvier body.

Birdie Bridal was perfect. I had spent my day trying on dresses, I’m already indecisive by nature, I was tired and becoming even more hopeless. Ellie was amazing. She was incredibly helpful! The first dress she put me in was the one! Even better, Ellie and Kayla made sure I would be able to have it in time for my wedding day! I tried on a couple more, but they just weren’t what I was looking for. Things fell perfectly into place, I felt as though it was meant for me to find my dress at Birdie Bridal.

Birdie bridal is every brides dream dress shop! I was greeted with love and kindness and treated like a princess. Sophie and Ellie were my stylists and they both have this energy that immediately brought joy to my heart. Even though I was the star of the show, they made everyone with me feel just as special which I absolutely loved. My 10 month old nephew was part of my crew, which we all thought he might get out of hand and possibly annoy someone. They loved the fact that he was there and made sure he felt just as comfortable as the rest of us. I traveled to Fort Worth all the way from New Orleans. I stumbled upon birdies bridal while searching for bridal boutiques and thought, why not make a girls trip to Texas! I’m so glad I did because I found the most gorgeous wedding gown! I did NOT expect to go in and find a dress that I loved in my budget, but it totally happened! The girls at Birdie Bridal will listen to what you want and not try to push anything on you that is above your budget. It was a great experience and I should have just gone here first. I can not say enough about Birdie Bridal.My family lives out of state so I went dress shopping with them but didnt find the one! So I ended up going by myself to Birdie Bridal and it was the most amazing and unique experience I could have had.The bridal salon is a smaller one but in no way was that a bad thing, it has such an intimate vibe. Kayla was my bridal stylist and we got along great, it was as if I had brought a friend with me. The other two stylist who were there were also amazing, I just didnt work directly with them.I ended up saying YES to the dress here, but even if I hadnt the experience was so worthwhile. Every bride should go here to look for a wedding dress, even if you dont find the one, it will be one of the best bridal appointments you will have. They only allow 2 brides in the salon at one time so it makes it a more intimate experience than most other bridal places and they give you a mimosa to start your appointment, and you cant go wrong with a mimosa! :) Do yourself a favor and make an appointment here!xoxo

These girls are the absolute best and you can tell they really love what they do! They went above and beyond for me to try to find my dream dress. I ended up purchasing my dress elsewhere but they were still completely there for me for referrals for alterations and they found me the perfect veil for my dress! Even though I had purchased my dress elsewhere, they gave me the same great service when veil shopping. They have a great variety of different kinds of dresses in pretty much every size - and if they dont have it, they can order it or try to find it! They are very responsive on facebook and have answered all my questions within an hour! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I had scheduled an appointment with Birdie Bridal, and they called the day before the appointment to confirm. I told them I no longer needed the appointment but I would come in to avoid the cancellation fee if it applied. The woman on the phone did not give any information regarding the cancellation fee, so I assumed it was all good since she didn’t mention it. The next day I received an email and a $50 charge on my account saying I had missed my appointment. I called them immediately and asked what the charge was for that I had cancelled my appointment on the phone the day before. They informed me their cancellation policy is 48 hours before the appointment. Not once was this information related to me over the phone when I was canceling my appointment. I said that’s ridiculous, why wouldn’t you tell me that while I was on the phone? They said the cancellation policy was on the website. So, to be clear, if you call me to confirm the appointment, and I cancel the appointment over the phone with a representative from the company, it’s on me to check the website to confirm I’m not going be charged for cancelling - WHILE on the phone with someone at the store??? Terrible customer service. I expressed this to someone who I assume is the owner, and she didn’t seem to care how upset I was. This company does not have very good customer service as it was made apparent to me. I’m warning other brides so they don’t get taken advantage of the same way I was.

Not to mention everything is so affordable at Birdie! I purchased my wedding dress from them last year and just had my wedding this weekend, everyone thought I spent a fortune on it for how elegant it is, and their jaw hit the floor when I told them where I purchased it from. They have amazing prices, amazing studio, and better than amazing customer service. I was sceptical due to being burned at a few prior, but I walked in, told them what I wanted to spend, and they were with me every step of the way.

I scheduled an appointment two days prior. Nikki made me feel super welcomed and was very attentive to my indecisive needs! Within an hour I fell in love with a dress. Nikki took photos for me (I went alone so my dress could be a surprise for everyone) so I could go back and forth and compare the dresses I tried on. I highly recommend Birdie Bridal if you are looking for an intimate setting where the owners make you their only priority!

I found my wedding dress at Birdie Bridal. I mostly worked with Syble and she is absolutely amazing! She worked with me to help find the perfect dress for me. I had been wedding dress shopping before and had the experience of not being listened to when I said I disliked something but Syble never did this to me.
