I have a new JanomeM7 that I purchased in Missouri. I scheduled a class to learn more about my machine. The staff at the Sewing Center helped me and made me feel at home. They couldnt have been more personal with the class. I was having trouble with my needle threader and they fixed it in a jiffy. Thank you all so much for teaching me about my machine and for the quick repair. I plan to return to the Sewing Center for a quick visit and maybe even buy some material.

Clearly not in need or want of business. I asked them if they had any Janome machines in stock. They responded right away with a Yes what are looking for. In which I responded back the models I was interested in with no follow up. 48 Hrs after that email was sent I sent another follow up.. with still no reply. I think I will happily take my $ elsewhere. Customer service is always essential.

Nice customer service. Beautiful & largeselection of thread to choose from. The ladies helped with a color selection when I ask for opinions. Thats very appreciated. This is a reliable & quality shop

I love this store. I bought my first machine from them more than 20 years ago. I left the area and just recently moved back and have found them still to be as courteous, knowledgeable and friendly as they were back then.

My Janine 6600 works better now that when I bought it at Busy Bobbin years ago brand new, took two different machines in for servicing very happy with results, price and customer service. I plan to take the other two in at a later date

Has quite a bit James in there store. Unfortunately like most sewing stores there very proud of there wares and have little time for new customers unless your spending a lot, then they have all the time in the world .

I was charged 15.00 for a used bobbin case. Later the same evening I looked on line the average price was 5.00. I will never go back to the sewing center.
