Beautiful material, crafts! Store is set up conveniently. Thought the patterns are very overpriced. I mean its tissue paper, not gold leaf. They would sell more patterns if the prices were reasonable. I know that isnt the stores fault. For the average person that loves to sew, 4-5 patterns knocks out $100.--. Ill keep using my own patterns!One pattern was exactly my 8th grade grad dress from 1964! Unbelievable.💙💙💙

I love Joanns there is always something new to check out craft wise and some times you get lucky and meet a nice person that likes the same thing you are shopping for and very helpful (shout out to an awesome young lady that helped me today ) keep up the good work.

Nathan was extremely helpful! Honestly I don’t know anything about sewing. The amount of questions I asked had to be annoying but he was very professional.

I went in for velcro by the foot, and the young man who came to help me took me right to it. However, when I then handed it back to him and asked for a yard of it, he looked at me like I had just ruined his whole day. He did, however reluctantly, go and cut the velcro for me. I miss Hancock Fabrics the selection and customer service was far superior.

I shop there very often. They are always friendly and polite. They will also give project advice if asked.

My first time ever at JOANNs and I was pleasantly surprised! There wasnt a huge jewelry making section, but there was a good selection and I was able to get some beads that I have had a hard time finding. Staff was helpful and friendly.

We were looking for camo fabric. These ladies were friendly smiley and laughy. We knew camo was a long shot. I left there wishing to I do a sewing class.

I went to buy a 8yrd piece of tulle. Walked up to the cutting table with my fabric. Nichole was speaking to a lady about some minkey dot fabric that had just been cut for her. Makayla was watching the conversation. I waited about a minute with no acknowledgment or eye contact from either employee. I took a number. I waited another minute or so without acknowledgement from either employee. I then walked to the register to see if I could get an employee to assist me. The only two employees I saw were Nicole and Makayla. I went back to the cutting table. I waited patiently for Nichole to finish her conversation and decide that i was an actual customer with fabric to be. She said Sorry about your wait. I replied Me too.I absolutely do not understand the total lack of customer service.Also please someone in charge tell Nichole that I as a customer I can not stand service industry employees chewing gum while waiting on customers.But I absolutely think its beyond disgusting to pop and snack that gum while working with a customer. All you do is spit on the work surface and utensils, the customers product and the customer every time your gum pops. Nasty.With our experience with COVID have we not learned our germs are transmitted through our saliva, spit. Not just COVID but cold, flu, H1N1....etc. lets please continue to be safe. No gum.

The lady at the fabric counter was fun. Was able to identify grogu and put up with my terrifying sense of humor. Will go back to hit the button.

The staff was very helpful. Theres an electric scooter and a fancy wheelchair/shopping cart available for disabled customers. There are tons of selection in all kinds of home crafts and hobby materials, plus a clearance section in the back that is useful for budget-minded shoppers like me.

I spend way too much when i go. They have a good selection for what i do. When they have sales on fabric, its always super good prices. The staff is very helpful as well!

I do love this store and the app is a must have! I will say though, my last trip was just because my $10 smiles reward was set to expire that day. When I went to check out the reward had disappeared from my account. Apparently this has also happened to several other folks. The employee suggested that I screen shot the reward next time. This shouldnt be the case, however I hope someone else sees this, in case it happens to them.

It has it all. From fabrics to foam rubber from Holiday decorations to do it yourself wood projects and everything in between ti get thd craft project done. A nice clean store with equally nice and clean restroom I never have to wonder the last time it was cleaned. Great coupons if you download the Joann app and no need to print them out they scan them right on your phone. The ladies at this store are a great help and when you need inspiration they are there with that too.

I enjoy the fabrics they have but, I have a difficult time finding prices on the material. It used to be tagged on one end of the bolt but, now it seems they are grouped with a sign, discount etc. The last time I bought material the bolt was in a discounted area and I thought I knew what the price was. Boy was I wrong. It was a simple material, nothing fancy but, ended up being $10 a yard. I had her cut 2 yds. Next time I will definitely ask what the price is before cutting. Another issue is the past few times there were several people working but, only one cutting. I was behind a lady with a cartfull. The lady cutting had to ask for help a couple of times before anyone stepped up.

Guys. Seriously. THE nicest people ever. I went in for their sale (super dangerous to do, by the way) and was met with a thousand non-creepy smiles the whole time. They knew the answer to every question I had without a blink and even helped me work out a few details to a project I have planned. Even though its a craft store, I didnt expect the workers to all be so crafty and creative! Five yards of fabric, four things of googly eyes, mini pinecones, and some unicorn spit later and I left through their doors extremely happy with how I spent my hour. Only downside was the part where I blacked out and spent $40. (Joking! Kind of. My wallet is sad. Send help.)

A great crafts store which almost always has what you need for that project youve been working on. However, items here can be a little overpriced compared to their competition such as Wal-Mart and Hobby Lobby.

Very rude service by two of the employees. I told the older lady with blonde I need help with something and she rudely pointed and one of them people will have to help you. She was beyond rude. I will not be going back and I will be telling friends. Word of mouth is very important, right?

Joanns is the place to go for all your sewing and crafting needs/wants. They have 104wide flannel fabric which is wonderful for the t-shirt quilt I am making for my grandson. Also, if you download their app to your phone, they have great discount coupons you can use for your purchases. Its probably a good thing that I am a 40 minute drive from them.

Im going to say this place is just okay. They have decent selection but it used to be better. I used to buy headliner material here but they no longer stock its. I have heard the same disappointing complaint from many other people that I know in the automotive business. I would think as a manager thats they would want to stock it since there is a market for it in the area. If they started carrying it again I would bring my business back and spread the word. but they no longer stock it. Yes you can order it but in our business time is of the essence and that is not usually an option.

Service was super bad, had a pick up order it was slow. Took 15 minutes had to call twice. Honestly Michaels and hobby lobby are way better.

I Love everything and anything that has to do with crafts and if you are like me you will absolutely love this store. Employees are nice and actually ask if you need help unlike walmart where they run from you. They also have great deals on yarn. Most of the time they have coupons they are more than happy to give you. Highly recommended for craft needs.

I used to shop Joann a great deal. Now only out of necessity. I hate to say it, but they are really over priced on most of what I wanted. Seemed like just so it would look good when they gave a discount. I did find some notions at a fair price. We still need them, so do what you can.

They have lots ofsewing and crafting things. Pretty pricey, but if you look long enough, you can find sale items. Nice,knowledgeable people.

Store was clean, well organized, and well kept. I was however unable to find an associate to assist me while I was shopping, and when I was prepared to check out it took about 7 to 10 minutes for anyone to notice my presence. Staff that checked me was was helpful at the register and friendly.

The place is a good place just make sure on fine fabric you watch them carefully cutting it but everyone is human and we all can make a mistake from time to time.... The other fabric was cut perfectly... The people there are really nice...

Over whelming, confusing but, I have never been to a fabric store. Wal Mart has been where I go. After all that the ladies were most helpful they found everything for me. The employees are intelligent and caring. Will definitely go back. I have the sewing bug now.

Ive signed up for email and texting and I recieve coupons ALL the time. The great thing is, you can stack coupons at Joanns. So if you have a paper coupon that has a different barcode number than your digital coupon, you can use them both at the same time, like I did this afternoon.

Peggy and other people working there remember me and are very attentive. They answer questions because I have just started learning to see on your heavy duty Singer sewing machine. Thanks bunches yall!

This place is a joke and a rip off. People who work here are rude and dont care about customers or providing excellent customer service. The lady who waited on me was so rude when I was asking questions to figure out what is best for me with what I am looking for. All they care about is collecting a paycheck. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. Shop somewhere else like hobby lobby for your craft wants and needs at least Hobby lobby cares about its customers and providing excellent customer service.

It has been years since I had been to joanns...they have so much!!! And simplicity classics! Art supplies...florals.....much much more!!!
