Always busy and everyone that is employed there always willing to help. I stopped in for a suggestion on how to alter some lighting that I had purchased and the gentleman that helped me could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable. while they are not the least expensive in town, the convenience and knowledge and merchandise they have is worth it

Located near the airport and several marinas they stock a wide variety of hardware and tools. This is the place where serious mechanics and engineering types get their stuff. Way beyond the home improvement places.

Very helpful and almost everything is less priced the Home Depot. People there are knowledgeable and kind as well as treat you nice. Lets all help local businesses. Better prices and lots of customer service how can one go wrong. Ty again for being around.

Remember the good old days when customer service was a thing? Well, this place takes customer service to levels unmatched anywhere. It seems like every employee knows the location of the entire inventory and is always ready to help. No need to walk around looking for help, they are there and ready. They make you feel like the customer still matters.

This business reminds me of a small clown car were 15 clowns come out. Ive no idea how they have these close to impossible to find parts in such a small store. Do you have a dinosaur huff polisher? Sure, how many you need?

Great place for miscellaneous hardware and fittings. The staff is very knowledgeable as well. Its a shame that the owners do not smile or show too much enthusiasm.

Store is a cluster(great group of people inside to help), but if you have time to look around its awesome to see the assortment of stuff, metric, standard, etc... lots of marine parts harder to find stuff... Great place!!!

You walk in the door with the exception of the woman at the door thats counting the amount of people allowed in the staff there all the staff that I have spoken with are interacted with know their store very well are very cordial and very eager to help went out of their way to make sure I got the parts I needed I wasnt sure about a fitting and I asked if I could take it walk out to my truck to refrigeration unit I had to see if it would fit they said no problem!!! try doing that at Home Depot!!!

They gave pretty much everything. It’s a shame they aren’t more customer friendly. I try to shop small businesses. Rather than wait in a line, I ordered what I need online at a big box store and it was ready by the time I got there. They even brought out to my vehicle for less money.

Being a private hardware store, they dont do the ace rewards, even though they sell ace hardware products and all their bags say ace hardware on them. Other than that, the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help you out with any questions.

Quite possibly the rudest staff in the entire city for any business. They dont know what a master key is then once they just copied my existing keys they yelled at me and told me to get out lol. What a joke. The owner is no better than their pathetic staff

Needed to rethread a engine intake stud for the handle in a very tight position, Chris in nits and bolts was very helpful and hooked me up w the proper hardware, dye, wrench washers and bolts to do the job.

Young employees unfamiliar with Hardware murchendice. Three people directed to to 3 locations for faucet washers. Finally found what I needed in a drawer with multiple UBC Lablels instead of a description of the product in the drawer. Friendly staff without detailed training

I build and fix stuff that asks for hardware and hand tools not available at the well known 3 store chains. McDonald has from all kinds of milimetric screws so common in the industrial Chinese invasion we live in today to rare paints and metal profiles. Cant find it? Go McDonald!

THE hardware store in Ft/L! Vast stock just about anything that you would need for any project. Prices are on the high side but you seem to get what you pay for. A new parking lot adjacent to the store opened a few years ago making a visit there much more enjoyable. Generally helpful staff although sometimes they seem very reluctant.
