Great hardware store. Went there because fellow plant enthusiast recommended a specific soil for cactus and succulents that ACE carries. A lot of products. I didnt have time to cruise each aisle. I collect keychains and they have a great selection. Maybe locksmith could be a little less obvious asking the cashier if I stole any of the keychains. Made me feel like a petty thief. Ill be back. Theres a square planter I need!

I rarely frequent Ace, but each time I do, the staff is amazingly friendly, helpful, and service oriented. Even if they dont know or have what Im looking for, they bend over backwards to help however they can. Customer service as it should be.

This place has everything you may not be able to find at the big home improvement stores. I needed some specific stainless steel hardware and they had everything I needed.

These guys are the best! Paint department was so patient with me about finding the correct bases for the 6 different exterior colors I had them mix (in quarts) and was very helpful with coordinating them. This store is a hidden gem! And they have a Miele vacuum sales and repair! Whoooot!

Nice little store. Very clean. I bought a 6 foot ladder here for 90 bucks.

Took care of a refund issue promptly. Would go back again but tucked away into a plaza thats convenient only for those that live in the area. Traffic can be a bear, so get your errands done well after or before rush hour. Hopefully some eccentric billionaire will dig a useless tunnel with a astronomical price tag to alleviate absolutely no traffic whatsoever!

Youll most likely get what you needed yes but i find this place often untidy, staff wondering around or having a group chat in a corner, price tags missing, Aussies blocked off by boxes, that sort of thing. I never browse there it is not nice and returning items has often proved an ordeal.

Whoever is managing this store is running it into the ground. Every time I go in (less and less frequently) it is one more step worse. They need to read the ADA access regulations. Cluttered shelves, inventory stacked in the aisles, trip hazards from worn floor covering and extension cords.

Great store thats a mix of a hardware store and Bed Bath and Beyond. The staff is always friendly and eager to help you. This Ace has a great inventory. The few times I needed an items that wasnt in stock, they ordered it for me and call when it was in.

Went to purchase a 6 Werner fiberglass ladder on sale, For 49.99. They were out of stock. They took our phone # and called us before we returned. So, We prepaid for the ladder. And the cashier ordered the ladder and we picked it up 5-14-21. Which was 5 days later. All, Very knowledgeable and very friendly employees! :) :)

Well managed, helpful staff. I went in looking to purchase another Yeti cooler and to my surprise found out the sell Bogg Bags. It was like Christmas in July.

Ashley the cashier has no customer service skills at ALL. I was just checking out and she acted as if I was such a bother... no hello from her... nothing. Maybe the guys in the back who actually have customer service skills should train her on how to talk to customers. Ridiculous..

Sure it doesnt have the inventory of the big box stores but there is always courteous help which is in short supply at the big stores. And their inventory is not bad at all, and much better quality and choice. Always my first hardware store to go to.

If you cant find a part..go to Ace..they have everything

Was working on an important team project and we needed some tools. The staff helped me find exactly what we needed and we were able to get back to the project quickly.

Unfortunately people judge the way you look and that’s how life is sometimes we had a very unprofessional experience with the store for the very first time of ever shopping there. The manager Beth was super rude and sadly we had to contact corporate because she was rude to us more than once the first time we let it slide the second time we just had to put an end to it and contact corporate because it was ridiculous and unprofessional I work in retail and no one should be treating customers or judging them ever. We all have our bad days but there’s no excuse for it. Because at the end of the day customers don’t know the employer some selves so there’s no reason to take it out on them.

I stopped by to drop off a torn flag to retire it, by the way the best idea they could have implemented, and was able to get a difficult to get sprinkler fitting within seconds with the help of a readily available associate. It would have taken me longer to park at a big store than it did for the whole thing here today. Kudos!

Needed a specialty item on a Sunday and they were open and had the item I needed very friendly sales staff and helpful. Little pricey but worth the trouble to go there and have the exact item I needed. Some of the best sales help around South Florida

He got the product down for me carries it to the front, even waited for me to pay and carried them out to my car! Quick and easy first experience. I’ll be back when they have more in stock :)

Excellent service! I walked in, was asked what I was looking for, was told the aisle it was in. I thought that was fantastic but it gets better! An announcement was made that baking the aisle I would be in and another staff member met me and showed me my options. Best shopping experience ever!

Telling others who I love this place: it isnt Home Depot, its closer than Lowes and its locally owned by great folks with superior customer service skills. Plus it gives me an excuse to take a little drive along the beach!

I’m giving up on ACE, the lack of product knowledge from staff is tiring. I’m always having to return to replace. Tonight was the final straw, went in for screws and wall studs, selected what I wanted and the staff member counted, coded, priced individually and packed in the little envelope. Got home and the wall studs were an array of different sizes. Independent hardware stores from now on, where the knowledge is a passion. You guys just don’t cut it.

All I can say is that they follow the Helpful, Hardware Folks. From the second I walked in, a young lady asked if I needed help with anything and she directed to to the aisle needed, paged for someone to meet there for assistance. There was a polite gentleman there upon arrival who helped me locate my item. Followed up with questions and verified it was the correct item by getting a second opinion. Theres plenty of parking as well. Im glad to have found this store, and you will be too.

Always a gr8 Experience. I shop with my company at home depots all the time unfortunately theyre the closest to most of our construction sites. I wish there were more aces around. Very personal feels like a mom and pop shop feels like the old days and believe it or not they carry screws bolts knots that home depot does not carry unless its a special order. Do you self a favor and at least think of going to them once in a while we can afford to have These specialty hardware stores go out of business because once this happens were in the hands of the big corporate America.

This is the only place I could find my replacement carafe for my coffee maker. They have a lot of wonderful things for boaters, house renovators, house cleaners, and barbecue event people. I always go in looking for one thing oh, and come out with so many different things that I didnt know I even wanted. Im on a mailing list so get coupons and discounts sometimes. This is a great place to get your keys done, because their selection is good and the keys always come out perfect.

This is really an interesting hardware store. They carry a lot more household items because they are close to the Port and get lots of seafaring traffic. I find the diversity of goods fun and interesting. They are a bit pricier than the huge warehouse hardware stores, but still acceptable.

This is a great hardware store in a great plaza. They have an eclectic selection of goods and service is always super friendly. Good alternative to driving a bit further to Home Depot for the locals.

I have been using this Ace for my household needs for the past 4 years and they always exceed my expectations. Consistently courteous, helpful and knowledgeable in all areas of the home. If they do not have an answer, they ask an associate you does have the answer. They have unique items you wont find other places. When I have a question I go direct to this store and know I will get a good product and installation directions, if needed.

Bought Adirondack chairs w/ drink /wine glass holders on line and picked up at store.Staff very helpful and secured into my truck. Went back a couple weeks later and bought a Weber grill. Great experience, knowledgeable staff.

This Ace is fairly well stocked. The prices are a little on the high side, but it is one of those rare hardware stores that is well staffed. Every time I go in here an employee will offer me assistance. I can get better prices at a Home Depot or Lowes. But this place is closer to home and I can get in and out quickly.

I have gone to the following Ace 3 times and those 3 times, I got pressure and tracked down by the employees. this place has a lot of racist employees, I didnt want to say it or think of it, but there is no other explanation...a white couple walked in and no one bother them, as soon as I walked in someone ask how can I help you (normal), but then I had an employee tracked me down and I heard their radios saying someone is walking to the back. a few seconds later I had an employee walking really fast, ask me what I was looking for and then another employee showed up, ask me the same thing, they didnt leave me alone. at one point I had 3 white males in front of me.I was there to buy something, I look professional, there was no need of pressuring or having someone breathing on my neck while I was there, this was just horrible and I will never go back there again.HORRIBLE experience.

Well I love Ace hardware I shopped at Ace since I was a little girl but unfortunately it was closed when I got there!

When I walked in I was greeted by the Cashier and followed up by a sales associate who directed me to the right aisle...asked if I needed further assistance and then let me browse at my leisure.I then misplaced the receipt and the manager said he would look through the receipts in his system and email me a copy. I know it can take a while looking through purchases without any specify ID number or reference so I was so appreciated! Thanks, David!

There is faith in humanity of south FL because of this store. Im originally from Ma and this store and the people in it made me feel like home. 100% there for the costumers. We were getting set screws for a bike exhaust total came out under $3 which was under the limit for a card, one of the employees offered us the money. We ended up just buying something else but people that nice and sincere are un herd of down here. Well done!!

Pricey but good selection

I was just in there. I was literally stopped by an employee throughout the isles as if I was going to steal something. He blatantly followed me asile by asile. As an aircraft technician I make decent money. I wouldn’t have to steal anything. I found a 1 inch wrench that I needed and he continue to follow me. I should not of bought it but I ended up buying it to prove a point finally I said something. Needless to say, I will never step foot in that establishment again.
