Placed an order, couple of days later the order was cancelled by them, and the money refunded. I had no communications from them at all that there was a problem with the order. I only discovered the order had been cancelled when I went to checking on why I hadnt received it. They should not list things for sell that they do not have in stock, or should keep better track of their inventory, and should communicate better with customers. Now, I wouldnt order anything from them...period.

Placed an order for two drills. They gave no shipping info so i wrote in the notes my number to contact me. Received an email that my order was confirmed so i tried calling them regarding shipping but they didnt answer. Then i received an email stating that my order was canceled. No one ever contacted me about why it was canceled and i tried calling multiple times leaving messages and still no response. So unprofessional. Will never order from them again

When I asked why I hadnt received any of my items I was told by Alex S. that they are out of stock and DONT CARRY THE ITEM I ORDERED!!! Why..... Why the hell do you have it listed on your website if you dont carry it? Total scam of a company, dont waste your time, keep looking elsewhere for what you need! The response I got was, well someone shouldve contacted you to let you know the order was not processed. Again, dropping the ball in customer service 100% !

Nice variety of almost everything, electric tools, plumbing, fixtures, electricity, and all in small parts you may need to do any fix around your house or business, this small store with a nice environment personal kind and very helpful, always ready to give you a hand while your trying to find that little super need it stuff, overall its a nice place to shop around you may find more than you were trying to get.

Horrible horrible company. Paid for expedited shipping. Tried to contact them 9 days after order to check status. Didnt get back to me until 12 days after order apologizing that items were back ordered and sorry they didnt inform me they also asked how I wanted to proceed.. I said cancel the order as it has been to long I needed the items FAST. No response then shipped items following day with a message stating items have been shipped so no changes are possible when they could have canceled it prior to shipping. Tried to get shipping costs back as I paid alot for expedited shipping - no sorry. Also tried to dispute with paypal and they pulled the wool over PayPals eyes. Poor customer service. Will never use this company again. They were not even willing to come up with an agreement to make parties happy.
