Sean Farrow accepted a real challenge to manufacture a replacement table top that most people would not attempt based on the intricacies of the job. Sean worked diligently to restore our table back to its original condition and we are thrilled.Once we started working with Sean we realized that he could create some interesting glass and mirrors. He faced our bar with tempered glass. The master piece is a custom led lit mirror flushed mounted in our powder room. His work is impeccable and he clearly takes pride in what he does. Very good customer service in the beginning which is the only reason this is 2 stars instead of one. Shaun was very kind until the job was done. I had a bifold closet door mirror replacement, which Sean had replaced, but when installed, the adhesive was poor, and just by being on the door the adhesive was making the door crooked. After telling him about this, he then proceeded to avoid the calls and few texts I had sent him. Last time I checked, he was in Atlanta and would get back to me when he got back. This was a month ago.

Sean works with suppliers to make sure his customers get what they expect and what they want. He works with both parties to make sure everything is in order. Sean will go out of his way so his customers get what they want using top of the line products and and won’t use off wall products. I would recommend Sean and AGI to all.

It wasnt a large project but definently required a lot of attention to detail not only because it was the main entrance into our home but the detail in the shape was challenging. He told us it would take about 2 weeks and we got a call almost to the day when he said. This is awesome!! We were looking for something different to fill in the area under our hood in the kitchen, but everything was too heavy or just didn’t give us the look we wanted. I was replacing my two side windows at my front door and needed a frameless shower door in my master bathroom. I called Sean and he was there within the hour taking measurements. Got back to me in a day with a quote. Price was great. I called another company to compare prices and they wanted me to take the measurements and to take pictures of what needed to be done and send it to them. Thats not customer service.
