Had Alpha Glass & Mirror do a custom, frame-less shower door for us 2 years ago. Great price, great service. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago. Wife and I are sitting in the living room and we hear an explosion. Half the door just shattered into a million pieces (the stationary piece attached to the wall). Spoke to Marcos about it. Said that was a very rare occurrence and he replaced the piece for free with the same great service as when I paid for the initial install. These guys are legit!

Excellent experience and Wow! Initial phone call and receptionist was friendly. Needed a price for a shower door. Rep. returned my call within the hour and quoted me over the phone, as my shower is a standard size. Scheduled appointment for measurements immediately and they were on time and professional. Price remain the same. Work was performed within 3 days and representatives were super nice, professional and great work. The first time I dealt with this company, my customer choose them. I had them come back twice to repair the sloppy use of silicone. The owner, who was friendly and accommodating, finally came to rectify the issues. Since his pro customer attitude impressed me, I decided to use him again. I recommended him for three more jobs which he completed but had issues with all three jobs. 1) the mirror came out of the frame, which I had to fix on the job site or return it for an over the weekend repair. For my customer, I fixed it on site for a promised deadline. I advised the owner of Alpha Glass of the additional time it cost me without any consideration. I cant explain why but I referred them to my next customer for two jobs. Both fell short of my customers satisfaction and I did my best to explain to Marco at Alpha glass that my time is valuable to my customers and that he should make it right the first time. He was very busy at the time and just exploded and asked me if I was looking for Perfection. I explained that my customers expectations come first and that I expect the same consideration from him. He was not professional or accommodating the final time I visited his establishment and I would never recommend him or his company to anyone.

Had a broken side window in my car. Called up about 11AM, they said I could bring the car in at 2PM or have a tech come out the next morning. NEVER IN MY LIFE in recent memory have I experienced customer satisfaction to the level I did last month, let me explain... I needed a piece of obscure glass for bathroom window that very day, otherwise security deposit was in jeopardy. Another glass shop rips this postcard advertisement for another glass shop - Alpha Auto Glass, tells me I dont have what you need but they will. So Im driving to work the same day I need this glass and decide to call the number to leave a message thinking to get a head start. After about 4 rings Im amazed to hear someone pick up thinking 7 am is kind of early for a glass shop!!! However I can tell I woke this man up. So thinking I had the wrong number I asked is this alpha glass ? He said yes Im with Alpha, How can I help you ? Surprised by his willingness to help so early I explained my need, he then informed me that he can have this ready for me same day. I could pick it up anytime I wanted itll be wrapped and left outside his shop, cause now youll see......... you get to know the rest of the story.... What I didnt know up to now was that the postcard was a misprint with the PRESIDENT of the companys cell number, hold on it gets better... Its Saturday morning and they are one of the few remaining companies that believe in family values, THEY WERE CLOSED, Here the pres. is going in to cut my less than $20 piece of glass, left me the piece as promised attached invoice for material only $17, I slid a check under the door for $40 wishing things werent so tight for me so it could be a C note instead... (I didnt vote for him either times, almost the first...) Are you kidding me??? Who does that anymore???

A couple of years ago I thought I needed two new rear window motors for the my 1989 Gt 5.0 Mustang and I came in expecting to pay $635.00 which wasnt the problem. Motors were good and it was a much smaller problem which came to $125.00. Everything they use is not after market unless thats what you want to pay for. Every single time they have always done me right and all those Ive sent to them with 100% satisfaction. And im going back today to do some other work.I hate liars.Nino.

I had a leak in my windshield. Called Alpha they told me to come right over. Soon as I got there they discovered the problem. I had some rust at the top under my windshield. They took out my windshield and sanded down all the rust. When they were taking out my windshield it cracked. Its an old Tundra (2000). The owner had an old windshield for my truck and replaced it for free. They saved me alot of money. They are very professional, fast and gave me wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend this place. Owner was there and oversaw everything. He shook my hand when the job was complete. Thanks Alpha Glass!

Do NOT go here!After my vehicle was vandalized, I came to this company, only after they lowered their price against Safelite (for a replacement). The replacement glass made noise when winding down, so I brought the car back not once, or twice, but THREE times. Each time, a different excuse was brought up. The company even accused my vehicle of having a broken regulator. Its a 2015 vehicle (it happens, but this was not the case). I was moving states for a new career opportunity, so I had to quickly relocate with this window. I continued to call the company, who finally suggested that I return the glass with no scratches for a full refund. Sounds great, only problem is I am states away now, and the glass falls down everyday and is now full of scratches?Long story short, I went to another company, and got a new window put in. This window (lower priced) was actually a match for my car, and not a cheap aftermarket window. The window that Alpha Glass used was not made for my car (confirmation of the new Glass company).This company has horrible customer service and uses aftermarket parts, which should not have been used on a nearly brand new car. I do not suggest this company to anyone who is looking for, at the least, sub-par work. Please go to Safelite or any other competitor who will treat your investment (vehicle) as you would treat it!

****UPDATE***** I have since been contacted a couple of times by the owner of the company, who has apologized profusely for what happened to me. He said he was away at the time, helping his ailing and elderly parents, and said he was horrified when he found out what had happened - he says this is not how they do business and is desperate to try to make it up to me. I appreciate how concerned he is, and he sounds genuinely upset by the whole incident. He said he would never treat a customer like this. I know how hard it is to run a business, and know that things can go badly wrong if youre not there every day - so I accept his apology and am glad that he has made the effort to contact me to put it right. He sounds so genuinely upset by what happened to me that if I DID have another problem with auto glass, I would definitely give him and his company a second chance!! So dont let my one negative experience deter you, and if you have questions about your autoglass, do ask to talk to the owner of the company, Marcus. Im still leaving in what happened because it was an awful experience, but as I told Marcus, if I needed autoglass, I would give them another chance as the owner has assured me this is now how they do business. Thank you Marcus for following up, I appreciate it.I have a 2007 Nissan Altima, drivers side window shattered (but held together with tint). I called them, said I have a 2007 Nissan Altima. Gabby gave me a price of $178 plus tax to come and replace it. Once here, the technician took the broken window out, tried to put in the new one, only to find out theyd given him a 2006 window. He tried everything to make it fit, but it was the wrong shape - so I called Gabby, she was apologetic and said shed made a mistake, that it was the wrong window, and that we needed a nissan window for 2007 - at least another $100 MORE! I said but I got you guys here because of your price, you need to match what you quoted me - she was very nice, apologetic, but refused - she asked the manager - he refused. I said Id go as high as $208, they still refused and wanted almost $300 for it. By now, the technician had put the 2006 wrong window in the car but had taped up the gap nicely - I said well, leave it in there, Ill get another company to do it, and then you can come pick up this window. Gabby told me no way - if they leave the window, they have to charge me. I said but this is all your mistake! She acknowledged that but refused to budge on the price more than a couple of dollars. she told the technician to remove the window - so I was left with a gaping hole - a completely empty drivers side window, completely open to the elements. But management didnt CARE. Fortunately the technician, Greg, helped sort out a temporary cover with a very old window he had in his truck - it didnt fit, not even close, but covered 3/4 of the window and he taped up the rest with plastic and tape. If hed had the attitude of management, hed have just left me with a gaping hole. He has done a great temporary job until I find someone else, BUT THE COMPANY NEEDS TO KNOW, IF YOU QUOTE SOMEONE A PRICE YOU NEED TO STICK TO IT, EVEN IF YOUVE MADE A MISTAKE. Now I have at least half a window, half plastic, but a very nasty taste in my mouth about this company. DO NOT USE THEM. I CANNOT TELL YOU THAT ENOUGH.
