We’ve been using this KS location for a couple years now and it’s very convenient!However, on our most recent visit to the store we were assisted with TOP NOTCH customer service by a gentleman named Brad. He was SO friendly, considerate and actually bagged my groceries how they’re supposed to be bagged (eggs with bread, cans together, etc.)! He then helped us with propane and the whole time was so friendly and bubbly it brightened our morning! Brad is certainly an asset to the Kroger Brand and I hope we get to work with him in the future!! Thanks Brad!

It honestly shocks me that people still shop at this king Soopers. Every time I have bought produce here it goes bad almost the next day, and it’s extremely frustrating that I have wasted so much money. Also this is one of the larger king Soopers in town but they are always low on very basic items like chicken and breakfast sausage. Do yourself a favor drive the extra 10 minutes to Safeway, produce is much better and it’s not moldy the next day.

Good food at a reasonable price. Produce is best in town! They have a huge deli area with fresh salads, sandwiches, hot foods like fried chicken, rotisserie chicken and all the fresh sides. A very nice cheese bar and fresh sushi 🍣 made to order or fresh premade to go packs. And the bakery is just as big with a huge selection of fresh baked...well everything

This place is big. They offer more than just food too. They have clothes, some appliances, pharmacy...all kinds of things. Its just real nice inside. Theyre frequently busy. I love the doughnuts selection.

Went for low carb bread. They had none. I am visiting here from Indiana. Indiana stores have it. Kroger stores are not Keto friendly like Wal-Mart. Kroger, keep up with the times.

I didnt realize we are able to park on the sidewalk in front of the doors. Every time I come here there is always a car at the south end of the store. I saw your security gaurd outside but he didnt say anything to them. Been coming here since you opened but if this continues I will shop somewhere else

This is one of the bigger King Soopers and they seem to have in stock what all the other ones are low on. Super easy check out and plenty of parking. The pumps are always a little busy but they go quick.

Yall need to stop yelling at your employees. Literally every single time I have gone there someone is getting yelled at by a manager. Not only is it super awkward, its mean.

Empty shelves, staff dont know where things are, and an especially disorganized layout for groceries. Even when they were supposed to wear masks, many of the staff had them pulled down around their necks. The one exception is the pharmacy which is efficient and friendly. This store is significantly worse than other King Soopers further South. Disappointing.

They stole 2 dollers from me. ok mybe they didnt steal 2.00 from me but the rest is true.They stole hundreds from others off theyre amazon cards and off theyre debt cards.

It’s a big king soopers. They’ve got more than you would ever need. Kind of like a Walmart but less weird.

Great store, but woman working the meat and seafood counter was incredibly rude.

In the span of 10 minutes at this cavernous, discount-like grocery store, I was yelled at by a worker in the deli, lectured to by a worker in produce and encountered at least a dozen filthy homeless people roaming the isles, making everyone uncomfortable. Selection is bad, staff are rude, layout is maze-like, and the produce is horrible - even for (already bad) Colorado. Even if you have to drive out of your way, avoid this place.

Called in to cash my check said I have a paper i.d. they were like yeah thats fine. Come in kid says he cant run my paper i.d.through scanner head clerk Parker told him to refuse to cash my check. Called back manager said they could have manually entered it. Will be taking my business to another location from now on. Better training and customer service is needed.

Great Kroger store. Very modern with a selection of items you wont find at any other Kroger north of Westminster. Excellent staff, wide aisles, constant supply of everything. Never too busy either. Im happy the store closes earlier than most as it likely promotes ease of stocking for the staff and a happier staff overall.

Long time KS customer and have used the N College store since it opened. Service has gone down hill. Yesterday afternoon we witnessed w checkers really being loud and angry w/ each other. I will be going to the Taft Hill store now.

Curbside pickup works well, but store does not require (only suggests) masks. Whenever I go in there are always customers not wearing masks or wearing them under the chin. Some employees even dont wear them correctly. I definitely dont feel safe there.

These people are courteous and amazing! I lost my wallet in the parking lot and am employee found it and turned it in, there was cash in it, still untouched and the people were so great while I was freaking out. That and the store is clean and consistently carries my favorite products!

I normally love King Soopers, however if you want any customer service at all, this is not the one to visit.

The pharmacy at this location is incredibly unreliable. My dr called in an rx wednesday. Thursday i called in to see if it was ready as id received no info from king soopers yet. I was informed it would be ready by 230pm today. I got there and was told that not only was my rx not ready, it would not be ready until they got a shipment in tomorrow. If it even became available then. King soopers has had my rx info for 48+ hours, told me it would be ready today, and now they do not even know when it will be ready. This is incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. This was a NEEDED medication. I should have been told they did not have it and werent sure when they would get it. That way I could have had a competent pharmacy fill it.

I have had a lot of issues with this location. But any time the issues have been serious enough for me to actually reach out to the store for help, they have made it right. this could have easily been a 1 or 2 star review if it wasnt for the great effort to correct the issues once brought to their attention.Most of my issues revolve around the grocery pickup option. The biggest issue is getting the wrong items without any notice either. One way this happens is when they notify you of substitutions that you mark that you do not want, but they still give you anyway and charge you for it. The only way they allow me to return these items is to go inside the store to customer service. This is much more than an inconvenience as the point of my ordering groceries for pickup is to socially distance and avoid going into their crowded store. The other issue is when the person shopping for you simply picks up the wrong item. More than one occasion have I ordered regular Gatorade, but receive sugar-free, 0 carp Gatorade that is just the same color. This happens with no substitution notification which leads me to believe the person shopping is just not paying much attention to what they are picking up. This has happened with lots of other items that have similar looks to something much different.I was shopping exclusively here, but since these issues seem to be more prevalent I have started to shop at other grocery stores. So far I have been having better experiences since shopping other places.

My husband and I went into this location a few weeks ago. We went through the self check and asked the attendant for cigarettes. He did go and get them, but upon returning with them informed us that he had no training for this and informed us that we could easily get them ourselves next time as there is rarely a line at the customer service desk. My husband submited a review to the website and received no response... Today, Same thing, diffrent atendant, did not have access to the cigarette case. I used my Karen voice to inform him that he should probably find sombody who could( I have worked in customer sevice for to many years to tolerate a lazy excuse)... we ended up going somwhere else for that... My husband called and spoke to the manager Peter today, and was offered a simple apology in a dismissive tone.King Soopers has always been one of my go to stores, but now I dont know if we will continue to spend our money at this location. I am not a difficult person to please and i dont have high expectations. If you cant do your job or dont know how, you should always be willing to find sombody who can. Thank you!

What a wonderful place to shop. You can find great local products, and the staff will always greet you with a smile. This is truly a neighborhood market. I cant say enough good things about shopping local here.

I had very good experience with the checker I had today. She acknowledged me in saying hi, while I was loading my groceries on belt, while she attending to the customer ahead of me.At my time with her she asked all the questions if I found everything I was looking for. Besides being so nice and cheerful, even at this time of needing to wear masks, I visualized her smile.Its nice to be acknowledged from both end of the counters.Thank you Stacey P., for a happy experience.

Rosendo was the best! He saw that I had been waiting 30 minutes (2x called, 40 degrees outside) for someone to assist me in getting propane. He took it upon himself to help me. Thank you for your attentiveness and willingness to help!

Last time I was there there were employees wearing masks on their chins even after I asked them politely. And a few customers who didn’t appear to have masks with them at all. Good prices, its worth signing up for the card you will end up saving a lot of money and theres a gas station in the parking lot where you can redeem points to get some money off your fill ups! Staff is about average for a supermarket but the selection is really great and they have lots of stuff here from foods to clothes and home goods.

Today I picked up groceries from the clicklist. Ed is the gentleman who loaded the groceries in the car for me and I just cant say enough good things about him. He was so friendly to myself and my kids, took the time to load each bag with care around the fishing poles i had in the back, and even tied every bag closed so my groceries wouldnt roll out on the drive home. I have a 3 year old who loves to show people his toys and chat and Ed was so friendly to him, taking the time to listen when most adults just blow him off. You guys are lucky to have such a caring pleasant worker. Thank you Ed!

This one is huge! They have a bulk section, tons of health food, even clothes and housewares. Very clean with lots of self checkouts - never have to wait in line too long.

Walked in and saw a young man (assuming an off duty employee) without a mask walking through the store. I even saw him tagging along with an employee who was currently on duty and she seemed to make no remark to him to wear a mask. Like, come on man, I buy my food here, this is the absolute worst place to not wear a mask and I’m shocked the employee (or any employee for that matter) said nothing about it.

Great store! Produce is really good and the spice selection is extensive, including some harder to find items.

My husband and I shopped there yesterday around 5 pm. There were at least 3 maskless shoppers in the store. Zero masks and they were young adults. When we walked into the store, the “security “ guys were body slamming each other in the foyer . Obviously not doing their job. We won’t be back even though it’s close to our house.

This store is not enforcing the wearing of masks, putting the health and safety of shoppers and employees at risk! Do not shop there! They have lost my business.

Store itself is my go to store because of variety and price/sales. With that said lately even leading up to our current statewide stay at home order we have been not coming out of house maybe once a week.So far everytime we have had our one outing if its just me or my husband we walked away from service desk feeling bad in one way or another. Either its just plain rude from the beginning of buying a item or leads to rudeness from service desk Clerks. Its awful feeling like this when u just ran out to get your essentials and you encounter this. Its time of all TIMES to be kind, and to be extra compassionate with your fellow neighbors.I understand times are a little crazy for everybody but we never once walked in with ugly personality and didnt expect to walk out being spoke to rudely. Please work on this.

You can find absolutely anything here! Ive recently started eating healthier and me and my friend try something fun and new everytime we come here despite our dietary restrictions. Its a bit pricey, but the convenience of having everything in one place is nice!

I just dropped in to pick up lotto tickets and a little bit of lunch at the end of the lunch hour. The food was still hot and delicious; chicken tenders and macaroni and cheese. as always, the service was friendly and the person at the deli took extra time to pick out fresher crispy or pieces of chicken for me. Overall, it was another great experience.

Dave in the deli was extremely helpful and professional. When I was selecting meats and cheeses from the deli counter he brought me a sample each time to verify his cut was just the right thickness. He gave me service with a great attitude and a smile. Service like his, shouldn’t go unnoticed. Thanks Dave! Keep up the great work. 👊🏼

This location is huge! Curbside online pick up was nice and easy.

We go to this King Soopers because it is close to our house, but it has gone downhill. Many items are out of stock, and other items that are seasonable they dont carry when other stores do. King Soopers meat is higher than other stores and tough as nails. I choose to buy beef elsewhere. They have a high turnover on employees, and at times are short staffed to the point where there were no baggers. They have improved that some, but they need to pay their employees more, and give them more hours so they actually care about customer service. King Soopers used to have people that worked there for years, and were actually helpful, but now they dont even know the difference between zucchini and a cucumber. If it wasnt for the gas points, I would most likely shop somewhere else. Oh, and the chip isle! There were two storage carts and two employees sticking in the same narrow isle to the point we couldnt even move! I thought I was going to have to eat my way out!

Wow - they are great! Not just the wonderful produce and meats, but a King Soopers on steroids in the best way! You might want to start at the Starbucks (restroom next to it) then begin your tour. A beautiful floral department, a really nice deli and make sure you go all the way to the apparel and house goods section before you get to pharmacy, health and beauty! They have their gas station in the parking lot. Now thats convenience!

I like shopping here, its close to home and they always have a great selection but the person that keeps me coming back is Lori H. She treats the customers like they are her friends, whether she knows you or not, she makes you feel appreciated and very welcome. She takes ownership of her position and makes sure that your experience was a positive one and if not, what she can do to make it better. This lady should be moved to upper management, she should train employees on how to treat a customer. I have never had a bad experience when Lori takes care of me, I stand in her line no matter how long it is for the wonderful service she provides to the customer. Thank you Lori for all that you do!!

I would desperately love a better option to grocery shop at. This King Soopers is constantly out of a great deal of items, they frequently move things around & it’s regularly a pain to find things, the store isn’t clean, and the isles are so crammed full of impulse buys it’s nearly impossible for carts to freely move around.

Very irritated and mad a person who is disabled such as myself being on oxygen and walk with a cane should not have to bag my own groceries while employees and managers are standing around and talking then a manager opens a Lane next to were Im bagging my own groceries something has to happen Im very hurt and offended

Shopping in the store is nice the people are helpful and its usually quiet. But living behind it. Hand dryers in the bathroom were a five star experience. You know those hand dryers that dont really blow on your hands and arent very warm, and never leave your hands dry? These hand dryers do not mess around. Your hands will be dryer than you ever imagined possible.

This Kind Soopers is clean and the staff is friendly. Its a bit crowded with the new employees who are picking out online orders. Several of them tend to block the aisles and Ive been bumped with their carts more than I care.

This store is not taking COVID safety precautions as seriously as others. Just running inside for one item (5 minutes), I saw two people not wearing masks and a checkout employee not covering his nose with his mask. I’ll be shopping elsewhere for my safety and that of my family’s.

I like this King Soopers. I call it the Big One as there is this location about 3 miles from me, but its a bit bigger, and stocked with a larger variety of flavor on things, than my regular King Soopers on Elizabeth street.Its a large and spacious store, which is good cause my toddler likes to ride in the car-cart when we go. They also have a mini cart, for the child of slightly greater age that can push a cart

Love this store! They have quality, local produce when its available and they will let you know where its from. The selection of food is great and you can even find things you wouldnt expect here for specialty recipes. Ive always had friendly people help me here. This store also has a selection of home items and clothing, which is helpful for picking something up you may need unexpectedly. They also participate in ClickList, where you can order your food online and set a time to pick it up at the store. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

Great place to shop and they have pretty good sales. I like that I can get gas discounts for shopping here. Most of the staff are very nice and helpful. The lady at the service desk sure could use some customer service skills, which is why I am not giving 5 stars. My bank happens to be here as well which makes one stop shopping, banking and pharmacy pickups a breeze on not so busy times.

Not sure if this is a t-shirt store or food store. Anyway, if you are looking for it, the juice is found in the tea section, the cream is in the low fat milk section and who knows where the spaghetti is. Orange juice? it isnt anywhere close to the juice section. Hope the manager will spend more time on the floor and less time on facebook.

This King Soopers is the newest in town. It is a giant store with a doctor, pharmacist, jeweler, deli, florist. Rug Doctor rental, housewares, books, balloons, ice, magazines. They have large quantities. If they had more variety, more organics, and an interesting vegetable selection like Whole Foods or Sprouts, that would be nice. Staff sometimes seems glum. The front vestibule could use more frequent cleanups and more frequent, more interesting staging. This store sometimes runs out of shopping carts, and you have about a one in five chance of getting a cart that doesnt steer well. The parking lot has some bad flood spots. Overall, the convenience of one-stop shopping is helpful.

Great big newer style king Soopers. This store is clean and has fantastic variety of products and brands. All the staff we have dealt with have been great. Plenty of parking. We highly recommend this store for groceries pharmacy, and lots more.

A nice clean modern Soopers. There were some very reasonably priced deals on produce when I was there. The store seems quite large and has what appears to be a department store annexed into it on the north side. Having not brought my trekking poles and as of yet paid for my hydrating liquid, I dared not hike all the way over to confirm the truth of that glimpsing. Lots of pretty flowers in the front too.

Even though it always looks packed from the lot, its not too overwhelming inside like other grocery stores are. Great selection of food, toiletries, even home goods! My favorite place to go for a one-stop shop.

The amount of rudeness at this store is unreal!!! I go for essentials. I also am an essential worker and would never treat my customers with the rudeness that I got at King Soopers! This is so sad with everything going on, there is no reason for this. People that dont want to be there should find a new job or stay home!!

The grocery carts roll like they have been used OFF ROAD heavily for the past 10 years!!! Getting one to track straight - good luck. Cant hear oneself think for how loud and rickety they are. Goodness. Wish the store would invest in new ones. Overall, friendly, helpful staff.

This is my favorite King Soopers in Fort Collins! Beautiful store with everything you can possibly imagine. They also have a great selection of natural products & specialty foods for folks with intolerances and/or allergies. You can order online and pick up at this store, as well. The only thing that is not STELLAR here is the parking lot-although they have many spaces, its typically congested and the routes in/out/around the lot are very narrow. I still give it 5 stars though!!!

Went in to pick up my daughters birthday cake that we ordered online. The said they didnt have it, but doubled checked to make sure. No luck. I showed her the confirmation email. In a world that so many would find it easy to say sorry better luck next time. MADISON went into gear and in few mintues I had the cake my daughter asked for. Thank you soooooo much Madison! Truly amazing customer service and awesome people are still out there.

This was a quick visit to King Soopers to pick up a few supplies. The store was fairly busy but it was easy to navigate the aisles then a quick trip the check out. The staff was their usual friendliness and virtually no waiting to wrap up the visit. This is why I always choose this King Soopers!

Not only is this a great location, right on the way up North to Wellington, it also has a huge selection and caters to a larger group. Its like a better, friendlier version of Wal-Mart tied to a King Soopers! Bonus! This King Soopers also has the Click List service which is awesome for busy moms and dads who want to shop online and pickup at the store. Even better? They help you load it up! Easy, clean and friendly, this is my home store, for sure.

Was here a couple of day a ago. Friday to be exact. Anyway wonderful grocery store, who also caries a little extra so you have to make less stops. Price were normal for a store like this one, but what caught my eye was their sale and the fact they still Carry my brand of hygiene that I love. When most store are getting rid of it. That impressed me! I will definitely be back.

Steve in merchandizing/warehouse was extremely helpful when we called looking for a patio set that seemed to be out of stock in all of the surrounding King Soopers. He was very friendly and quickly found what we were looking for and held it for us till we could pick it up. He really knows his job well and helped us load the very large box in our car!

This is the closest kings to us. They have great selections of items. But theres at least 3 workers that are always rude and constantly hovering. I understand looking for theifs but I come here almost everyday. Youd think Id get some space. And when I ask for help at the checkout I dont enjoy attitude. I know its a hard job. Ive done it before. But its not my fault theyre having a bad day.

Comparable prices, helpful friendly staff, good sales. Free Friday download from their website is great. On mothers day I was looking for Challah bread for French toast, the app said they had it but even with the managers help we couldnt find any so he gave me Kings Hawaiian bread free because its his favorite for French Toast.

Nicest King Soopers I have ever been in. Wonderful selection outside standard groceries. Sushi stand is great, Im obsessed with the Murrays cheese kiosk, but also the home supplies and decor have a wide selection, and of course happy friendly staff. Always shop here, and I will as long as its a reasonable drive from home

I rode my bike there. And find out the Pepsi is 10$ for 4 12 packs I asked customer service to hold them for me. And they sure did you guys are the best

Hands down my favorite grocery store. Fresh produce, great prices, nice perks and friendly staff. Somehow Ive never run across an unhappy employee. I really enjoy shopping here.

This location is like any other king Soopers fair prices and decent rotating deals. The meat and deli departments are decent, quality with competitive prices. I still maintain Safeway has a better bakery (especially donuts). The selection of products here is large.I am pulling stars for a couple reasons. The excess trash in the parking lot, and abundance of carts slewn around the parking lot speak to the partial group of lower quality people that visit this location. The hand baskets are often out on both north and south entrances. Even more rare are the mini cart/half carts. Sometimes this location is out of regular carts too! The north entrance is locked early at 8pm which is a slight inconvenience. But the main entrance, the south entrance, is even more weird because it locks the entery doors at 8pm as well. This forces all traffic through a single door behind the cashiers and forces all people entering to push through the self checkout area. Seems very un-classy to do it this way and as a general take away this location gives me a trashy feel.

Great store. However the store should have been on the uphill and the parking lot on the lower part of the property. I saw many people with loaded carts pushing uphill to their cars. I dont understand why are planning board would approve such a thing. Other than that it was a very pleasant experience.

The store is a nice place to shop. Shelves are always stocked with a good selection. However the bathrooms are always gross! They need cleaned more often then they are.

Smaller store, big variety, low prices, great pharmacy. Friendly staff, well stocked. This is the best grocery on the West side.

This is the grocery store we shop at regularly, they have amazing produce, meat, seafood and deli. The fact they have a clothing, shoe and housewares department will get me into trouble sometimes. I love free Friday sometimes they will run out of the item but they always have it a few days later. I really just cant say enough about this store, the customer service is great.

King Soopers is more than just a grocery store. They have a really nice patio, both enclosed and open air patio in front. They also have a cooking school to further your cuisines and cooking abilities.

Big and clean and well lit, this King Soopers is definitely my favorite grocery store. The produce is good and there is a large deli. Parking is well laid out.

This Is my favorite Kings. So clean and 95% of the employees are so nice and courteous. I do wish the bakery had more fresh cakes and didnt carry so much pre-decorated cakes.

Meat department is in need of a serious quality control. I use to love the meats I got from here but recently all of my flat iron steaks have been mutilated and so have the chicken breast. They are placed in the packaging so you cant see the deep knife cuts into the other side but when you get home and take them out you realize your beautiful steak or breast has been so cut up that it is worthless. Ive complained to both the meat department and customer service and have even brought back the wasted cuts but still nothing has been done to solve the problem. I will not be buying meat from here again.

This is my go to King Soopers, but I just can’t give it a five star review because of the odd layout. It’s so bizarre to have the chips and snacks placed in front of the freezer foods. Makes for an additional lap around the aisles sometimes, which is annoying. However, they always seem to have what I need in stock, especially on sale items. Pharmacy is a tad slow, but they get the job done correctly. This is a massive store, but definitely needs rearranged in a different manner.

A reliable place to meet most grocery needs. Good selection of organic fruits and vegetables. Excellent selection of good cheeses and an olive bar.

I love the Market Place! I just wish they would clean the bathrooms, like really clean them, they are disgusting. Employees use them and then go back to work uggg so gross

I love this store so much! Way better than Walmart! Their remodel of adding clothes and household items has allowed me not only to get food we need but gifts, or things for myself!
