This is a cool place with cool stuff. theres all kinds of cheap munchies and cool people that work here. they are happy to help you find what youre looking for whether its gear or class related stuff.

Does what they should.. never had any problems always got my books out of pocket or with financial aid..only thing is sometimes at beginning of semester some books are out of stock and backordered. has happened a few times but not always

Youd think with so many things going completely online they would answer their phone, but it doesnt seem to be the case. Its easier to just buy directly from the publisher than try to talk to someone from the bookstore.

Overcharged for art supply kit that didn’t even have all of the supplies by 70 dollars according to my professor. Called the bookstore to ask for an itemized receipt, was told that they couldn’t provide one nor could they give me the contact information of the suppliers, and was told I would have to pay an additional 50 dollars for the items they didn’t include. Go anywhere else and save yourself the money

Always love going in there the wonderful ladies that work there are so helpful and kind although I did walk out with some good deals at 75%off

Helpful and nice people

This place is just a mess half the time. Last semester I needed some online software for a class. They keep it behind the counter so I told them which class and which software I needed. I asked not one, not two, but three people to verify it was the correct package for my class because I was buying it seperate from the book. They dont accept returns once the shrink-wrap is off so I wanted to be sure it was right. It wasnt. Spent over an hour on the phone with the publisher trying to sort it out.

Everyone working here is so nice. They do all they can to help. It is always a great experience!

Staff needs more training in product and customer service.

Always a pleasure to be in this store. Do think about not coming in last minute before the school semester starts. The last minute people will experience long delays due to thw large amount of people waiting till the first day of class.

As a student I dont wanna spend a huge amount of time looking for the right books for the classes I take and they made it an easy experience. I go to both CSU and take a few classes at Front Range and I think the Front Ranges bookstore is easier to deal with. Definitely happy with my experience!

Good place, good staff, things are over priced. Wait a month and spend your left over loan money at officemax or whatever.Good people though.

The lines get crazy at the beginning of the semester, but help is always available.
