My wife and I were traveling from Florida to visit our family in Fredericksburg VA, when we had a tire blowout near Florence SC. Fortunately we had a tire and road hazard package which would cover the cost of the repair at a licensed shop. We googled tire stores and found West Coast Tire nearby our hotel. I called and spoke with Amy who said they had the exact replacement tire we needed. Amy was so pleasant and knowledgeable as I explained that we still had 400 miles left on our trip. Her customer focused exceptional service was unbelievable! Not only did she contact our warranty company and file the claim, she had one of the technicians remove the tire so she could measure the tread depth to enter that and the vehicle mileage on the insurance claim.Amy was a superwoman dynamo greeting and handling other customer requests at the same time she was solving our dilemma. She was so pleasant and efficient she was able to get our tire replaced and on our car along with filing our insurance claim so we could get back on the road in less than one hour and twenty minutes!! Unbelievable! We owe a great debt of thanks to Amy and the technicians at West Country Tire for their outstanding performance!If you ever are in the Florence South Carolina area and need tires or service, this is the place to go!

One of my boat trailer tires went flat and Friday afternoon at 4:30 since I was only four blocks away they said come on well get you and only charged $15 to remove the old tire and replace the new one fantastic customer service and very relaxed atmosphere!

Cashier told me there was a $5 charge to dispose of tires and that I would save money to get rid of them myself. I agreed then when I paid they charged me $15.33 for disposal fee, I thought, no big deal. Thats easier.Then I open my trunk the next day and the tires were in there.So they charged me to dispose of the tires and then did not do so.Poor opinion of this store because of this.

CARRIED IT TO ANOTHER TIRE SHOP THEY SAID THE TIRES HAD FLAT SPOTS. SO I CARRIED IT BACK, THEY DENIED IT AND SAID THE OTHER COMPANY WAS WRONG. BALANCED THEM AGAIN. SENT ME ON MY WAY. DROVE IT TO WORK AND VIBRATION IS STILL BAD. CARRIED TO ANOTHER TIRE SHOP JUST TO CHECK TO SEE IF THEY WERE BOUNCING AND SURE ENOUGH...THEY ARE. NOW THE GUY UP THERE WANTS TO TELL ME IM WRONG.I GUESS THE BBB WILL TAKE CARE OF IT FOR ME. LIKE I TOLD THE GUY, IM NOT LOOKING FOR ANYTHING FREE, I JUST WANT WHAT I PAID 1400 FOR TO BE FIXED.

Poor customer service very disrespectful and non compassionate. Patched a tired that shouldnt have been patched. My car ran 1 mile away from the facility and the tire burst. Took the tire to another shop who stated the tire should have never been patched. This company didnt offer any compensation only rude comments. Do not take your car here

I took my truck to Wheel Country Tire for new ball joints an alignment and two new tires. Two weeks after the work all eight studs on the passenger side front tire snapped. They admitted that they made an error but refused to replace my rim and tire. They stopped manufacturing my rims in 2006. So now I have to buy four rims and a tire because of their substandard work.
