After a horrible experience with the so-called mechanics at Meineke, I was in complete disarray. I was skeptical of every shop after that experience. I reached out to Auto Doc and was met with candor and professionalism. The mechanics properly diagnosed the necessary repairs my car needed, all at a reasonable price. They are amazing! I dropped off my car when they were short staffed but the girl working in the office was friendly and helpful and kept me up to date about their progress. I will definitely bring my car here in the future just because of how great the girl at the desk was!

Let me start by saying I have done mechanic work myself on older vehicles so I know just enough to get me in trouble lol. These WONDERFUL people did some work in January on my daughters car. They replaced coils, plugs and valve cover gasket. Come July when one of the coils went bad, on a Friday in July and I was out of town on vacation and she is in town pregnant and with a two year old daughter Friday mind you and they work a short day. Not only did they go above and beyond to get her worked in, she was in and out with brand new coil in under an hours time but they also warranted the part and labor. This ladies and gentlemen IS very hard to find this day in time. They have my business from here on out. EXCELLENT people from customer service to the mechanic work. TOP SHELF business here. His knowledge and mechanical intelligence coupled with unquestionable integrity make Auto Doc an easy choice for servicing your vehicle. Very fair prices and quick turnaround are a plus.
