Great service was performed as scheduled. Good communication with service manager including separate quotes for 3 repairs. I recommend.

Friendly staff very helpful. Clean shop and showroom. I transport boats to many dealerships and I’ve found the dealership that treats even the truck drivers as well as the customers they are a genuine great dealership. They care that you’re happy.

We purchased our pontoon from Pinecrest! They were absolutely fantastic. We live on a small lake and we have a lot of friends. We got a 22ft boat with a 9.9hp engine. Perfect for us! It was setup and delivered for no additional cost. Larry took great care of us! Sales and service are top notch!

I just bought my very first boat a few days ago from a private seller I couldnt get it to start and I looked everywhere in Indianapolis for someone who would just give me a chance to take a look due to my boats age they took the job and had it running within 3 hours of me dropping it off very polite and respectful as well.

Pinecrest Marine is awesome! They took me in and have taken care of me and my boat even though I did not purchase my boat from them. They have treated me as if I did!!! The only reason I didnt is because they didnt carry the brand I wanted to buy. They are professional, knowledgeable, kind and patient!!! I am a new boat owner after 30 years away from boating and they have held my hand with service etc. David and Jim are absolutely the best as well as the entire staff! I believe Pincrest Marine is the best hands down in the Indy area!!!! Thank you so much guys!!!!

Just took delivery of our new Cobalt. I was so impressed with the experience from the initial visit to the deal closing. The sales associates, office personnel, and manager were all very warm, easy to talk to, and understanding- all of which made this process so fun for me and my family. We look forward to coming back for service, accessories, and to scope out new boats as they come in. I did check out other dealers and PC marine just felt more comfortable to me.

Great service, nice helpful staff.worked hard to get us back in the lake. Went out of their way to make sure the trailer was safely attached to the trick and even helped to check lights before we left.

DONT take your boat here if you have expectations that it will get fixed right, it will be done quickly and on time promised, want to be told the truth about what services were performed on your boat.This is the worst service I have ever received anywhere with any thing I have ever had serviced. They will not take care while it is there and your boat and will perform services as described by Service Manager. Anywhere is better than here if you expect good service.

This horrible place sold us a boat with a hole in it and Julie was very rude and threatened us when we confronted her about it..... DONT ever buy a boat here🤬

I had a past experience with the Pinecrest service manager in Fishers that was, shall we say, less than positive. Swore the place off until I heard they hired Jim Warner, who used to own Warner Spring Brake and Alignment. Took my boat in recently and it was night and day. Jim and the entire team were fantastic to work with: friendly, helpful and solved a problem thats been plaguing my Mastercraft X-30 for several seasons. I will be back!

I had a hard time getting parts for my older pontoon. Jim Warner, Parts Mgr, found the parts I needed, and stayed in communication with me the whole time till they came in. Best service ever. I will be back.

We purchased our Mastercraft new from Pinecrest in 2009. All of our winterization and mechanical work has been done with them. They get us in and out fast. They are definitely my go to dealer. Thank You!

If Larry McCain wasnt envolved, I wouldnt rate this dealer one star. Our new Harris pontoon has been plague with problems since delivery. Last fall, wanted to take the boat in for warranty repairs, but was told, they didnt have time to work on it. That they were too busy winterizing other boats. If I brought it in, it would sit outside in the winter elements untill they could get to it, maybe till spring. Mind you, this is a 55+ thousand dollar pontoon that they sold us new, hell we ordered if from them. They know all the problems weve had, and they still dont care. Will never go back unless Im forced to by the manufacturer. Currently we are using pro wake water sports. So far the communication has been great and they seem to care. Bottom line, dont go to Pine Crest Marine in Fishers unless it is to meet Larry McCain.

Decided not to take my 1994 Mastercraft there. Was told 1) I cannot make an appointment, 2) There are 80 boats ahead of me, 3) my boat would sit outside for over a month. I find this level of service to be unacceptable for a premium brand. Ill do the work myself.

Stay away! Took my boat in for routine service oil change. My 9.9 Merc has never been the same since. Intermittent whirring noise that was not there pre oil change, along with metal shards in the engine oil. Of course they tell me it has nothing to do with oil or oil flow. Same old song and dance you would get from a shade tree mechanic. Man I dont know whats wrong with it, I have too many cobalts to work on right now. Just come and pick it up, it still runs No recourse for the customer whatsoever from pinecrest or mercury. They point the finger at each other while the consumer loses. Do not spend your hard earned money here.

I have taken my boat here for the last few years for service but not anymore. The new service manager is so rude and disrespectful. The last time I was just trying to make an appointment and he behaved terribly. I am in a similar business and I know how hard service can be but there is no reason to treat customers this way.

If you have a new boat ok on parts cant help you on older boats service man dont no his ass from a hole in the ground owner dont care and they call their self a master craft boat dealer wont go back they suck
