Sold us a car in April for 8k. The process was simple and the car in good condition. Since then, the transmission is delicate, the suspension creaks and the ac is delayed. Haven’t spent a dime on service though.The car isn’t bad, and I wouldn’t blame them for the issues.

I actually only came in today to help my dear friends choose a truck that would work well for their mission to serve others and ensure they didn’t get financially screwed or sucked into a poor buy. A staff member was out the door before our vehicle was in park and greeted our whole party of four. He connected us with our salesman, Joe, who was honestly the most personable salesman I’ve ever met in any industry. Joe just seemed like a genuine human being who had a job to do but was far more interested in ensuring the comfort of all four of us (even though only two were buying a vehicle) than he was concerned with selling us a vehicle. Joe went with us on our test drive and chatted with us about our dogs, my truck which I recently purchased, our lives and dreams… and back we came to Fritz certain this was the correct truck, and the place to buy. While our friends worked out the details, Joe and I had a wonderful conversation about my upcoming endeavors and adventures with my wife and friends. The financial employee who helped my friends through the transaction was above board and genuinely concerned with adding VALUE to the experience rather than selling a package for a profit. I bought my 2013 ford fusion from Fritz in Fishers in February. It took only 4 months before I knew I got bit. I noticed the suspension starting to break down 3 months in. I could not turn left, after the suspension eventually gave out completely. A month later the transmission gives out as well. Do yourself a favor and buy yourself a car from somewhere else, where they take pride in selling fair cars to their customers.

Bought a clean nice truck about a month ago but the first week battery went dead so i said ok i guess Ill buy new battery they dont check or didnt know .So my new battery cost me almost $200 didnt want get cheap one so it can last long 5yr Warranty..Well about week later again its dead..Long story short they sold me a clean truck with an issue something drains the Battery..Not cool.Not to happy now with my purchase.I know its used but having to already take go mechanic and still pay for its loan.Not Cool. Ive only been able to use the twice since purchase 😠

When my wife and I with our two kids saw the van we were interested in online at Fritz, we decided to go test drive it. I initially left a very positive review until I discovered what happened after we purchased the vehicle. The salesman who showed us the vehicle when he opened the back door, he immediately pulled down the larger part of the third row seating to show me how it folded down. When we test drove the vehicle it was clean and everything seemed fine. After driving it on the highway on our way home I noticed it needed an alignment and a wheel balance. Then the next week the brakes started squeaking. The thing that really makes me angry every time I see it though, is that third row seat that the salesman immediately pulled down and left that way even during the test drive. Come to find out, there was some sort of solvent/chemical type leak from the previous owner that really soaked in and chewed up the leather material. This just seems like to much of a coincidence to me.

The sales person Joe was very helpful with my first commercial vehicle purchase. The finance department was pleasant as well. The environment at this establishment made me feel welcoming and comfortable.

This is our experience. We bought a Infiniti SUV from them. The next day the check engine light came on after driving it just a few miles. We took the vehicle into the local Infiniti dealership. They said the same light had been on since 2018 when they serviced the vehicle. We went back to Fritz and told them what we had found out after just a few days. We asked them to take the vehicle back and give us a refund. They said they would give us the trade in value for it. Frustrating and in our opinion the light was reset. We asked them for the maintenance records on the vehicle from when they received it. They refused to give it to us. Long story short we had to put a new transmission in and over $7,000 in the vehicle at this point. Our experience with them was not good and felt dishonest and we are paying for it literally.

Very honest & upfront dealership.

The two people I have talked to in the office - were horrible. Rude! Cheryl was just nasty and called me a name! The other gentleman in finance was also not nice. What had happened was we were initially going to trade in a truck for $500 but found out we could get more for it selling it online. Fritz didnt take the truck out of the paperwork, so we signed the bank documents with the truck in the agreement. The finance guy called me a week later and said a mistake had been made and we needed to come back in to resign. We work weird hours, and so the two of us going in to sign together was a no go. Finally, we had the paperwork sent to the Noblesville location, which my son signed the paperwork on June 30th and I signed it a day or two after at that location. Cheryl basically called me a liar on the phone! She said no you didnt sign it then!!! Really? I will NEVER recommend them...and I will make it a point to tell anyone I know to NOT buy from them! Do not deal with Cheryl!!!

Headgasket blew, breaklines ruptured, rotors replaced, radio broken, ac not working, and now a radiator (writing a review while were stranded-Fritz wont return our calls) They cut me a deal for being a military service member...thank you for YOUR service.

The whole experience was smoother than expect and without any pressure. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We did buy a car and the process took only a couple of hours; granted I test drove the car that I really wanted first, and after driving did not need to drive the others. Will definitely go back and recommend anyone looking for a used to car to at least view their inventory which has a wide distribution width of not only years but also makes.

The trick here is to look on the internet 1st. Their prices per vehicle is already reduced to what Carfax says are excellent. Online you can get the full Carfax on every vehicle on the lot. Their prep department is unbelievable. Most stand alone lots dont do that great in prep. At Fritz all the vehicles on the lot look as good as a new car delivery. They are 1 mile west off I69 on 116th street. I had never heard of them until I saw on the internet a 1 owner company owned 2016 Nissan Frontier 67k miles with the Carfax. The report showed full service every 4500 miles at a local Nissan dealership. The internet price was $13,500.00. Way below average price for this vehicle. I must admit it was not fully loaded. But looked new. And it was a 4x4 with 4 new Bridgestone tires.

I had called after hours about a week ago and the owner answered. He was professional and helpful. He verified that the car I was calling about was still on the lot. He took my information and said someone would contact me the next day. The next day I received communication from James. He was also very professional and not pushy as other salesmen had been. He answered all the questions I had before I went and looked at the Ford Edge.I finally was able to go look at the car and from the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile and how are you doing today? I was greeted by James. We test drove and bought.Patrick, Finance Dept., was fantastic as well. I purchased a car from Fritzs Noblesville location in December 2019. My wife and I had previously looked at a car for my wife earlier in the year at their Fishers location. We didnt purchase when shopping for my wife, but the experience was positive enough that we went back to Fritzs when it came time to find a car for me. My contact with all of their employees was positive, especially Eric and Joe.I appreciated many things about this experience, particularly their straightforward approach to the process, not engaging in endless attempts to up-sell or add on, and not trying to force me into their lenders. Eric gave me plenty of space to look around the car and allowed me to take the car for an extended test drive on my own.Next time we need a car, I will definitely check in with them to see what they have on their lots.

Called before went up and ask what we needed bc we live 1 he away, all Mike said was id so we go up there and get approved but couldnt take car home bc we didnt bring all the paperwork. Then we when finally get the car, 2 weeks later they say they cant contact the employer even though we put the recent pay stub in there and that they need us to bring car back..but here is the kicker put down 1500 and then they said I rented the car for 45 a day and since it wasnt our fault it fell through we lost half of our deposit..I will never go through this place or recommend it to anyone.

I live not to far from Fritzs and have driven buy for years. Theyve always had something on the lot that was appealing. As I dont buy cars that often, when the time came up to replace my primary car I looked at their website. Not only did they have a nice selection and a decent price, the pictures didnt do the cars justice. Actually seeing them and driving them was quite the nice experience.I ended up getting what I thought was a fair trade on my old car, but I got a really good bargain on my new-used car. The independent mechanic I had review my car couldnt find any faults with this (and they claim to find them on all cars they review). The price was extremely competitive. They were even able to arrange for financing that was better than I had been able to get.My overall experience was fantastic. I will be going back to Fritz in the future when its time to replace my other vehicle. I do recommend that they be looked at and visited.

Buyer beware!!!Dealership sold the vehicle with implied warranty. Vehicle was not sold “As is”. Took the vehicle back after two weeks for an oil leak and dealership said they won’t cover it. This is after they gave me an inspection stating the vehicle had no oil leaks. The dealership forged or lied that there were no oil leaks! Very shady dealer!!! Before buying take the vehicle to an independent service shop!!!! Don’t believe a word. If their mouth is moving they are lying!!

I got there around 5pm and started looking at the cars on the lot. Kyle Kreutzinger showed me all the cars that I wanted to see that I saw online on the website. He also had a lot of suggestions to other vehicles that I may be interested in. He wasnt pushy at all and took the time to go over each vehicle we looked at together. He taught me his method of getting the value of the cars he had on the lot. Very informative and professional. He rode with me during a test drive and again explained what to look for during a test drive. I decided to purchase a vehicle that day from him. He made everything simple and easy to understand when I was signing all the paperwork. Gary Burt made the financial process very streamlined and effective; took only about 30 minutes to sign the necessary paperwork. I was out of there around 6:45pm, 45 minutes after they had closed for the night but they stayed longer to get everything sorted out for me.
