Nice place. Need a public restroom. I had an ER situation there today. I am a heart patient and was told I could walk to McDonalds I cant do that. Was upset being told that. Other than that it was very clean store. Will shop there again.

I had a great experience here getting a new key fob replacement/installment . The gentleman was very experienced and it was done so fast! I had to call so many places to see if they would do it and they couldn’t glad my husband called batters and bulbs on sycamore ! The whole staff was polite to me and helpful they listened to every word I said .. thank you! Recommend !

If they dont have it they can get it. A little pricey but you dont have to buy in bulk.

The staff are knowlegeable and showed me options on selecting a battery for my John Deere riding lawnmower. They examined my truck key as well a few weeks avo.

They had quite the selection on batteries and portable chargers but you would think that a place that sells so many batteries for cell phones would have more of a selection on cell phone cases

Unprofessional, unorganized/incorrect online stock to in store inventory, and needs to work on customer service and phone etiquette. I originally ordered an “in-stock” $226 AGM battery online and awaited a few hours for the pickup confirmation which never came. Called the store to be rudely told they’d call me back to confirm the order. An hour later I called back to be put on hold for 20 minutes with another employee so they could look for one of the two batteries they supposedly had; eventually they said they’d call back again to let me know when they found it. Again the call never came so an hour later I called back and was then told they couldn’t find any so was told I’d have to wait for the next shipment possibly a week later. A week later I did not receive a call so I called back, which led them to look again. Shortly after, they again confirmed no battery and said there must be delays with their shipments and to check back next week. Account was charged upon initial order, still no battery, and still no solution besides it potentially coming in soon. Highly discourage ordering anything with this store because of the unprofessional and incorrect inventory maintenance; and the non-existent attempts to remedy the situation.*Update* Over a week and a half after the initial charge and order of the “in store” battery and I finally was able to pick it up. Vehicle was down the entire time and card was charged in full from initial order date.

I have an IPhone 6s that was having trouble staying charged to the point that I had to keep it on a charger all the time. Although I am eligible for an upgrade I really don’t want to commit to a contract right now. I made an appointment on line with Batteries Plus to have my battery replaced. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The service was excellent and the technician gave me good advice on how to properly charge my phone. The battery comes with a full one year warranty. I would definitely recommend Batteries Plus if you thinking about having your cell phone battery replaced.

It’s been long overdue, been coming to this establishment for about 10 years. The whole staff is amazing !! I went a couple of weeks ago with a watch I had bought last year at end of season on sale, by not wearing it battery drained and they replaced it for me at no charge. The gentleman ( sorry did not get his name) recognized me by all the times I’ve been there. I thought it was the kindest and nicest thing to do it made my day!! Last week I went to buy battery for my alarm at home and another gentleman was very helpful and informative. Talk about great customer service, remember Batteries Plus for many of your needs and batteries !! I’m sure I’ll see them again soon !!

Our family car was having battery problems when we took it to Batteries Plus Bulbs. Robert was nice enough to test our battery and turns out after looking at it that our alternator was going out. Our car barely made it to the mechanic before the battery ran out of juice. Long story short, we’d have been in a lot more trouble if Robert hadn’t helped us out, for free I might add. Definitely recommend bringing your business here, as we will be!

Amazing customer service they came out and replaced my car battery. The larger gentleman there spent time and cleaned the terminal then sprayed the terminal with a protective spray. He took his time and did an excellent job not like most places that throw the battery in then push you out the door.

Called batteries plus to see it they had a battery for my bike. I tried to give him the model from the battery, but no, he wanted the model for the bike. Yes, they had some in stock. Take my lunch break to go pick it up and guess what. They dont have my darn battery. I made sure everyone in the store heard me tell him that if he would have listened to me when I tried to give him the model of the battery, I wouldnt have wasted my time driving across town. Was it because Im a woman? Do you think Im an idiot? Thanks a lot, a hole. Take your apology and shove it. You just lost a few good customers.

I took my vehicle to Batteries Plus in Fayetteville NC to have my key fob program. They were unable to program it and after they were finished my remote start no longer worked on my existing key fob.

They fixed my iPhone screen in less than an hour while I ran to lunch. Did a great job!

I placed an order on-line and picked up at the store. I was greeted very professionally by Austin as soon as I entered and my items were readily available. However, in the course of ringing up my purchase, another employee interrupted the transaction and had my attendant move to another register. He was extremely rude and unprofessional towards my attendant and it was uncalled for. 5 Stars definitely for Austin, but someone needs to train the other employee how to handle situations more professionally. I will remain professional and not mention his name. The unnamed is the only reason for my low rating.
