I was told their transmission repairs were top notch and their guy can repair my truck in his sleep. This may have been the case but who knows. The truck still isnt running The truck had other issues but this Mechanic Shop couldnt figure it out. I was told this was an unusual transmission repair with no explanation why. I was also given negative feedback when I asked for a detailed report of the repairs and findings before I paid the remainder of the bill and towed the truck to another shop. My problem is their efforts to communicate. I was told I would receive a call with details of what was found. A week later I am sending the owner stringent texts asking why I cant get a response. He just said.... I cant fix your base model 2001 truck because its too complicated. I have learned over the last week that two other social acquaintances have had the same issue with this company..... exactly!

Yesterday, we drove up from the Austin, TX area and about 2 hours south of Fayetteville our check engine light came on.
