Repaired under warranty. Had issues actually talking to service rep on the phone, always went to voicemail. Repair took 4x longer than quoted, fine with that since I had a loner but would have appreciated not having to reach out myself to find that out. Biggest issue, around the engine area was marked up after (pictures) from what I imagine is the mechanic leaning over it without a towel or other protection. Also truck had pine needles/pine tree debris in bed and spots on paint from some type of sap

My new 2020 F250 required service and I had a warranty issue. I had a great team that went above and beyond in helping me. Between Tim, Rusty, Michelle and Julie I couldn’t be happier. They were all very friendly and professional. The warranty issue required they keep my vehicle for a few days awaiting a part. They all bent over backwards to ensure my needs were taken care of and I received a loaner vehicle while mine is there. Since the purchase of my vehicle the whole LaFayette Ford team has been exceptional. 10/10 highly recommend.

We were traveling I-95 pulling horses when we heard a pop. The engine lost power. We limped to the rest area and called LaFayette Ford. My husband talked to the diesel mechanic who told him what he thought the issue was. I am from Lumberton but the Ford dealership declined helping us. We made it to LaFayette and they could not have been nicer. We were so lucky they had the part in stock (COVID has disrupted the supply chain). The mechanic was right, replaced the part in just a few minutes and we were back on our way in under an hour. Everyone there was very nice and professional. I only regret we do not live closer!

IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND YOUR VEHICLE I WOULD ADVISE NOT MAKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT LAFAYETTE FORD ON RAEFORD RD. If I could give this service department zero stars I would. I dropped my vehicle for an appointment made at 10am for servicing. At 3pm after not having received a phone call yet, I reached out trying to get information on my vehicle. I was told by Andrew my service tech that he ultimately had no clue and would go into the garage to find out more information on my vehicle. An hour goes by with no phone call. I again, call the service department for the second time trying to gain information on my vehicle. This time Andrew tells me that he is waiting for notes from his technician. He will give me a call when he gets the “full picture”. Another hour goes by and no phone call. It is now 5pm and I call the service department for the 3rd time!! This time I ask for the supervisor in hopes to get some answers. I am told the supervisor in charge Loretta has gone home for the day but James the supervisor in charge while she is out is on a phone call and will call me back in 5 minutes. 15 minutes go by and I receive a phone call from my original service tech Andrew, NOT THE SUPERVISOR. Andrew ultimately tells me that nothing has been done on my vehicle because they got busy. Oh and I have a nail in my tire that can not be patched and the tire and wheel protection program that has been sold to me through Ford... he can’t seem to find in the system so I will have to provide him with that number if I want my tire fixed. I have loved Ford and have never experienced such incompetent people in all my time dealing with this company. I would also like to add that I am 9 months pregnant and informed my service tech at drop off that I would need my vehicle as soon as possible. I also was denied the desk number of Loretta the supervisor of the service department in order to follow up with her and let her know of the poor service I received while she was out. Picked up my vehicle immediately and made an appointment at Crown Ford in town who were more than accommodating.
