Bought a edible arrangement for my sisters birthday. Women on the front desk was friendly while taking the request. The edible arrangement never showed up on her birthday “the front desk associate said the driver rung the doorbell multiple times and called many times but my sister works from home no one ever came, and never received a phone call, never mind multiple. The next day we called for an update and they said it’s on the truck to be delivered today. Well the full day passed and we called to get an update. Lady at the front desk just kept lying, we asked to speak to a manger she said she’s not in, asked when she would be in. Finally she came out and said we don’t have a manager and don’t know what’s going on with your order.

I made the unfortunate choice of having an edible arrangement delivered instead of going with my typical birthday gift choice of CHIP cookies. I guess the staff was friendly enough even though they don’t answer the phone 97% of the time and while placing my order all I could hear in the background was people saying bad things about other people within the business. But that’s not the problem I have, the problem I have is that the arrangement I ordered and paid over $100 for arrived rotten. I’m not talking out of season gross, I’m talking slimy fruit rotten. For being an “edible” arrangement, it sure wasn’t edible. Put your hard earned money elsewhere.

My mother ordered a pumpkin cheesecake and chocolate dipped fruit platter for my husbands birthday at 10am this morning. The location closed at 5 and I still have not received the arrangement. It said that it was out for delivery at 2:30pm today and has been that way since then. It is now 6pm and still no arrangement. Incredibly disappointing, since my mother had the same problem happen when she got an arrangement for my dad months ago. Absolutely no change in customer service. Im disgusted.

The first time they delivered my order to the wrong address and the order was not complete (forgotten balloon). When I called the following day to notify them I was told the soonest they could redeliver my order and correct what was forgotten would be the following day first thing in the morning. My order didn’t arrive until late the next AFTERNOON and when delivered the box was open, the order was not how I had ordered it and they FORGOT the balloon I paid for..AGAIN! I called and spoke to a manager briefly and was told I’d get a call back, never got a call and was never refunded for the balloon that was never received or the order that was wrong. Unprofessional, and unreliably

Very disappointed. I ordered from here (for the first time) for my boss and they brought the wrong order. Then I called and they offered to fix it which was nice, however, they still brought the wrong thing. Then I was told by the driver that his boss said they no longer make the small cupcakes and their website hadnt been updated but when I looked there was a whole bunch of new things that offer the same cupcakes that I had ordered. I will never order through this company again.

Farmington Utah has the WORST, thieving “business” I have ever witnessed. My order was suppose to be delivered on a Monday. I’ve reached out 5 times. Been told it’s out for delivery three times. It is now Wednesday and still no show. The guy working said he cannot refund me and hung up on me. No order, no refund. This company, and Adrian at the Farmington location steals and will be reported.

Walking in for the first time, and the young girl and boy were super unwelcoming and unhelpful. We have never been to an Edible Arrangements before and were excited for our first box. Employees need training on customer service as it was a super awkward interaction since we didnt have a clue as what to order. Wouldve given a 1 star but the taste of the products was good 👍🏼 presentation wasnt great. We ordered cheesecakes and a dipped fruit box and when we picked them up the cream on the cheesecakes was melted and the strawberries on top were off to the side.

HiMy daughter sent me a small arrangement of fruits and they never called or knocked on the door to know I was there, when I received the gift I had a balloon like for babies instead of birthdays. The fruits were very hot and the strawberries had a sour taste, the pineapples were partly hard and in short it is not what Edible delivers. very bad my birthday basket the base they chose an ugly color.Then my daughter ordered two days later for my son, his brother, a simpler one with popcorn, and a smaller arrangement of fruits and these were super fresh, cold and delicious. its super cute balloons in a party colors not depressing like mine.I receive my order on February 28/2021 and my son was on 03/02/2021. I told my daughter she will be calling the office to let them know.

We got an arrangement after our son was born. It was absolutely beautiful, all kinds of yummy fresh fruit in a cute arrangement. The cheesecake cookies are to die for with fresh fruit on top. All the fruit was perfectly ripe and so yummy. It was a nice surprise for a new momma that doesn’t have a lot of time to eat. I will definitely recommend to any friends and will be going back!

Very disappointed, I’m out of state I placed my order first thing in the morning to be delivered on the same day for my best friend birthday, 8 hrs later no order was ever delivered, the driver was unaware of my order even though the order tracker kept reading it was on its way . Unreliable !!!! And I was charged

I was away for work on my anniversary date. Decided to send something sweet to my wife and place an order on the 23rd for a delivery on the 28th. Without notice Edible Arrangements cancelled my order just hours before the end of the day on the day of delivery. Needless to say, I only had a phone call to give my wife for the day of our anniversary. DO NOT ORDER FROM EDIBLE IF YOU WANT TO BE LEFT SCRAMBLING DAY OF. They may decide to cancel your order and leave you high and dry.I have been on the phone for 38min so far to talk to a representative to see if there was anyway ANYTHING can be arranged to be delivered. No luck so far. If youre looking for disappointment come to edible arrangements.

Awesome customer service! The manager and staff were wonderful and very nice. They offered free samples while we waited and the dipped strawberries were delicious! Our arrangement was customized exactly how we wanted it. Definitely will use them again as a great option for flowers. Very fun!

Great customer service! Helpful and willing to replace...We were surprised and delighted to find an edible arrangement on our front porch table quite late one night. Unfortunately it had been there for a couple of days as we had been out of town! I ordered an arrangement for my daughter in law’s birthday. It was the large Rainbow and Butterfly Creation. It was perfect for her; It had a nice variety of fruit and also chocolate dipped strawberries. She loved the pineapple flowers and butterflies! I asked for them to add three balloons and they added happy smiley faces so the whole creation was bright and cheery and she felt loved and cherished on her birthday!They also had a special for free delivery so that made it even better! I will order again for other family members.

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered yesterday 02/16/2021 it did not come. I spoke to the employees several times yesterday who assured me it would be delivered as it was made yesterday morning. The tracking updated last night and said it was out for delivery it never showed and now says its being made. I have called the store multiple times this morning to cancel the delivery and cannot get anyone to answer.

Edible Arrangements said they have an Employee MASK POLICY, so I ordered. When I arrived, I was surprised to see employees in the kitchen unmasked. I asked questions about the Mask Policy, the anti-mask employee stood her anti-mask ground so I left without my order. I’m high risk, disabled from MS.. I just can’t risk it. We had a 2-min interaction, no swearing, no yelling, and she never asked me to leave. I left and went to my van and got on a call.. then THREE POLICE OFFICERS surrounded me. They cited me for Trespassing. They threatened to arrest me if I didn’t leave. That anti-mask employee got so mad about my questions that she called police!! Unacceptable.I’m disabled, I walk with a limp and use a cane/wheelchair. I’m no threat to anyone. I made no threats. I behaved appropriately. I violated no laws. Edible Arrangements has done nothing to resolve this issue. I got it on video, you can view it on their Twitter.

These guys are great! Ive ordered from the Farmington Station location several times. No issues with online ordering - all I have to do is click confirm and wait for the thank you!!!! call from the recipient the next day. Unlike floral arrangements, what I order online is exactly what gets delivered.I picked up my order in-store today. The staff was friendly and everything was ready to go even after I called to make a last minute addition.Thanks Farmington Station crew! Your hard work is appreciated and makes it so easy for me to send a little cheer (and chocolate) to my friends and colleagues.

I had a delivery sent same-day to a friend today and no one was home at my friends house so the driver was so kind and brought them to my house to drop off to her. He went far out of his way and was still willing to take them to her work if she could get deliveries there. What awesome customer service from the Farmington location!!!!

My experience was top-notch and I am SO GRATEFUL! I called to order vs. doing it online because I had waited (forgotten) to do so until noon. I spoke with Shilo, who told me it would be no problem to have it delivered same-day. I wanted to personalize my gift with a couple of extra items which was accommodated, again, with no problem. The pricing really allowed me to send a very nice(and DELICIOUS!) gift. The bouquet was delivered to the birthday girl AS PROMISED. She LOVED it, and was ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED! *UPDATE:This morning I called to follow up in regards to the situation below. I asked to speak to the Supervisor directly. I spoke with her and explained the situation, I have one other delivery that I placed for my Husband’s Father that should be getting delivered today. I placed both these orders at the same time but because we were so upset with the outcome of the delivery for my Dad, I wanted to call and ensure my Husband’s Dad would have his delivered properly.I have to say that it truly impressed me. She confirmed the delivery happened after 10pm and she agreed that this should have never happened. She wants to refund the entire amount for my Dad’s strawberry arrangement and send out a new, fresh batch today with cold packs.I truly have to say that I didn’t expect this. I told her the same, she doesn’t need to do all this. I wanted to make her aware of what happened so that the process can be improved because I was lucky enough to have read my email before bed and still get my strawberries in the refrigerator so that they were okay, but I don’t want someone else to go through something like this and of course I wanted to make sure my Husband’s Dad got his delivery today.I give a 5 star because what I appreciated more than anything else, is that she was sorry and agreed that this should have never happened. I appreciate that.—————————————————————————I will not be ordering from the Farmington, UT location again.I placed a “Create your own box” order one month prior of 12 chocolate dipped strawberries with various toppings (mini chocolate chips, hazelnut, etc.) for my Dad for Father’s Day. It was meant to arrive today (a day prior to Father’s Day). I called at 9am to find out what time I can expect the delivery because it was a surprise from my Husband and I and we both wanted to make sure we were available around the time it was meant to be delivered. The lady stated that 5pm is the latest it could arrive.5pm came and went, no delivery.I called at 5:10pm and sure enough, no answer because they are closed.It gets better..Now, I’m upset because my Dad is an Owner Operator (Truck Driver) and his schedule is very inconsistent. This was something special that my Husband and I wanted to do for him.It’s 10:09pm, I’m in bed and I receive an email from, long behold, Edible Arrangements. They have delivered my strawberries. I wanted to paste a photo of the time stamp of the email but it doesn’t give me that option.I walk outside and there they are, in a box just waiting to melt on the concrete until morning and my Dad, he’s asleep in the bedroom.Thank you Farmington location, for totally messing this up for me.

I recieved an email about a fresh fruit box. Such a good idea. I ordered one, a 6 piece box of dipped fruit and a bag of popcorn. The delivery was to arrive by 3pm. I asked that it just be left on my porch.At 1:50 it was all delivered, left on our porch, just liked I asked.Lovely box of fruit, perfect dipped fruit, the best popcorn.Thank you Farmington edible arrangements.

They were so kind and polite. They went out of their way to open a little earlier so I could pick up my item and be on the other end of the valley in time to meet my customer. The fruit was delicious and the presentation was gorgeous. I got so many good comments. This was for a work meeting with one of my very important customers. I placed a delivery order on July 5, 2019 to be fulfilled on August 10, 2019 for one small chocolate dipped gift box sent to a business address. The box was part of a surprise I plan every year for my significant other and needed to be delivered on the ordered date for it to make sense- not the following business day (which would be a Monday- two days later). I called the day before scheduled delivery and spoke with someone at the desk to ask approximately what time the box would be delivered. She informed me that the delivery driver doesn’t even come on shift until “about 1 or 2,” which I thought was a sort of a bummer because, when delivering to businesses, I would think part of the fun is having the item at work to share and talk about during the day- not just to hurry and grab before you go home for the night. At any rate, she assured me it would be delivered. To sum it up: it was not. The order tracking online indicated that the store never even began making the item; I called at exactly 4pm to see if it was going to arrive and the woman at the front desk indicated she thought it must be with the driver. I asked if it would be delivered by 5, both because it was going to a business and also because the Edible Arrangements closes at 5 and she indicated it would. Again, it was not. I called again at 5 asking if it had been delivered. I did not want to ask the party who was to receive it as, again, it was the first part of a large planned weekend surprise. She again checked to see if the driver was back and said he or she wasn’t, so she assumed it would probably still get there. Nope. They closed and my package never was delivered. I ended up simply calling my SO and letting him know about the surprise. This has become a yearly tradition always including the fruit box first and this was the first time they didn’t deliver. I am beyond disappointed. I spent $53 for a dozen dipped fruits that they couldn’t get set up for delivery with over an entire month’a notice. I cannot come up with a single reason for that delivery to not have been made. I intend to call the manager Monday to talk about getting a refund, as the front desk told me I “might” be eligible to get my money back, as this delivery will make no sense coming two days late. Seriously. Disappointed.Update on 8/12: I spoke to Joel, the manager, who was very apologetic and understanding and processed a refund upon my asking. Though still sad the box never arrived, he did his best to make it right moving forward.

Ordered a few bouquets for the holidays and they looked amazing! It seems a little pricey, but when you see how much fruit and how much chocolate fruit you get, its a decent price for something unique and fun for an occasion. And, the separate fruit trays lasted for a few days. Staff was very friendly and helpful in loading the arrangements in my vehicle.

Had a fruit arrangement delivered to my home as a gift. They went the extra mile and left it on my porch in an insulated bag and phoned me to tell me thats what they were doing. When I took the insulated bag back to their store as a courtesy, Melissa was most appreciative and gave me some tasty chocolate fruit treats to express her appreciation. With recent change in leadership here, I think others are more likely to have the same very positive experience that I did.

Warning to anyone who is planning to pay $80+ for something special. I ordered an arrangement many days in advance for valentines delivery. On Valentines day mid afternoon I got a message from my credit card company that they refunded the money without any explanation. I called every number they had with no answers. Very poor customer service and fulfillment by waiting to the last minute to cancel without offering any solutions or even notify me they were not going to deliver. I can not trust this company again.I ended up paying $20 to the local Crumbl Cookies to deliver twice as many sweets for way less money. A+ for Crumbl. The days of needing to pay huge markups to Edible Arrangements is over. There are better and more reliable ways to treat someone special.

Arrangement was supposed to be delivered Friday 8/23 for my birthday. Was not delivered but received confirmation email that it was. Called the store to have delivery address changed to my home on Saturday. Was not delivered Saturday. Monday the arrangement was not delivered to my school or home. I called the store to see where my order was. They said they would check and call me back. Today I hadn’t heard anything and called to receive a refund. After a few hours a staff member called me back confirming my refund. Wish my experience had been better. The company did nothing to try to resolve this issue. It took repeated attempts to sort out the confusion.

I dont know how they have such high ratings on Google, other sites are showing reviews stating my exact same problem. Please dont order from here (Farmington, Utah). If they get overwhelmed with orders, they turn their phone off and just dont deliver. I ordered (EXPENSIVE) for my daughter for Valentines Day, and they never showed up. I called the store all day, and their phone was off. I emailed them, no answer. I called corporate and was told the order was being worked on and they had till 9pm to deliver. Next day rolls around and still nothing. I called the store and they apologized but just had too many orders and couldnt deliver them all. REALLY?!?!?! Wow!!!!!! No phone call, no email.....NOTHING!!! My husband passed away and always spoiled my daughter and I on Valentines Day. This year not only is her Dad not here but she had nothing....period....because of YOUR COMPANY!!!! I will never ever give you a second chance. This is pathetic!!!

I normally dont leave reviews unless I was unhappy with customer service. I placed my order online yesterday and called this morning to check the status of the order and see if they could get me a rough estimate of the time they were going to deliver. I called when their hours are open. No answer. I tried 10 different times through their first hour of being open. One ring, and then to the message with no possible way of leaving a voicemail. I finally called corporate to see what was going on and to vent a little to them and they handled it well. 2 hours later after hanging up immediately when i got the message and then immediately calling back again, they picked up on the 9th call. Nearly 2 hours after being open. This was my first time ordering from them (thankfully they delivered to the right place and it all went well) but I would have to seriously think about ordering from them again. And from what ive read, never around major holidays.

The Farmington location came to the rescue when the West Valley location completely ruined my gift. The west valley location where I placed the order never answered the phone and was very unprofessional. They arrived right before closing with a wilted bouquet of fruit and an improperly copied note that was promised hours before and in a size smaller than what I ordered. If it werent for the farmington location I wouldnt have even been able to confirm the order and they offered me an arrangement for free to make up for the difficulty I had with a problem that wasnt even their issue

I ordered on Monday 9.16 for a delivery for my husband for our anniversary. Delivery was for 9.17 and they were delivered 9.18. I called the store and asked what the issue was. I was told the driver was in an accident. I told her a phone call would have been nice, as it was for a special occasion. She was short with me on the call. Bouquet was also not as fresh as I have ordered in the past.

Despite the reviews, GIVE THEM A CHANCE! New Management. I was very hesitant to order from this store after reading the reviews. I decided to call and decide for myself. I spoke with Kristen, and told her I have read the reviews and was concerned. Guess what yall, new management! She said she and the other co-owner are doing everything they can to turn around the reputation after taking over 2 months ago. I had nothing but EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, and my product was delivered exactly when I asked. They even delivered to Pleasant View, which isnt close to their store. I ordered at 11:30 last Thursday and it was delivered that afternoon before my sisters 50th birthday.I believe in giving new ownership a chance. Before you decide to pass on this store, give them a chance. Call them. I could tell she went out of her way to make sure I was happy with what I was ordering, she gave me the coupon code from their website and saved me $20 and delivered my bouquet even a half hour earlier than I thought possible.Thank you and I will be ordering again, for sure!

Idk why this place has such a low star review. I’ve used this same store for my last three orders and I’ve had nothing but AMAZING customer service. Also my orders are always on time and perfect...my wife loves them. I just placed an order today this morning left a note her office closes at 3:30pm I even called em before to make sure it’ll be there and she called the delivery driver to make sure it got there before she left work. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered an arrangement and it took them two days to deliver because they wouldnt follow delivery instructions, their customer service was horrid, and they forgot the balloon bouquet I also ordered. I have NEVER been treated this horribly before. Never order from this place. Save your money and go elsewhere.

My fiance is deployed and tried to surprise me with an edible arrangement... except it never showed up. Two days after the expected delivery, I call them and they tell me the arrangement was delivered. After discussing it they tell me a temp driver has been messing up tons of orders. I drive down to the location and the manager is visibly irritated but offers to remake it for me. 30min later I was taking home a rushed, poorly made edible arrangement. My fiance was devastated, he tried so hard to surprise me and spent a ton of money to get a nice arrangement. I absolutely would not recommend this location. The staff acted as if they held no responsibility whatsoever for the arrangement not arriving. There was no apology or compensation. I got my product, days late and poorly made. This is what represents this location. I shouldve also demanded a refund. what a joke! Strawberries were bruised and the pineapple was all core, I couldnt even eat it.

I received a different container than the snowman I had ordered. They did not give me the option to cancel the arrangement until they had snowmen. I received some of the worst fruit imaginable and was almost impossible to eat. We ended throwing a lot of it away because it was so rotten. I had ordered it for Christmas eve and they did get that right. I also went to the farmington store and requested more strawberries half coated in white chocolate half plain. I got all covered in semisweet chocolate. I called and complained and requested a refund. I was told they will give me a partial refund and send me another arrangement. I told them no but then the manager got on the phone and promised the best fruit would be put in the arrangement. She personally delivered the arrangement and made sure the strawberries were dipped in white chocolate. She also delivered bananas dipped in chocolate which I had not ordered. The whole experience was so much better on new years eve than it was Christmas. My biggest gripe was i didnt get a snowman I had ordered, Im hoping to exchange the containers I have received when a snowman is available. Please call me if I can finally get the snowman. Thank you

Personally living so far away from my family, I feel that people like me depend on companies like this to come through on occasions where we can not be there!! And unfortunately they have let me down completely! I put an order in the morning of January 31st at 10:00 am for my Dads birthday. I am his only child so it is important to me that I get him something on days like this. When 7 hours past and he still had not received his arrangement I called and talked to a lady and ask if she could give me a time on when it would be delivered. She proceeded to tell me that her delivery driver was just getting back from his Southern side routes and was loading up to do the North side. I then asked her if it would be delivered by 7 pm because I was having it delivered to his work and thats when he leaves. She assured me that it would be there before he left. When 6:00 Pm came and it still had not been delivered I called her again and she told me that she just heard from her driver that he was getting gas and delivering mine next. Shortly after my Dads boss received a phone call asking to speak to my Dad. When his boss questioned the call it was someone from the company saying that there truck had broke down and they had to go back to the location in Farmington to pick up another vehicle and load it and he would be there soon. So his boss then had to come up with a plan to keep my Dad there later so he wouldnt miss his present. It was delivered 15 minutes to 8:00 Pm!!!! Almost 9 1/2 hours. So if you are trying to order from them I would absolutely do it a day or two in advanced. I would also hope the company that takes on such a responsibility would maybe think twice about doing same day deliveries. I am disappointed completely and I will not be doing business with them again do to there lack of integrity and lengthy delivery time.

I usually read reviews before I even go anywhere but this time I placed my order before reading the reviews. After I read them I started getting a little nervous because almost all of the reviews on this place were bad. However I decided to give this place a chance and hopefully everything turned out okay. Im so glad that I didnt cancel my order! I placed my order around 10AM on a Friday to be delivered that same day. I received notification in my email saying that my order was out for delivery. I kept checking throughout the day but the status kept saying out for delivery. I was having this package delivered to a friends work. Hes a mechanic at jiffy lube and they close at 6PM. Around 4PM I decided to call them and figure out what was going on. The girl who answered the phone was super friendly and she told me that she would text the driver to see where she was. About 2 minutes later she got back on the phone and told me that it should be delivered within the hour. She also told me that if the driver did not get there in time she would have the driver deliver the package to my friends house. The driver arrived right before they closed! Later I received a phone call from my friend saying that he loved the fruits! I got him the bananas, apples, and strawberries box. He said that they were delicious. Im definitely ordering from here again! Give this place another chance! You wont regret it!

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a company like edible arrangements. Definitely not worth the money or frustration. I ordered a simple small bouquet of fruit with some chocolate pieces for delivery, needless to say it was not what I paid for. Took all day to deliver, barely made it to the person it was meant for before they left work at 6. When it finally did get there the fruit was horrible, the size was much less than expected, and it did not have the chocolate covered fruit that I ordered. I paid $50 for a big disappointment, I could have made this myself for much less. This company does not care, I’ve been trying to get ahold of customer service for hours and no one in store will answer the phone. Please read the reviews before spending your money on this place, it is definitely not worth it.

This place is absolute GARBAGE! I put in an order some days in advance, tried calling Monday and Tuesday to arrange delivery hours for the 14th no one would answer the phone. Finally got through to customer service, they were friendly enough. Only for my order to not be delivered, called all day yesterday still no answer. Dont waste your money, terrible location!

The arrangents are pretty and decent, but I went today to pick up from this place because I was supposed to get my delivery on Friday, they never came . I come today Monday and since I didn’t make this order for my self but it was a gift i had no idea but I was supposed to get a balloon with it which I obviously never got, I guess you welcome edible arrangements?

Horrible experience! I suggest going with Sherris Berrys instead.I ordered my wifes arrangement to be delivered to our salon on her birthday, the terms say they have till 5 to deliver to businesses. Well it didnt make it and trying to contact the store was a joke. The ringer is on a voicemail and it never actually rings or prompts for options. When I called customer service they had the same issue and all they could tell me was that the arrangement was made. I emailed the facility because they were unreachable, I didnt hear back. I received a call from my employee saying the arrangement was just dropped off. Mind you at this point its 8:00 pm! And luckily my employee was working late that night. Still havent heard from anyone. Worst customer service.

The website said school deliveries would arrive before 3:00. I clearly specified that it was to be delivered at a school. I paid 15.00 for it to be delivered on her birthday. They didnt deliver it on her birthday. Wouldnt refund the delivery charge when they wanted to deliver it a day late. I tried to call during their business hours several times and got the after hours answering machine. Finally got someone to answer at 2:00 in the afternoon the next day. They said they were going to re try to deliver it today which is a day late. They said they dont gaurantee deliveries even though the website says school deliveries are gauranteed to be delivered before 3:00 then they said they didnt make it before the school was closed and they would try again next day. I asked for the delivery charge to be refunded since they didnt make it before the school closed on the right day they refused... I wont use this business again.

First and foremost I’ve got to thank,Maya for helping me pick something out for my daughter’s Sweet Sixteen!!! She was extremely polite, helpful, and very patient as I’m in California. And as a dad this is a major Birthday, so she helped me make it as special as anyone ever possibly could’ve. Second I’d like to thank Shilo Nelson, for going the extra mile today on my Daughter’s 16th. Birthday we’d planned on having them sent to her while she was at school as I’ve down a few times in the Bay Area. Yet Clearfield High wouldn’t allow them to be delivered. So thanks to Shilo Nelson, whom tried her best to get them to my daughter at school so everyone would know how much I love and adore my daughter. She went the extra mile, taking all of the amazing fresh fruits back to her shop until my daughter got out of school. Then she had them delivered to her house and did me an extremely important favor, she took a picture of my daughter for me as my daughter’s in Utah & I’am in California. So the only way I could possibly see her smiling face and baby Blue Eyes was if someone would take a picture of her for me. And now the absolutely positively best part ever was to get a FaceTime from my Baby Girl who’d just turned 16, eating what she’d said was the best pineapple ever and then she seen that there was a few butterflies & flowers made from pineapple, red grapes and melons. She then told me as if I’d never seen one that she had not one but 18 Chocolate Covered Strawberries!!! Which she’d said were “awesome” and tasted amazing. So I’d definitely definitely recommend if you are looking for something extra special and we’ve all sent flowers you need to send a loved one a bucket of fresh fruits and make it extra special. As my daughter said this was the best gift ever, so no more flowers for this old man. I’m going to be sending a basket of Edible Arrangements from this day on!!! As my sister said it’s a much bigger surprise and one you can enjoy with your loved one’s as it’s the best fruits ever and it sure put a smile on my Sweet Sixteen year olds face today. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! I will never order edible arrangements again because of the Farmington store. I ordered something for my husbands birthday on a Monday, I called that morning to make sure that it was going to be delivered by 4 pm. They guaranteed me it would be there before 4 pm, otherwise I would have picked it up myself rather than paying $15 extra to have it dropped off. I called around 4:40 because they still hadnt dropped it off and they said it was out for delivery. I waited until 6 pm, which by then I was late to my husbands birthday dinner, and still no delivery. They didnt call or notify in any way letting me know that it wasnt going to be there on time, OR AT ALL that day. The next morning I called Sarah, the manager there, and she wasnt very pleasant although it was their fault. My package STILL HADNT gotten there at 9:15 am the next day. I told her that I needed my money back and obviously didnt want the package anymore. She tried saying theyd bring it that morning with a free box of strawberries.. I told her I just needed my money back. She said itd take 24 hours to get it back... The next day I called and the person I spoke with tried contacting Sarah, because she wasnt there, and Sarah acted like she didnt know what the associate was talking about when she was asking about my refund. Long story shortened, I called every day last week trying to speak with the manager or regional manager, being told that I was going to either be getting my money back, or theyd call me back, but theyve completely avoided talking to me and Ive yet to speak with anyone in management since last Tuesday. Its now been ONE WEEK since I was supposed to receive my package, and 6 days since I was supposed to receive my full refund and I have yet to hear anything back from managers, Edible arrangements in general, or get my money back!!! Horrible horrible service.

You can order from here maybe in person! However do not waste your money if you want them to deliver because they will take you money plus the 14.99 fee for deliver and never actually deliver the item! I placed more order 6 days ahead, for a party my mother and father were having and the item never arrived! Called customer service they could file a complaint for me, and place a hold on it if I wanna come pick it up, but from the looks of this location they are closed on Sunday! Thank you for ruining my mother’s day gift!

The worst service ever. I ordered edibles for a coworker who just had surgery and had them delivered to the hospital. I didnt know the room number yet so they told me to call back when I had it. I tried to call all night and got a message giving me the hours and didnt get to talk to anyone. The next day I told them to send it to the coworkers house, they said it would be there in the morning around 10 am, it didnt show up until 6 pm. It was all sticky like it had been rolling around in a van, the delivery gal smelled like cigarette smoke and so did the edibles, seemed like the pineapple was cut from the core very hard and not good to eat. The worst service ever!!!

I worked there for a week, there being a van with no insurance, and no AC, and the other with hardly working brakes. I had an extremely unset schedule although I only worked there a few shifts before I dumped that job after being locked out of the store out on deleiveries until 8:30 PM

I ordered one of those fruit baskets. It cost me $80 and I did not even get the fruit I wanted. They charged me extra for bananas and did not even include them. Also the pineapple Was horrible- No taste and hard.It was a lot of fruit, but its not very good quality and didnt even have the extra fruit I paid for.

I live in Michigan and needed to send an arrangement to my Best Friend in Utah because shes been having a really tough week. I ordered the arrangement online and forgot to add a balloon. I called the store directly and was able to get a balloon added and also I requested a different box to put the chocolate covered fruits in and they were able to accommodate to what I wanted. The only issue I had was the fact that I put my order in early, like a few minutes after the store opened early and they did not make the arrangement or deliver it until later that afternoon, Id say a couple hours before they closed. Would I recommend them? YES! Would I use them again? YES! Am I discouraged that I should probably expect LATE deliveries? YES! Overall, it was a good experience.

Honestly-I was initially disappointed about the Valentines debacle. HOWEVER-it is human to error especially when you are depending on other people. My frustration was COMPLETELY DISSOLVED WHEN HEATHER THE MANAGER CALLED ME PERSONALLY AND TOTALLY MADE MY SITUATION RIGHT! With todays use of the internet this is far from my first tine something didnt work out exactly as planned but it is the first time a manger called me personally and fully corrected the issue. Most awful experience I have ever had. The cashier was no more then a 6 year old child working so first off that’s unacceptable. Second off management was rude to a security guard that happened to walk in. He asked her a question and she was rude to him right off the get go. Horrible customer service. My husband ordered fruit arrangment and baloons for our daughters for Valentine’s, and it is now Feb16th and still no delivery. Every time i called they had a new story, and one lady in particular was very rude, and annoyed that i even called to inquire about my order. They cannot guaranty that it will be here today, and i have sat at home for two days since they need a signiture of the person who takes the areangment. They said if not today, maybe it will be there Monday.This was not a cheap irder, and i expect for someone who takes our money that they provide the service that we paid for.This is the last time we order from this location and possibly from Edible Arrangments. Again HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE, i would NOT reccomed them.

Will NEVER order from here again. We ordered a fruit bouquet that was supposed to come with flowers and balloons and be delivered in a refrigerated truck for $75. A guy in a junky Honda NONREFRIGERATED car delivered a rotten fruit bouquet 4 hours late with No balloons and no flowers. He said he would bring them back and NEVER did. Ever. They wouldnt work with us to make it right and kept our full $75. Terribley run business.

Terrible service. Placed an order the 24 of july to be delivered the 4 of august and they couldn’t even do it. Im still trying to figure out what happened to my order but I’ve been calling and no one is answering. Now my husband has to go and ask for his own gift because I can’t since Im deployed. Disappointed. I have ordered from Edible Arrangements many times, without error, but never from this Farmington location. I ordered an arrangement in Feb. 8th for delivery on the 14th. It didn’t come on the 14th, and I didn’t hear from anyone. I tried calling the store multiple times on the 15th, but no one was answering. I went online and had a chat with the online customer service. They were able to call the store and get their call answered. How convenient. Ultimately, it’s 740 pm on the 15th and I received a call from the manager apologizing. Thats great, but a little too late. I’m pretty reasonable and would have picked it up had she called me with her sad story sooner. This is the business youve signed up for. If you can’t make it happen, at least inform your customer sooner rather than later, and when you do call, don’t get snippy at the advice from a pretty chill yet disappointed customer.
