Its gamestop so I have love for them, but not when they offer me $9 for a freshly bought $40 game.

First time being there. They were in the middle of remolding, so they didnt have everything set up. But what they did have out was worth going over for. So I definitely will be back. So 5 star

They dont really keep games in stock in the store. I thought I was going to buy two games but having the cases just meant I could order them. Now the tracking info says it will be about a 2 week shipping process. They also dont display what is available so you cant really browse. You have to know what you want before you go in. Not really a good store for a casual gamer.

The staff working there are educated on games and know a lot about the different areas in the store which is good. There was a lady there who was really rude though, I was talking to my dad about GTA 5 as we were at the checkout and the lady started talking over me, I kept talking and she goes Can you not? Im trying to talk to him and I wanted to slap this lady so badly.

Would give zero stars if I could so I have tried several times to go in the store and have been stopped and told I cannot come in without a mask. That’s okay but what if I have a medical condition that prevents me from being able to wear one? They don’t care. What if I just don not have one surly they would offer you one like EVERY OTHER BUSINESS IN AMERICAN THAT REQUIRES THEM? Nope ...... so I even wait till after the mask mandate has been removed from my county and try to go back and once again was turned away. They even have the nerve to say I can shop there for others safety. Need I remind you that I work healthcare and know what mask are affective at preventing Covid 19 and what ones are not! When you have people in there with bandannas tried around there head like this is a western movie that does nothing to prevent Covid !!! When you are wearing a cloth mask that use to be a shirt IT DOES NOTHING and if we wanna get realistic the cdc has recently released documents saying that the blue surgical mask that are o so popular provide little to no protection agents Covid 19 because on a molecular level Covid 19 molecules are 50x smaller then the gaps left in the mask material. So this place is a joke and not only are they a joke but the people there are EXTREMELY uneducated and the the company should spend more time training there employees and setting realistic rules then the waste of time they got going on now

Gamestop has a large selection of games, and items, a few weeks ago I bought amazing beyblades. I also bought a vegeta statue and havent been the same since

Nothing good in stock. They insist you wear a mask, The sales people are right in your face and if the mask doesnt stop their bad breath, it isnt stopping spreading COVID which in not as bad as the flu. NOT WORTH THE TIME AND HASSEL.Just shop online at amazon or even walmart...anywhere is cheaper for your game gear than GameStop. I feel the chain will be closing stores soon. Hopefully Farmington first

This is one of the best game stops I have been to in the Missouri area, nice employees and speedy service makes this particular game stop among the upper echelon of game stores. In black Friday an employee offered me a unicorn umbrella which I thought was amazing. Relatively middle of the road with prices, if you dont consider online shopping a possibility. They sell much more than just games, they sell pop culture icons and even figurines. They now have kingdom hearts action figures that are about $19.99 which is not that bad. The paint could be a bit better but no complaints for the meager 20 dollar price tag.

I have been going to this GameStop for a couple of years now and have never had a problem with service, but recently, some of the game discs were scratched and I had to make a trip back to have the game replaced.

Great staff! They really helped make our granddaughters 10th birthday fantastic! They went out of their way to look up codes online to reset a used game she wanted to go with her new Nintendo 3ds. They even wrote it on her receipt so she wouldnt have to look it up. Thats great service!

Found some awesome deals today!!! Stranger things 2 Ghostbusters sets 😀 Clearance marked for 6.98 each I believe. We picked up 3 sets. Never too early for Christmas shopping. Service was fast and friendly, and they knew of some other items we might be interested in that come out later this year. They printed out a copy of the items and told us we should pre order

The workers are knowledgeable and pretty helpful with answering anything that you want to know. i bought about 10 games my last visit spent about 100 bucks very good deals. the buy two get one weekend was amazing money saver.

Terrible customer service. Employees constantly take advantage of younger gamers with trade ins. The knowledge of the employees is casual gaming at best, regurgitating what someone told them to say instead of actual gaming experience.

Will not be returning to this GameStop. Staff is completely rude and inconsiderate. They completely ignored a handicapped customer and served the people in line after him. From now on I will either be doing my business at A to Z Games in park hills. The people are friendly, great quality of merchandise, and the prices are low. Ill take my chances spending my money at a family owned store like this one.

Depends on the staff, some are super friendly others are kinda rude. Usually cheaper to buy games and things elsewhere unless you spend the money for a procard.other than that variety is great. Their selection of collectables is nice.

Farmington Gamestop is great. The staff is courteous and actually play games. Most other Gamestop locations I have visited are full of posers pushing preorders and DLC, season passes, etc. I never seem pressured or uncomfortable at this location and thats why I have continued to shop there since the day they opened.

Pre-ordered a game and asked multiple times about a pre-release part and was told no Everytime and when I went to pick my game up they evedentaly did have a pre-release party

Ever since Ive moved to this area this has been my go-to for all of my gaming needs! The staff is very knowledgeable and if there were ever any issues management was always kind. They run alot of good deals and merchandise. To be honest every gamestop runs the mostly the same deals and merchandise. Although its the staff that makes the store at the Farmington location! Couldnt ask for better people. Swing by! You wont be disappointed!
