Best customer service ever! We had to drive an extra 2 1/2 hours to Farmington because the manager at the AT&T store in flagstaff was EXTREMELY RUDE. The employees were friendly and Carmichael was great! Thank you all for being so polite!!!

The workers here never really know what is going on or how to do things. Came here to correct my phones multimedia messaging setting and was told I needed to go to an Apple Store and that they do not know what is wrong. I went to the corporate store and all I needed to do was reset the network settings on my iPhone. When we first came here to switch over from Verizon, the guy basically screwed us over on our plan and we ended up paying for our phones which were supposed to be free. AT&T never fixed the issue and we were told this employee has done this a few times. He currently does not work there anymore. I suggest going to the corporate store. An employee there told me the other employees at this retail store don’t have extensive training.

3 employees, ALL on their phones, walked in they all 3 looked at each other and one sighed and put her phone down and asked how can I help you. I stated I wanted to upgrade a line, it was a wearable and wanted a phone instead. She stated, I cant do that, you have to call customer service which instantly put me off. What about, Im sorry that is something you have to call customer service for, here the number. Nope as soon as I said, No thank you, have a nice day she went back to her phone. Now I know the reason the other store by home depot had a long wait for a rep! I would rather wait then to deal with unprofessional employees.

I honestly hateeeeee going into phone service places because it’s just a headache and mess. BUT LET ME TELL YOU, cadio at the mall AT&T is who you wanna see. He will get you in and out with what you need and you’ll be satisfied with the outcome of the service you received, he will answer any question and try to be a helpful he can be. I didn’t wait at all and I got out of there as quick as can be.

Rebekah saved my photos!Recently I was shopping at the mall when my phone started to spin. When I arrived at the store for help, she was quick to help me set up a new phone before the old phone completely died and very important pictures were lost forever. Unfortunately the wifi at the mall was super busy that day and after trying for hours to transfer pictures to the cloud and reset the phone, it was going to take several hours longer to finish the task. So, Rebekah took my old phone home at the end of her shift and updated everything at her home on her own time! She called the next day to walk me the through the process of restarting my new phone with all my saved pictures!Truly, Rebekah’s service was above and beyond and I am exceedingly grateful!!

Josh gives excellent customer service! He listened to what we wanted and matched the product he sold us to our needs. He answered all our questions, was very thorough, did not make us feel rushed and made sure we had contact numbers to reach him in case we had any more questions or needed further help. You rarely get customer service like this anymore, such a pleasant experience.

Walking into this store the first time last month to upgrade our phones from the Samsung Note 8 to the Samsung Note 10+ was great! The store manager was great with us. However, this store was out of the color phone I wanted so I chose to get the black color because I didnt want to miss out on the deal they had for us trading in our phones. The store manager offered to exchange my phone when the color I wanted came in the following week (we went in on a Saturday) and he said he would waive the fee EVEN if he wasnt there. He said that I would just have to let the staff know. That same day we also had extra credit from our phone trade in, so we got phone cases and screen protectors. I asked him if I should wait to put on that screen protector until I got the newer phone and he said that he will put on another screen protector on my new phone once I came back in to exchange it and will also waive that fee. WELL moving on to the time when I did get the color phone I wanted but they were out of the plastic screen protectors so they said they would call me when more came in and they would put on a new one. TWO WEEKS from the time I exchanged my phone went by and I got no call. So we decided to go in and ask but instead of the store manager being there, the assistant manager greeted us and told us no they dont do exchanges and that we would have to talk to the store manager. I told him that the store manager offered this and even if he wasnt there all I had to do was mention this but this Assistant Manager got what I could perceive as annoyed and rude with us. So much for being an manager! I want to state that nothing should be mentioned like what was mentioned above if you will not hold your end up. I took the opportunity because it was given to me. Throughout this entire process it really upset me because most of the male staff were annoyed by our presence. The girls were a lot nicer and we didnt even work with them! I didnt like it one bit.

Long story short, 15 minutes with Artie the manager of the mall store caused me to leave AT&T after many years of business with them.If I could give him 0 stars I would. How he still has a job or ever got to be the manager is beyond my understanding. I was having issues with my phone, we were the only customers in the store and Artie was just sitting there playing on his phone when we walked in and he couldnt be bothered to put his phone away when we first walked in or even look at my phone through the entire time we were in there. He made no effort at all to resolve my problem and when my wife went back in to ask him a question he made no effort to help her and ended up yelling at her and telling her to leave the store. Absolutely horrible, Ive met teenage fast food workers with better customer service than him.

Do not trust this store especially the employee named Cadio. He lied about the charges on my bill after I added a line and bought a new phone. When I came in to discuss the bill increases he refused to explain it with me. He just kept telling me to call customer care that they don’t handle bills in store. Ya I get that but he is the one that quoted me a $60 increase when really there was a $120 increase. Also he did not credit the activation fee as promised. This site is not a corporate store and is shady. Go else where.

Just left this store after waiting for nearly ten minutes and receiving no service. The two employees were with customers. One of them could have acknowledged my presence. I walked around while I was waiting. Its not like they couldnt see me. I want to know who trains the employees in the area customer service.

How Artie or Art ever became store manager is beyond me. If I could give zero stars I would. He had no sense of customer service whatsoever. He wouldnt even change a sim card, didnt offer or give me a receipt for a $200 payment, and acted like us being there was an inconvenience. We have been with AT&T for over 7 years as of today we arent. Artie if you are reading this Im not paying your salary. ;)

Bought my wife a new phone in November, purchased a screen protector with it that the salesman talked me into because he said it could be replaced for free all we had to do is come in. So we went in ask another gentleman about it and he proceeded to tell us “they just don’t give stuff out for free” and “if we could identify” the original salesman that told us that he could try to work something out! We’ve been with at&t for 7 years and have never been treated like that!! Will be making a formal complaint as well.

Worst experience ever. Took brand new iPhone X to get AT&T SIM card for pre-paid monthly plan. Told me phone would accept AT&T so I purchased simCard then afterwards they tell me it’s not complying with AT&T after I purchased the card. Then told me I couldn’t refund it. Manager at store was a complete Stupe. Advise anyone going to this location to be prepared to get screwed. Btw. It would only let me post if I chose a star. But truth is they should have a minus star
