Great customer service! Put in an online order and paid for it. Went to pick it up but the computers were down so they were not able to process the order. Staff released the product to us anyway so we would not have to make a second trip. That really helped us out in a bind. Customer service like that is often lost nowadays so when we find it, we like to share about it!

Went in to have a simple hydraulic hose made. 3 people working, one kid says cmon back lets see if we have the fittings. I searched through their bins and found the fittings that would work. Then the kid asks if I need anything else, I say yeah, well I need you to make me the hose. He says he doesnt know how and went up front to check with the other guys to see if they knew how. He came back and said they dont either. Then why did you waste my time having ME look through your inventory for fittings???

Just found out tonight NAPA can diagnose a check engine light. Very helpful and friendly. Highly reccomend going there for your automotive needs.

One of the better NAPA stores in the area. Counter guys here are definitely more knowledgeable than most. Just about the ONLY place left that actually calls me back when an ordered part is in. They lose a star only because its a smaller store that often does have to order a part in.

Would not warranty my battery said their tester was broken. Like that was my problem not theirs. Than to get around that he said it looked like it had been frozen, so they wouldnt be able to cover it. Another Napa did thanks for the waste of time

I have been here twice in the past couple weeks trying to figure out what’s wrong with my car and both times an employee, i think her name is melissa or melonie, and she gave me parts for the wrong car and then proceeded to say each time that she was right and I was wrong about what car I OWN!!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK!

Came in to ask if they had a diagnostic tool but the attendant was helping somebody else so she couldn’t answer question. The answer would be yes or no. Hopefully none of the employees here have to chew gum and walk at the same time.

Absolutely applaud... the cashier melissa was unbelievably rude, and just seemed completely uninterested in assisting me, worst customer service ive ever seen by far.

Very helpful in getting us the part we needed. They dissembled an entire brake caliper to get a part that would have had to be shipped in. Would have been screwed without their willingness to go the extra mile.

An older employee was not wearing a mask in the bldg. Very sad that people just wont follow the rules. How can we control this pandemic when some just dont follow the rules. I wont shop at this location!

I needed new wiper blades and the service guys installed them for me and helped to tie down a box I had loaded. So incredibly helpful! Great service!!

Need a altanater for my newport they told me I had to bring in my altanator to get rebuilt, went to o reallys they order a new one for me, this people here have no clue on ordering parts Ill never go here again
