You never know when you go to the tire shop what experience or wait times youll get but they did a good job this time. I bought the tires and set an appt. online, and my car was in the bay in the first 10 minutes with maybe a 30 minute rate. Professional employees and social distancing for the customers. A good visit.

We popped a tire on a cross-country road trip. When they saw our out of state license plates, these guys were able to get us in under 20 minutes even with 15 people in line. The tire couldnt be repaired (not by their fault) and they gave us an incredible deal on a new one. I doubt Ill ever need to come here again given the bizarre nature of my visit, but I would highly recommend them. They are quick, courteous, professional, and trustworthy.

Went to this discount in April. They didn’t properly put on my hub caps so two of them flew off on the way to Page. The customer service is so poor. Ended up having to by all new ones out of my own pocket. They never clean the tires or the hub caps anyways. Wouldn’t recommend in the slightest.

Alex is who helped us. Such a nice guy. He checked out our tire sensors and only one needed replacing. I appreciate his honesty. He did not try to over sell us. I reccomend trying them out if you are in need of tires.

I have been a Discount Tire customer for a few decades and the main reason is almost all workers are friendly/ professional although they are not perfect but always made it right for me. The manager Chad B is a great asset for the Discount Tire in my opinion, he works hard and care about customers. Highly recommend this place on your nest tire purchase!

I like the friendly customer service here..but theyre always just in a hurry they forgot to readjust my tire pressure twice now after rotation and spin balance,its best to take out your tire gauge and check before leaving.

Hey! What can I say. I hardly ever give 5 stars but in this case!!! I have been dealing with this company for over twenty years and the experience has always been very positive. As a customer, it is best to do some research as to what your tire needs are. And ask questions and be patient with the techs and others as this is a very labor intensive place. They do work hard.

They were very speedy and even with as busy as they were that day they got the trailer tires changed in under an hour. They do require masks to go inside and do have dividers up on their counters. Every employee was wearing a mask and gloves. It was just a good overall experience. I highly recommend this discount.

Love discount tires I come from the Phoenix Arizona area where they are based out of and have used them exclusively for years. They do all the little things like check your tire pressure and fix flats for free even if you didnt get the tires from them and you are going to have a real hard time trying to beat their prices!

Quick service and the gentlemen are nice with great customer services. So couple of hours of driving off and going about my day, we noticed our tire looked old. Then we found out that they put someone elses old tire on ours, made us drove away thinking we had the right tire we paid for. Think the guys worked too fast for themselves.

With Covid going on, I was a bit uneasy about getting new tires. Didnt know who or how many people would be in and out of my vehicle. But they actually had me drive it into and out of the service bay myself. Nobody else entered my vehicle at all. Good job guys.

I normally have a great experience and customer service at discount tire. I recommend them to all my friends. So when I made an appointment online they took care of me right away but told me they were backed up and it will take some time to install my tires. So I sat down and started to read. I was the only one waiting inside. After almost two hours I got up to check on my car and they parked it facing out. I asked if they finished my car and they said yes it’s ready. I told them I’ve been waiting for almost two hours and no one told me it was ready. They said nothing. I was the only one waiting inside and the guy who helped me was still on duty. They saw me but never told me it was ready. New people? I hope this isn’t a change for the worst.

I have had the distinct pleasure of doing business at Farmingtons Discount Tire Store twice. Talk about courteous customer service right from the start. The employees know their product. They dont treat customers like were just someone they have to deal with. Our service both times were very quick. They gave us an estimate of time, but we got out much faster. We bought four new tires for an SUV and Discount was the most reasonable in the whole Four Corners. They offered a warranty, but there was absolutely no fast talking or pushing it on us. Their store is spic and span spotless. And you cant beat the location. When they are finished with your auto, they bring it up to the door and walk you out . Like old fashion customer service. Yay, Discount Tire employees. Love ya.

This store in Farmington, NM doesn’t deserve a star!!! As we check-in at 3:30 pm, we gave the attendant our phone number, told him about the tire, and we gave the attendant the keys to my vehicle. He informed us he would call when our service was done. We did NOT receive a phone call, the office was closed and they left my car UNLOCKED!!! Someone could have STOLEN my vehicle and all my gifts. We were stranded and we live 2 hours away. This happen on a Saturday and we had to wait until Monday to get all this straighten out. What kind of company treats THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMER OF 5 YEARS like this!!!!

I actually do go to this place for my tires and they are extremely professional and always take good care of me and my vehicles. Prices are mid range to high for the nicer stuff but the folks who help pick tires will often offer a variety of options.

Customer service was good! The actual service on the vehicle wasn’t as good. They left trash in the car. Didn’t put the hub cap back on. I feel lucky that they put the spare back where it goes.

Would of been 5 star if the gentleman did not roll his eyes when I asked him to check my tires and to reset the tire system. That was after I called and was told they would do it for free. Really all he had to do was hold the little device for 2 seconds to each tire.
