I really liked what I saw with the crew. They were easy to communicate with and their main interest was customer service. Deon was the crew lead and his team was John, Logan, Zack, and Sebastian. I appreciate all the hard work from the crew, our kid wasn’t small.

They were consistently professional, considerate, and cheerful as they worked.they were respectful of my possessions, took care while wrapping everything when they weren’t sure about something, they asked. We had a number of furnishings stored then delivered by this company to a Fargo condominium.Deon and James were very courteous, conscientious and professional. In assembling our bed frameIt appeared hardware was missing. They willingly searched through boxes on their truck and found the missing items. Pleasant and respectful. Would use this company again.

I work for a company in Texas and needed help with a local business move to the Base in Fargo. I reached out to Brad Holt and he was THE BEST! He answered the phone every time I called. I had to get all kinds of things arranged with the trucking company, etc - he was a HUGE help ! This took 5 men for 2 whole days and he accommodated !! I highly recommend ! HIs whole crew and office staff did a fantastic job!

The only reason Im giving them 2 stars is because of the lady who called me. I went online to get a quote for moving less than 3 miles. A lady called me and we had set up an appointment for someone to come out on 2/19 at 1pm. Well 1 oclock came and no one was here. Okay maybe theyre running late. Well 1:15 came then 1:30 and so on. By 2 oclock Im irritated cause as it is Im scrambling for movers at the last minute because of reason beyond my control. So I emailed the company letting them know how nice it was that their employees cant call, email or text someone to let them know that they are going to be late or not able to show up instead of just leaving me hanging. And of course I still have not heard anything from the company.... And I do alot of posting for Google and Google maps.

Did a excellent job on moving us promptly and working with us. Our driver Brandon Gray went to Williston ND on Friday and was prompt on delivery, we recieved our stuff on Sunday, in Watertown SD, a day earlier than we were told we were able to receive it! Thank!

Haider, Majid, Phil, Kelly and Lynn were fantastic to work with they loaded, drove and unloaded our furniture from Bismarck/Mandan, ND to our new home in Minnesota. They were respectful, courteous, efficient and very hardworking men and had great sense of humor as well. Jody, at the main office, was constantly checking in on us with updates and just to see how we were doing. And Brad did a great follow up job after our move. Would highly recommend!

My apartment had flooded earlier in the week and the decision was made that the floors needed to be ripped up and I was needing my furniture moved asap. I found the staff very welcoming and extremely understanding of my situation. I was assured that Id be taken care of by Brad who was very sweet and then the mover Adam was lovely. I would recommend them to anyone in need of movers, either commercial or residential. Excellent service and wonderful people!

I am so blown away by the generosity of this company!! I was at a loss of what to do with a dresser that was delivered to my apartments entry way. So I thought, “I will call around and get some quotes to have it brought down 6 steps and about 24 feet”. Most company’s wanted to charge about ninety dollars! Then I called AAction Movers; so thankful that I did!! They told me they would send someone over their lunch break to help me out for FREE!! Wow!! Billy came within 20 mins of me calling, delivered it to my apartment and wished me a good day!!My husband was away from work and I’m currently 7 months pregnant so this was a god send! I still can’t believe someone came out to help a complete stranger. All I can say is this is the company you want to move your stuff. If I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would. Brad Holt saved the day and the move for my son! A day before he was to move from upstate Minn. to Dallas, his moving company cancelled an put us into a time crunched panic. On my first call out to find an alternate, thank the stars I happened to call AAction in Fargo. Brad helped me solve the dilemma creatively and quickly, even though he had no reason to. Through Brads commitment to customer service and more to the point, he genuinely cares about people, my son made it to Dallas as planned. If only everyone ran their business the way Brad at AAction does.

I wish we would have read the reviews before hiring this company in Fargo. Billy was wonderful to work with when we set everything up, but due to miscommunication between people at AAction Movers, they showed up almost 2.5 hours late and we were on a tight timeline. The movers were young and inexperienced, but polite at least. They did not remove shoes in the house and scuffed up multiple walls. When items were moved into our new home, we found multiple damaged items and a lot of our furniture was dirty. The person we worked with during the move said he would return to the home to fix scuffs on the walls and give us some replacement parts for our shelves, but he ghosted us and apparently left the company. So we were left high and dry. I finally had to call the claims department in Bismarck. We have now filed a claim and they do NOT refund you for the value of your items, which is really frustrating. They only refund based on weight. So basically we have an item that was completely damaged and is not being replaced. Please use caution if you choose this company.

Went through United Vans to get a quote on how much it would be to move. I was told it wouldnt be difficult and would get a quote that evening. A week later i called and emailed asking for the quote or just any information about what was going on. I finally got a response asking for more information that i provided and its now been 3 weeks with no response. Take your business somewhere else because they obviously dont want it or care enough about it.

Would recommend without reservation! Action Movers are currently assisting with our relocation from Fargo, ND to Bloomfield, MI. Thus far, our experience has been exceptional! Our decision to use Action Movers stemmed from previous experience with them for another move as well as the prompt response, excellent communication, and fair pricing received by our sales agent, Billy Brazier. He has really gone above and beyond the call of duty. Actually, each team member from Action Movers is professional, qualified, and diligent. The movers had a bit of a late start, but we received a call from Adam, the crew manager, and we’re notified ahead of time. Adam also accompanied the crew to confirm the efficiency of our move. From 11am-10:45pm, a consistent crew of 9 gentlemen (Hayder, Dashon, Blaze,...I truly wish I could remember all their names) carefully loaded our 4,200sqft/ 2.13acre home. As with as moves, you can expect a hiccup or two. In our case, when pulling up the carpet protectant, the carpet pulled up off of the tacking strip. It was noted and we promptly received a call from Brad, the general manager, to obtain information regarding the repair. I imagine we will continue to receive the same exceptional service when unloading at our new location. Thank you Action Movers!

I was pleasantly surprised at the fast, friendly and professional service I received yesterday. I called at the last minute for help and these guys were at my place within 30 minutes. I would recommend using AAction Movers to everyone! They are the best!!!I was very stressed about moving to another city. I had put off finding a mover and when I went into the store in Fargo . I told them my my dilemma they were more then helpful.It started with Billy coming over to the house to give me an estimate of how much it will cost and what I need to do to finish packing and what they can pack for me. Billy was able to send all of the info via email to my husband and I and set up the movers in less then 2 week time . OTHER moving companies either wanted to charge extra for not giving them more notice or lectured me about how I needed to start earlier . Billy said they could do it and with his confidence made me feel very comfortable .The day of the move Mike and his helper came over when they said they would. They were very friendly, with positive attitudes . Mike takes his work very seriously . He was very professional and did not take any short cuts! I had some vases that I was going to bring myself because I thought theyd get broken. He told me he could get them there without any problems. He did! They showed up the next day unloaded everything quickly and efficiently ! Not a broken or damaged item. My husband and I were amazed and grateful !!

We used AAction Movers to help unload a moving truck and a couple of trailers. They did an outstanding job, very efficient, quick and clean. I would definitely recommend this company. The price was right as well.

I am moving to Fargo using United Van lines and my stuff was to arrive on Sept 19th. AAction movers were to complete the last leg of the move. I finally contacted AAction on Sept 23rd after three phone calls to them and they informed me that they received my load, but the earliest they could finish the move would be Oct 4th, over two weeks from the agreed date from United. Finally, they mentioned three containers (I witnessed the loading and there was only two containers used) so I am waiting to see if my stuff was reload into three and if there is an added charge for the mystery third container.

The movers were very fast. Two people moved a LOT of stuff in much less time than we had them reserved for. Would hire AAction Movers again.

I normally dont take the time to write down experiences I have with companies, but I could not ignore this one. I was visiting Aaction Movers in Fargo to look at storage facilities. While waiting for the receptionist to be available, I could hear operations handling a situation that put me at awe. As a driver, showing up without an appt now days is unheard of. Aaction Movers have the same policy. However, sometimes things slip through cracks. Two drivers showed up, and both without appts. Aaction took A+ Action to accommodate both parties. GREAT JOB!!! I will be using their storage facilities & moving services from this time forward!

I would use Actions movers again. They all worked well together and cared about my belongings. They placed things where I wanted them and even moved a couple of things when all was said and done. The weather was horrible on the day I moved. It started out misting, turned to pouring rain, then to sleet, and then snow. They covered my floors and my belongings as they came off the truck. I would recommend them.

I had been “estimated” for 2 hours to move a bedroom set and a couch. It took the movers TWO HOURS to disassemble my bed (mind you it took me not even 20 minutes to REASSEMBLE IT MYSELF). They then took AN HOUR to move my couch. It took them nearly SIX (6) HOURS to move me and we’re going to charge me $750 for what was “estimated” at a TWO HOUR JOB! I called management and complained about the “estimate” that Ross gave me and the GM Eric Green only charged me for 3 hours instead of 6. I appreciate that, but at the same time I would never use this company again. I could hire college kids and pay them $50 each along with pizza and get moved out faster.

Update: It is now 4/25/2018, 10 months after the move we have received absolutely ZERO $$ or repair for any of our household items, even 48 missing boxes! This is with the extra purchase of protection insurance! (This does nothing except add hundreds of dollars onto your moving cost.) The company does not honor the plan.My advice to anybody using Aaction movers or United Van Lines DO NOT buy their protection plan insurance. Also put it on a CREDIT CARD so you can get at least partial payment back after they ruin and lose your belongings, which is almost certain if you read all the negative reviews on AAction Movers or United Van Lines..

Four stars for this moving company! Friendly, careful and moved furniture in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anybody moving.

Contacted company on monday and they said the sales person was out for the day and he would call me back tomorrow. Wednesday came no call so I called them back. Manager took over my case and setup a time to come see my stuff to move. Showed up on time and looked at the stuff. Contacted me the next day and gave me an estimate of over $2000 to move across town. Last year I moved from Jamestown ND to Fargo ND with a different company (I forgot the name of it or I would have went with them) and it took 10 hours with drive time. $1100 and some change. Same amount of stuff.

Taylor and Brad did a fantastic job packing out my apartment and ensuring that every item was safe and secure for transit. Not to mention they were friendly and efficient!

AAction Movers are a bunch of idiots. We are on our 10th military move over the past 23 years and AAction Movers made it the absolutely worst. They packed grease which leaked and spread among 5 boxes ruining many appliances and other items. They also incorrectly wrap knives and when we pulled them off the moving truck, the knives were sticking out of the boxes. Talk about dangerous. Do not use them. We have informed the military to take them off their mover list.

Contacted on line and said they’d follow up with a visit to give us a quote. And that someone would be in touch. Didn’t hear from anyone, so I inquired again and didn’t hear back.

I have them move me on 5/1/2018 ...Estimate 1-truck 2persons 5hrs @112.50 for 562$ on 3260lbs estimation done by Billy Brazer ...On 4/30/2018 i call two friends with their pick ups and we moved 30garbage bags full off stuff wich was around 1000lbs...i was told if they do less hours you pay less than that amount estimated .on 5/1/2018 they come to move me .Me and my wife where looking how slow they where working we figure they gonna be here 10hrs ...so we decided to help them little bit my wife 8months pregnant ..one off them guys broke my furniture and he said will pay for everything anyway got down moving they charge me 612$ and left with e broken furniture now they saying i didnt have insurance i was never offered to purchase insurance . I called Eric Greene around 30times i also went to his office i dont know i could never find him there.I figure his hiding under his desk from me . I m taking them to court i wont ever do business with them again

AAction Movers helped me move to my new apartment cross metro from Fargo to Moorhead yesterday and everything was handled with an exceptional degree of professionalism and outstanding customer service. Everything - from the initial phone call to Shannon in the office, Billy’s estimate at my old apartment, to Tallon, Kaley, & Drew pre-packing my belongings the day before the move, and then the following day with Tallon, Tevin, Ken, and Eric moving my furniture and boxes - everything was done with friendliness, energy, and attention to detail. Moving is not a fun experience, at least not for me. Quite a burden was taken off my shoulders by AAction Movers. Their service was greatly appreciated.

They dont even deserve 1 star but I had to choose it to get the review written. Horrible. My Scheduled delivery time was 9-11 a.m. I called at 12:30 to ck on time again and he said 3:00? What ?? Which ended up 3:40. Then only 1 guy couldnt fit couch thru patio door. Duh. He was done he said and going to leave. He attempted and it didnt fit. done deal !! Long story short as I can make it. I called company that I ordered from and They will pay him extra 100.00 to undo packing and bring it in. He didnt wait around for a comfirmation email and left. He just left it outside. He was strange and I told him so !!! Lousy company. Lazy rude and useless. 😳

If I could give zero stars I would. The company is by far yhe worst moving company I have had to deal with in over 9 different military moves. Manager is rude and hangs up on people.
