I have been usuing uhaul a lot over the last few years and i will never do so again. Especially at this location! I over quoted the miles i would use and the lady said shed give me a discount since the last truck they had was bigger than i wanted. I used half the miles i said i would and returned it earlier than i said and ended up being charged more at drop off! I took my original quote and the receipt in beause i noticed i was charged a $10 fee for equipment exchange and that instead of 39.95 for the day i was charged 69.95. The lady at the desk called a manager and they said Id be contacted the next day when she figured out how much i was supposed to be refunded. I was not contacted by the manager but was contacted by the employee i originally rented it from. She apologized for telling me id get a discount and when i asked about talking to the manager she just said she wasnt sure about what was going on. I gave it a few days because i know how crazy retail is but i was never ever contacted. I contacted uhaul customer service and have never heard back. I will never recommend them to anyone ever again nor use them. They have the worst customer service Ive experienced besides FedEx.

Very rude staff. When I dropped off my moving truck they told me a price they were going to charge, then they charged WAY more than promised. Do NOT go to this location. I wouldn’t even suggest using U haul.

I just recently rented a 10 x 15 indoor storage and so far I am impressed with the service and the cleanliness of the facility. I like being able to drive in to unload and having carts available for me to use. I have only been here a month, but I am happy with my service. Since I am so new yet and still moving i am only rating a 4. But I have the unit for at least 7 months, so will continue to post as needed and will rate my experience accordingly. So far, good job!

The nicest, cleanest, well lit storage facility I have ever been in. Carts for use loading and unloading. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF!!!!! I was even impressed with the fire safety system they had in place to protect peoples belongings. Absolutely recommend this location. A++++

Not a pleasant experience. As many other google reviews state, the front desk person is very rude. She is abrupt and inconsiderate. I waited in line for my turn to check in and she accused me of having a blue truck parked in their unloading zone. She didnt bother to find out if it was actually my truck, she just accused me of parking in the wrong spot...and yes, it was not my truck. Once it was my turn to check in, she asked for my ID and took a picture of my ID with your personal phone! I couldnt believe what I was watching. I asked her if that was her personal phone and she said yes. I then asked if that was something people complained about and she said yes, but she cant use the Uhaul phone because she cant see the screen. She even told me that the pictures dont save to her phone. I wouldnt recommend using Uhaul. Ive heard Penske is better and I plan to use them going forward.

My co-worker is in another state and has most of his household belongings at this location. He went to pay his bill online and the website advised him he had moved out 2 weeks prior, which was not true. I was the local contact for the unit and tried to get help resolving this in the store. One employee on 9/29/19 was extremely rude and combative to our questions and another was very understanding and helpful. The rude employee called the manager and the manager agreed to meet me the next day to cut the lock and verify his belongings were there. When I arrived 9/30/19, the manager was also combative and rude and said she would not cut the lock for me, apparently one of them lied the day before. We are now researching other ways in which we can legally get into the unit to see if his belongings are actually there. I will never personally do business with this location. It appears they made a mistake, which happens to us all, however, they chose to take it out on the customer rather than own up to a mistake. They also have no interest in proving to us that the belongings are still in the unit, we are just supposed to take the word of 2 very rude people. It was clear that only 1 employee (polite and helpful) was understanding our situation and frustration.

Uhaul not at location. I reserved several days in advance. Received no phone call to confirm or change pick-up location. Man I spoke to was very rude. Definitely will not use this location again.

The person in the first 2 pictures is incredibly rude and unfriendly. Let me help you guys out, if youre not broke GO TO PENSKE. The trucks are newer, have much more power, and they are much better on the customer service end. My truck here had 39,000 more miles than the one at penske

I would have given it five stars but the automated system actually isnt helpful. The guys are pleasant our truck was there gassed and clean. Over all decent peeps Id like to be back but auto mated system isnt helpful so I decided going back. You may find a different experience

I have had nothing but trouble with my Uhaul experience which can mostly be summarized as faulty promises and a lack of communication.While scheduling access to my ubox in Idaho initially I called two Uhaul representatives who told me an earlier date of access would be no problem. However on that day, no one had told the store and my box was not ready delaying my plans for moving.Then I received an email saying that my box had arrived in Fargo and that the store would contact me to schedule access. No phone call from the store ever happened and I had to call them.On Saturday I received an email that they had closed out my account. Not only did I not ask for this, but I still had my things in the box as I had it rented for a month! When I called in on Saturday to schedule a trailer rental, the lady said she thought I was done because I told her I thought my move would take a few days. She never called, emailed, or contacted me in any way. Just closed my reservation. At this point when I returned the trailer I specifically requested my box be left outside.I called on Sunday because no reservation had been reopened. I was told they would look into and I would be called on Monday.No one called me back on Monday and I had to go physically into the store. Where I was told that the uhaul staff currently there not only didnt have an answer for me, but that they couldnt do anything. I asked if I could access my box as I didnt see it outside. She said she might be able to if it was on the ground floor inside, but if it was stacked their was nothing she could do. The box was inside despite my request, and I was told that they really dont know if they could accommodate my request because they were only so many orange covers (7 boxes, and a show unit were just sitting outside at this point).She then told me I would hear back on Tuesday about this cancelled reservation.On Tuesday not only did I not get a call back, but when I called in at 5pm I was told the only person who could answer more questions than I could possible have about uboxes was in that day but had already clocked out. However a message would be left and they would give me a different number to try. I would certainly hear back on WednesdaymThus far, I have heard nothing back after calling this supposedly direct number. And honestly with the lack of customer support or service Im not surprised.I spent 1200 dollars on a service I would normally expect them to at least return calls.Overall this has been a horrible experience and I would not recommend anyone use them.

Awful experience very rude and non helpful. Arrogant and ignorant employees. Seemed racial also because the phone conversation the day before went just fine but the next morning when I got there it was total chaos from being rude to remark about how many years she has been on the job which had nothing to do with anything. Then corporate was called and they where told to render the services and at that point they just ignored the request by having me wait. The worst experience ever I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I called around trying to get a hitch installed on the weekend, I had scheduled online to do it at another location. The manager called me right away to let me know he didnt have enough staff on hand to do it over the weekend but could first thing Monday. I called the other locations and Uhaul on 13th was very accommodating getting me in on a Sunday, (which I didnt know they installed on Sunday) They got me in and even though it took a little longer then anticipated, they came out and explained why and kept me updated where they were on the install. The staff (Michael) was very good to work with. and I was very happy they could get me in as soon as they did...Thanks Uhaul!

We came from out of state to pick up a car trailer, the lady said the guy who had it before us lost the key to the truck he rented, itll be an hour for the key place to issue a new key.Okay waited a hour and a half went back in no word waited for 2 more hours went back in they called the key place this but now they said the key place is closed so we asked if another place had a car trailer they called one place and told us no & they cant call the another place cause they didnt have the store # so we left. With no help from them so I wouldnt recommend this place. Did get a hold of the district office they helped us out & found another location.

On November 30th, 2018 I went to this location to rent a 17-foot-truck for a last minute move. I didnt have enough money on my debit card at the time so I had to pay $100 cash total, $55 for the actual rental and $45 for the deposit. The lady at the counter said that I could stop back in the morning to get my deposit back. When I went back the next morning, Im informed that a check had been sent to my address for the deposit. Im slightly annoyed but figured Id just have to wait a few days for the check to arrive. Fast forward to today, January 7th, 2019 Ive still not received my deposit back. Ive talked to customer service and two mangers who have said that it takes 10 days for checks to be issued from corporate and if I didnt receive it in the mail in two weeks to let them know. That was almost three weeks ago. My boyfriend went back into the store on 13th Ave two weeks ago or so and the manager told they could cancel the check and put the money on his card. Weve checked his account three times today and low and behold, no deposit. Weve been on the phone with both the manager and an associate from the store twice today and theyve said the deposit was put on his card on December 19th but according to the bank, this never happened. At this point, were frustrated beyond even caring about the $45 because its blatantly obvious well never get that money back. So thank you Uhaul for stealing money from us when we needed it the most. Needless to say, we will never use this company again.

Was told that they would put a trailer hitch o. Got there they said they couldnt do it today. That the harness was no where in the state. Found one in Bismarck. They wont be so rude and unprofessional
