Terribly unprofessional and lack basic customer service and problem solving skills. My vehicle purchased brand new from a Rosenthal dealership has broken 5 times over the first year (less than 7k miles on odometer) and the dealership and Rosenthal employees have been unhelpful. Not only have they not provided any lasting solutions, they have made inappropriate jokes about my familys safety while I drive vehicle that has need to be taken to the shop for a repair every 1k miles.

I recently visited and was amazed at how many people were in the office. I cant believe that there are places forcing employees to come in when their work can just as easily be done from home. I refuse to buy from a place that doesnt put the safety of their employees first.

Overall experience was great. Leonardo always treats my family with dignity. When I take my car for servicing, recommendations never forced with excessive sales effort, so I keep coming back to this location. Location and presentation is great. Maintenence costs beyond 3yrs can get pricey

Don’t go if you are a female, you will be push for a lot unnecessary services.Why would a 2016 Honda Civic with ONLY 13,000 miles need a $200 brake flush? The car is not even 3 years old and Honda states to be done very 3 years

I bought my car here a few years ago. I got a good deal, mostly because they messed up the price of my trade-in and I got the better end of the deal. However, I cant fully recommend their service center. The customer service is wonderful, but the parts and labor are overpriced. If you dont mind spending an extra $200 for the convenience, then this place would be good for you.

Ive been a customer, leasing with this company since 2012. I keep coming back because they treat me like family. Outstanding customer service. This past weekend I stopped by to see what type of end of lease deal I could get for my 2017 VW Jetta. I had about 5 more payments left and I honestly didnt think I was going to be able to do anything. Emmanuel Dugbartey took excellent care of me, so attentive, so professional. I left out of there with a new VW Blood Orange Tiguan!! I had the advantage of having established a long and mutually beneficial relationship with this dealership, but from the very first day I set foot their establishment (bathrooms so clean you could eat off the floor!) they treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect. Their service is par excellence!

I came in for service at VW Fairfax. I was waiting in the waiting area upstairs when a heavy set bald black man rushed up to me and said ..Zamiar!? Now, Im an older American who just found it hilarious that this gentleman is thinking my name is Zamiar. I replied jokingly, Do I look like a, Zamiar? With a chuckle. The heavy set bald black man suddenly got very visibly upset. He started yelling about an apology, but he was so untactful it came off very disrespectful. It even visibly upset some other customers that were sitting next to me because he was so loud and suddenly aggressive. I would definitely not take my children or wife into this establishment or recommend it to others with sales people running around acting like that.

I was very disappointed. I had a reservation for an oil change and it took 2 hours. They hadnt even started on my car until I asked at 1.5 hours. When I got there, they told me it would be 1 - 1.5 hours and they knew I was waiting for it. I posted a negative review when they sent me a survey. Then they contacted me and said Someone will contact you soon to address your concerns. Its been over a week and I havent heard from them - I guess that shows how much they really care.

My daughter got taken advantage of while going in for an oil change with a coupon. She went in for a $50 oil change for her 2016 Honda Civic LX with ONLY 13,000 miles, but left with a whole bunch of unnecessary services that total up to $250! A almost new Honda Civic was charged for a brake fluid flush that cost about $140 when it wasn’t even 3 years old yet, since we got the car brand new in December of 2016.Run away from this unethical and scammy Honda of Fairfax. My family, friends and I will never return.I provided my invoice number HOCS342812 to their online care team since they replied to my 1 start review. it’s been 2 weeks and no reply from their team. It obviously shows they don’t care about their customers.

Had a great experience here in the used car department. Didnt have that slimy salesman feel that Ive experienced in past car buying experiences. I started with an older persian gentleman (think his name is Nassar) who was very kind but then a manager came in whose name is Selim Eslaquit (hope thats correct spelling). He was really who finalized the sale for me rather than leaving to check out all the other cars I had planned (this was our first stop). I cant speak higher of him or any of the other staff we dealt with to finish the sale. Go to this dealership if u want a pleasant car buying experience rather than the stress inducing headache that most of us usually get.
