Wonderful experience at the Bluewater Organic Distilling especially during the 4th of July! The wait time was over an hour long especially since we ordered food to go, but the guy working tonight was extremely polite for how busy they were. The food was especially good even though we had to wait. In glad the staff was patient and friendly. Id recommend anyone to go to this place to have some good food or just to enjoy the evening atmosphere.

Visited over the weekend. Be warned that prices are a little high and the menu is limited, but with that said, they do include 20% gratuity in their prices so you dont have to leave a tip and the food, drinks, and presentation were outstanding. Its not a matter of whether its worth it but whether or not you can afford it. $26 for a full chartcuterie board, the most beautiful Ive ever seen, and $12 for delicious, strong, very pretty, cocktails.

Wonderful experience, great service and great cocktails!! Only disappointment was they were out of the Mac & Cheese…. But that probably means we didn’t need it anyway!! (Plus we went late on Saturday, so it was a little expected!)

A surprising find in Everett. The cocktails were great and the food unexpectedly delicious. Ive never had a hummus plate like that before and I wish all hummus plates included fresh roasted veggies 😋 Additionally, service was quick and friendly. Would definitely visit again if in the area!

While my partner enjoyed a glass of wine, I had two very enjoyable Moscow mules with house vodka. The charcuterie board had great spread.

Drinks are good. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable. However, the clams main dish was a horrible experience. I would say MOST OF THEM had sand and tiny rocks in them making them difficult to eat or not worth eating. Unless they are willing to add dental coverage to the menu, I would avoid these. Upon saying something to our server, she agreed and informed us that other people have complained to her about this issue. Yikes!!!! Someone is not cleaning these good enough. I’ve never had clams with that much debris in them. :-(

Had a quick tasting of their gin and elderflower/cardamom liqueur. Both delicious, but over $40 per bottle - yikes! Very neat spaces to entertain and enjoy food and craft mixed drinks.

Great atmosphere and great cocktails! The drinks are on the pricier side but definitely worth it! Our server Alex was outstanding and knowledgeable about taste and selection!

Recently went there for dinner. As always good food, good atmosphere. I was irked due to the mandatory 20% gratuity (because they are getting stiffeed?). Not a fan of this, would rather base it on the total experience; 25% if outstanding, less if deficient in any way . I would almost rather have the gratuity reflected in menu prices and forego the gratuity all together. Not a fan of automatic taxes without representation.Im bummed because I probably will no longer go there.

Staff was super friendly and helpful! Got to do the tasing and it gave my wife and I a good idea of what to expect when we moved to the dining area. This is a must try!!!

Visiting from out of state and was turned away an HOUR before closing. They said they were taking last call right then and others had clearly just sat down out on the patio, yet I was still turned away.Said they were trying to “change hours” yet no indication of that was posted online or outside the store. Very disappointed. Drove a half hour for nothing. Waste of time.

Patio seating. Friendly staff. Delicious artisanal cocktails with a nice variety of specials to keep you coming back to try the newest cocktail creation. As well, delicious food. Happy hour from 2-5pm is great also. Nice vibe. Good music.

Everything we ordered was AMAZING. The Soulfire cocktail was absolutely delicious and the rustic mac was dangerously cheesy. All the staff were so welcoming and happy to help with any questions we had.Will definitely be coming back! 😁

Love the email updates, which is what brought me to Bluewater several weeks ago to check out their wine selection. Wow! They have an excellent choice of wine and I was lucky enough to have John recommend local wines which were spot on. I bought six bottles and got a discount. I will definitely stop by when Im looking for local wines. Prices are definitely reasonable for the quality.

Awesome place for enjoying delicious foods and cocktails. Everything there was pretty and great atmosphere. Amy (GM) was very nice and knowledgeable. They also have good variety of non-alcohol cocktails (mocktails). Only regret is that I missed their desserts. Definitely will come back.

The new lead bartenders are pushing the boundaries in all the right places on their new weekly cocktail menus. The BEST place in Everett for quality drinks and food by far. Great patio for summer and its also a distillery! You can buy the gin or vodka that was just in your drink. They also offer yoga on certain Saturdays and free cocktail lessons first Tuesday of each month. How do I know all of this? Because I LOVE this place!

Please be aware that they are currently severely understaffed and wait times are loooong. The waitress/host/cashier was doing the best she could and still extremely professional and hospitable to everyone despite being (from my perspective) totally overwhelmed by the amount required of her. Walked in and sat at the bar over 20 minutes and was never even acknowledged by bartender (ponytail and beard) who walked by and looked at me a few times!!! Waiters never took my order yet served everyone around me! I even showered and wore my finest clothes, lol! May be a great place but I did NOT get a chance to try it!

I went by yesterday for lunch and had a poor experience. My partner had a mixed drink that was overpriced at $13. I had an IPA with 2 inches of foam at the top so the bartender doesn’t even know how to pour a beer. We split a $20 fish and chips lunch. The fish was too salty and the tiny amount of fries were soggy.It came with shredded cabbage that was dry and tasteless. The tartar sauce was runny. When I went to pay they added a $7.50 tip to the bill. So for the grand total of $50 we got two drinks and split a poor fish and chips. We won’t be back.

While the food was quite good my positive review stops there. Minimal staff, check in lady required I leave my credit card with her. Sat outside. No staff followed up after our first round of drinks and appetizer - which we had to order before sitting down. Had to wait in the entry line again to order dinner. Finally time to settle up, back in line then informed EACH item we ordered had an automatic 20% gratuity - I generally tip well but being told Im tipping 20% when I had to keep getting up to order drinks and food - whatever. Likely the last time we will go here.

The third star is for the better experiences in the past. Today was a 2-star visit. This place has always been a gem of a place; a bit of “citified downtown” in a smallish town. I have come here more than 5 less than 10 times. Some of the time was just to get their spirits and not to dine. I have always had welcoming service on sales side of the bar: but slow sometimes snooty service on the other. It didn’t bother me much because I lived in downtown Chicago for 3 yrs and used to trendy hipster “we are the sh*t” vibe.But all that stuff doesn’t matter post-Covid. It’s should be about service and quality. My issue today was the service. Just because someone doesn’t faun and fall over me doesn’t automatically make them rude but the needle falls somewhere in between. Cold is a possibly a good descriptive. I could give her the benefit of the doubt, but if you can’t be friendly, don’t go into hospitality. And it was apparent she could be friendly as she was with the staff; just not the customers. This extended somewhat to the staff that delivered the food/drinks. The drinks were great. And the food was above average. I guess I would say we didn’t feel appreciated as patrons.

So first time going since pandemic. You have to wait in line outside to order your food/drinks then get up and stand in line again to order another drink or food. They only service you get is them bringing food to you. Then when we asked to sit inside they said my friend and I had to live in same household which we didnt so had to go sit in sun again. Most outdoor tables had no umbrellas. When we were done we had to wait in line again for 20 minutes in hot sun to pay. They added 20% gratuity for no service and once I looked inside again there was a party of 15 who obviously werent living in same household. So inconsistent, uncomfortable and stressful. I will definitely not be back not will my friend

Service was slow as hell better order 2 drinks at once. It takes a half hour to get your drink and it wasnt even busy.

Kyle is one of the best bartenders. He is so creative, amazing and is the one of the reasons we always come back. Chefs are also amazing!! Food is top notch!!

This was a fun and delicious spot we ventured to for lunch. Not only was the food well prepared and amazingly good, the liquor and flavored vodka was extremely tasty. I will be going back and bringing home a bottle of that Early Grey vodka!

I love this place! Came in tonight and of course it didn’t disappoint. The staff is always super friendly and answers all my question about the newest cocktails :) which can be a lot. I always feel very taken care of by the waitstaff and their attention to detail is on point. One of the best places for cocktails, food and service by far in Everett!

Food was fantastic, I had the house made corned beef special, it was yummy. The bread with spreads was delightful. My wife had the Mahi, superb. Roasted veggies, perfect. Mac and cheese, awesomeness 👌, I will admit I am hard to please with food but you guys and gals are doing it right. Why 4 stars? the server was not attentive and had a wet noodle personality. Dude, you make tips with your personality, get on it, have fun at work... Just saying. we were greeted promptly by the left side girl bartender, take lessons from her and smile.

Worth the drive to the Everett waterfront. Best vodka in Washington. Food was healthy and well done. Amanda, our server, was knowledgeable and attentive. Perfect for a date night.

I wish I could review the drinks and food but I can’t. My husband and I stopped in and sat at the bar for about 20 minutes without any acknowledgement whatsoever. I understand that the bartender was tending for the entire restaurant and I am not unreasonable and think we should be served Immediately, but at least say hello and let us know you see us and dont completely ignore us. Awful service. Enough to not make us want to give it a second chance. We ended up leaving and went next door and had an awesome experience.

We’ve been here a few times in the last year and I’ve grown tired of their pretentiousness. They consistently treat you like you don’t belong. It’s unfortunate, Everett doesn’t have enough nice places to go and I won’t be going back. They need to learn how to be courteous to people.

Came here Sunday and enjoy some tasty bites on their dog friendly patio. We had the salmon croquettes & blacken fish tacos. Soooo good! Servers, Chance & Faith were great. Not too rushed so we could enjoy ourselves. We’ll definitely be back!

This is one of our new go to places. The atmosphere relaxed. The food and drinks are excellent. I havent had something I dont like yet. Everything is fresh and made to order. The know how to make their drinks right.The first Tuesday of every month they do a bartending class for free and it is fun and educational. I would get there a little early to get a good spot.

Drinks and bar was great! Food was good but service was super, super slow. Waited 30 minutes and half through meal I asked for some bread, simple enough (which should take all of 3 min) but came 20 minutes later upon which my meal was done. Too bad service is so marginal because the drinks are great.

This place is a hidden gem. Great cocktails and excellent casual food. They mix in such interesting flavors to make an ordinary dish flavorful and surprising. I cant really judge the gin -- tastes like gin to me, though!

Popped in for an after dinner (at Scuttlebutt) drink. We should have skipped the other dinner altogether and just came here. I didnt realize that Bluewater had dinner options.Our group tried (and shared) several of the specialty cocktails as well as the purist (100 proof vodka and fresh fruit) and every. single. one. was amazing. The drink menu has all the ingredients listed and the bartenders were very attentive and helpful. We will go back for brunch!

Theyre a restaurant and bar now too. Local high end ingredients only. Sitting here drinking an old fashioned. Distillery in view from the dining/bar area. Not cheap, but shouldnt break the bank.

Cheese board with fruit and sliced meats was a generous portion.Update: 6/21/19 had the Rasmatazz by Amanda today and its the top 1 or 2 drinks Ive had in 20 years. Great drinks; so-so food; and so-so service. For the price I wish the food and service were better... I spent $50 on a drink, appetizer, and a sandwich during the lunch hour and didnt walk away feeling good about spending that much given the so-so quality of food and service. Ill go back again but only for drinks.

Their vodka is amazing when made into a vodka martini at their bar. They used smoked olives that gave it an unbelievable taste. I had to buy a jar of those olives they sell there for home use ;-)

Not sure how this place got such a stellar reputation; maybe we just came on an off night? Well, the drinks were great, for sure. But the waitstaff were brusque and seemed irritated by our presence. We got the charcuterie plate to start and it was fine, but the entrees were... meh. The pork in the ‘sammie’ was overdone and tough, the bbq sauce was sort of peculiar and the bun was a soggy mess. Fingerlings on the side were pretty decent, though. My duck, which was billed as being served medium was absolutely annihilated. Not just well-done. Gray. Tough and flavorless. Although like the pork, the sides were alright. Risotto had good texture and was actually awesome when eaten with the vinegar-y greens on top.Overall, the meal was not worth the money, by a long shot, but I’d come back for drinks.

I HAVE MUSHROOMS AND HERBS THAT CALL FOR 100 PROOF ORGANIC VODKA AND COULD ONLY FIND IT IN 70-80,MAYBE 90 PROOF,AGAIN THANK YOU!

Had heard that this was a place to visit. Truly disappointing service and food. Having questioned about the food and drink, Mackenzie, our server, started laughing with the other staff about it. Truly unprofessional and will not recommend this to anyone.

Love this place! Amazing craft cocktail menu. The perfect place to relax with some drinks n apps after a long day. You chose your cocktail, and also your infusion. All of their liquors are infused with flavors ranging from floral, to savory, to spicy. Think lavender, lilac, bergamot, jalapeno, cucumber, peppercorn, horseradish... and the list goes on and on! I settled on the Limoncello Drop w/Blood Orange infusion. Yum! And its my understanding that they just put out a fresh cocktail menu today. Nice to know they keep it fresh and seasonal. Had the clams w/bacon, broth & bread. Sooo good! As were the salmon cakes. Whole lotta salmon in there, little bit of cake. The ratio being just how I like it. A smoked salmon variety with capers and all the accoutrements and some kinda of creme fraise would really float my boat, if anyones listening? Lol. Speaking of boats theres a big metal one under construction in back. Kinda cool. I also liked the copper stills featured inside the front entry. Goes well with the theme. The ambience is lovely tho the track lighting is a touch bright. The view of the marina is everything. The service is top notch. And parking is free and easy. 5 ☆

Let me just say, I love this place. Everett has needed a cool place with great artisan cocktails and BWD delivers. As an added bonus the food is really good. The staff are really nice and attentive and I always get great service. HOWEVER, the reason I dont give them 5 stars is because of the ridiculous seating situation. Most of the main room is taking up by two of the dumbest most poorly thought out and designed booths in the history of restaurants. They are an amalgamation of of 2x6 wood and steel built into a 4 year olds play fort disguised as a booth for eating. Half the booth doesnt have a back to it, so you sit all saggy and unsupported. As you consume more and more of their delicious beverages, you start your drunk slouch with no support. OR maybe you are lucky enough to score the part of the booth with the backrest, which is conveniently placed about 5 feet from the edge of the seat so no matter how tall you are, if you want to sit against the back rest, your legs straight out like a toddler. Our group last weekend looked like a table of slouching drunk 3 year olds. I said to our group, these booths were definitely made by the owner in his garage. When our wait person (gender unidentified to protect him, er... them from owner retaliation) came over I said to him, you know this place has the finest cocktails in Snohomish country but these booths make baby jesus cry. He said Yeah the owner made them in his garage. Nailed it. He told us that the owner is an engineer and he designed and built them himself. Yep that definitely sounds like every engineer I have ever known. Zero design abilities combined with a desire to weld. Its always a recipe for disaster. Anyway our waiter said that they have had lots of complaints about the booths and that these complaints have been communicated with the owner/engineer/welder all to no avail as the owner/engineer/welder has put his blood and sweat into these playpens from hell and has stated, they arent going anywhere. So should you want the finest cocktail Snohomish has to offer, go to the Bluewater, but bring that plastic Miller Lite backrest thing you take to high school football games should you be unlucky enough to be seated in the playpen.
