An alcohol wonderland for any adult. theyve got such a huge selection, but managed to merchandise it cleverly so that you can usually find what youre looking for pretty easily. prices on most things are pretty good, but keep your eyes open for their clearance and specials where you can really get a good deal. I typically go here when Im looking for something incredibly obscure such as creme de violet or maraschino liqueur. But I also picked up a couple of amazing butter bomb chardonnays at a great price last night.

Good prices. Good selection. Not the most ethical staff when looking for high demand items. Was standing in the Whiskey aisle when I overheard two employees talking about how they all bought up the shipment of Weller (bourbon) that came in before it ever had a chance to go on the shelves.

I like to hang out out front and watch the wine addicted cat ladies come and go. The traffic in this city is crazy though.

The Employee are very helpful, its a huge place and no doubt people have a hard time finding their wine collections. They have all the wines alphanumeric easily able to find the one you want. *Its a huge store. The staff there always is willing to help and it never feels intrusive. Friendly, and well informed. I come here pretty frequently for myself and Instacart orders.Greatly recommend it. 👌👌

Customer service here is OUTSTANDING. We came into the Everett location on 1/24 to buy beer and wine for a relative’s birthday. My wife accidentally backed her purse into a wine display and a bottle fell and broke. They were there in seconds and were so incredibly gracious about it. Told us no worries at all and refused to let us pay for it ($50 bottle so we did pay for that later at the counter despite the protest). My wife was quite upset with the commotion she caused but they reassured us it was an accident and were so great about it I had to write a review. The two employees that helped are rock stars. And the young lady at the counter who did not blink when we asked her to run that bottle through twice for us - clearly they instill “the customer comes first” here. So very impressed and will buy our future wine and beer here for sure. Hopefully with no accidents!!! Really well done with the customer service guys.

This place has almost too much.. but has everything you need and for reasonable prices,, only issue is getting out of the parking lot into rotary when its busy, when allowed they do wine and cheers tasting. clean store and helpful staff

I’ve never had any issues here that would make me give it less than 5 stars. Sure, some stuff is pricey, but it’s a huge liquor depot. You get a lot of variety & things are clearly labelled.

Generally I shop at the Burlington store but I had an errand to run near the Everett location so I decided to stop in. First I would like to complement the people that work the floor and check to see if you need any assistance, they were all great! But that’s where it ended. When I checked out the cashier was Margaret # 23758. I walked up and placed my items at the register. She was having a personal conversation with a coworker next to her she never greeted me, never made eye contact and never stopped her conversation. Margaret handed me my receipt, without turning towards me, completely ignoring me and continued talking to her coworker. Definitely a customer service fail!

This is my first time going to the store I found the prices to be very very reasonable great bargains on other things I will definitely be going back there again these sales girl was very kind and courteous . Biggest and best selection in Boston for great prices. Only place that can beat them on price is Costco. Staff are also very knowledgeable and helpful. We mainly just purchase liquor but there wine selection is extensive and I’d imagine fairly well priced too. The craft beer selection is also one of the best.

TW is the only liquor store I shop at and I spent hundreds of dollars a month on liquor. They have everything I want and at really fair prices.

My visit was twofold and wildly successful. I wanted to build a variety pack of pumpkin beers and the variety was almost too many (I narrowed it to 8) and then also pick up a couple unheard-of liqueurs (Arak and Fernet) and they had BOTH. The guy who helped me find the Arak was quite pleasant and the lovely man at check out talked pumpkin beers and seasonal drinks with me, giving some great tips. What a great place.

I travel for work, and have had the hardest time tracking down Kopparburg Cider...During my brief visit to Boston, decided to look and see if my luck would have be stumble upon it, and to my surprise this total wine had it in stock! The staff was so incredible and can say with conviction, this may very well be the the best liquor store in the country. The wide selection of popular and rare imports tied along with incredible staff jumping at any opportunity to assist make this a diamond in the rough. I’ll most definitely be back.

There isn’t a single bottle I haven’t been able to find. From my favorite gin to German beer to any wine you could possibly hope for, this is the place.I’ve been here more times than I could count. Whenever I request a staff member to help me find if a certain thing is in stock, or when I have asked for them to recommend something good to pick up they have not disappointed. Always the friendliest and most helpful. A few times the staff have made me laugh quite a bit too, big plus.

They changed the store hours to close the doors at 9:15 but they refuse to change it on the website. I drove extra miles to get there at 9:16 pm meanwhile on the website and google map says 10pm. The personnel was so rude and they didnt let me in even though the sign says everyone shall be checked out by 9:30.

Great store to buy spirits. Prices are good too. But the main aim of this store i think to have all sorts of spirits to satisfy customer which they are do very well. Staff is professional and always helpful. They will stop doing their work and try to help you if you need it. And i appreciate it very much. European spirit lovers will find probably 60-70% of what they want there too.

Best prices on liquor I can find. And they have Everything! Good gluten free beer selection. But a couple times Ive bought expired beer, they let us return it no problem. It hasnt happened again but check the expiration date when you buy!

Love this place! They have wine tastings and great staff to help you pick out what you want. They have a huge variety of wines, spirits, and beers. There is also a great selection of snacks and accessories to make delicious cocktails. The store is very clean and neat, super easy to find what you need. Their stock is also available to be seen online, so you can check and see if they have what you want online.

Is this a total chain/corporate deal....absolutely. BUT, they do have a knowledge staff that will hunt around the store with you for those rare wine finds, and, before COVID (remember that, sniff) they would have wine, beer and spirit tastings, often with Reps that would have real convos and not just look at you as a sale.Theyve also got curbside pickup, so get ready for that next lockdown/quarantine with all your hydration needs met!

Today i went into the store in everett accompanied by my father. i’m under the age of 21 and ALWAYS, when entering a liquor store i am accompanied by my guardian. i’ve also been to this liquor store multiple times with my mother. my dad went inside and purchased beer and a coca-cola bottle. he was holding the beer and i was holding the coca-cola. when inside any liquor store i never touch any of the products because i’m under the age. as we go to check out the cashier asks my dad for his ID, my dad shows him his ID and then the cashier asks for my ID. I obviously didn’t have an ID because again, i’m under the age. the cashier told us that he could not sell liquor to minors, which is a valid point, but i was clearly not the one paying. my dad had the cash in his hand and the cashier said he couldn’t take it. He calls another store associate and she explains to us that minors cannot purchase alcohol. Again, i was not the one purchasing. i felt like a target because i thought i was doing something wrong. i found it odd because when i go with my mom, there’s never a problem. i forgot to mention that my parents are different skin tones :) this was not a pleasant experience at all. i was frustrated because like i said before, every time i go with my mom there’s never a problem. later on, i googled the store policies and they stated that no one under the age of 21 was allowed to enter the store UNLESS they were accompanied by a parent.

There really isnt anything to complain about. Knowledgeable staff that always can help you find what you need or something new to try. this place has the absolute very best selection out there for alcohol. Everything from imported German beer to local breweries right down the road to obscure stuff like saint germaine and hard to find scotch. I especially love their single can section. If I want to try something new I dont have to commit to a whole six pack most of the time and say I like it and want a six pack of said brew they usually have it in stock as well. I mean they carry schlitz beer for christ sake. Where can you find that nowadays? Highly recommended dont pass it up.
