Such a great place to visit. They captured the magic of a theme park in downtown Everett. Totally unexpected to enjoy this as much as.I did. Great products too. I especially loved the Disney brand items that were more fashion than character.

This is a must go place especially if you’re a Funko pop fan. A collector’s paradise with life size Funko pops that greet you from outside of the store and take you on the adventure from the inside. There are wide selections to choose from and exclusives that you can only find at this place. One fun place to visit!

Always wanted to take my toddler here but the lines were very long and a turn-off for me. I went on a Friday before noon and there was no wait time and plenty of room to roam and take our time checking out all the characters. I had no clue they were so affordable. My 31/2 years old had just as much fun as myself. As much as I love Batman the bat cave didnt do it for me. I was disappointed in the use of space. But Ive read on here that things change often so maybe it will too. We had a blast exploring the rooms and the staff were super helpful. Kid friendly 100%

Always have the best time here. The line is usually long to get in no matter what time you come but so worth the wait. You can either customize you Funko to look like you, or someone else for a gift and while you are waiting you can shop around. Seems every time I have been here in the past 2-3 months their inventory changes so it’s good to know they aren’t always selling the same stuff and it’s a fresh experience every time!

Funko Everett was my daughters choice for her 10th Birthday, and it was our first time there. The store was pretty awesome. The store is broken up into sections; there is a Disney area, Harry Potter, Star Wars, DC... there is a build your own experience, which is a lot of fun (suggest you start there if you do it). You choose your head, hair, hats, glasses, torso, legs, and accessories. And then the build it and box it, plus you get to choose 16 characters to have printed on the box for the name. (A little disappointed it was a label sticker) we all did one. I ended up back there on day two as they didnt get enough of my money. Lol. Highly recommend.

This store was really fun to walk around in and create our own funko pops. The staff was helpful. The line wasnt too long when we got there at 1030am on a Saturday. Probably 10ish groups in front of us (line around the corner but about halfway down the block) and we got in in about 20 minutes. Some really neat funko collections in the store although I expected wayyyyyy more inventory. The selection they had was still nice.

I tried contacting Funko on the website to express this to them directly and privately, however no portal or email address was found. Sorry, dudes! I was at your Everett headquarters today, shopping. Gotta say the music was excessively loud. Standing under or near a speaker rattled my skin. Turn it down, please, so I can hold a conversation with my co-shoppers. (Please also consider how this affects neurodivergent, autistic, and highly sensitive folks). Secondly, I like Loungefly just fine but am disappointed with how the focus of the store has shifted to that. I wanted to see more Pops. Thanks for listening.

This is my first Funko Store and i loved it!!! They had so many cute characters but my favorite part was being able to personalize my very own funko pop character at the POP Factory. It was apurada $25 plus tax (so around $27 and cents) to personalize your own character. It was so much fun bc you get to choose color of skin, hair color and style, theres a few options for torso, bottoms, shoes and accessories. (Things like hats🧢 shirts 👕👚, pants 👖, shorts 🩳, wedding attire 👰🤵, work attire, some sports clothes for guys and suits 🤵, capes and very few accessories like coffee cups like starbucks, microphone 🎤, purses 👜, necklace 📿, ball 🏀⚾️🏈, funko bag and others) colors r limited but u will find basic colors for almost everything. I took the kids to Funko Headquarters this past weekend, and WOW! It felt like we were in an amusement park. Upon arrival, we parked in the street where the time limit for parking was 90 minutes. The line went down to the corner and it was equally as long on the side of the building. It didnt seem like much of a wait. The line consistently moved as customers from inside started to leave, then more visitors would be allowed to enter. The design, look, and feel of this shop was awesome. Since the initial COVID outbreak...this is probably the most normal its felt being out in public. The funko pop selection was vast, and the photos opportunities were equally so. I would highly recommend a visit if you are in town! Will be going again in the future!

Its a fun place for sure. My only complaint other then the 45 minute line to get in, is that they still have not made it possible to create your own custom funko pops online yet. You can go to their website and create a picture of one but, thats as far as it goes. In order to actually make the pop, you have to physically go there and have it made. Not many people can do that. Love their products and the store layout. Its definitely expensive for some items, but for branded products, it makes sense. Only downside is the long wait time to go inside; expect a 1-2 hour wait in line to go inside just to shop, and another 30-40 minutes in line if you want to make your own pop figures. I recommend coming early just before they open to get in line; and if you want to make pop figures, do those first because they run out of choices quickly! They have two lines currently for shopping and making pops, and customers arent the best at social distancing. Just keep that in mind, have fun!

Buyer Beware. It is well themed store and the pops are fun enough! Think twice before buying any clothes here. They are not setup for it. You cant try on the clothes in the store and if you try them on at home, then you have violated their return policy which does not accept returns that have been worn at all!!! And its a 7 day policy, so you have to make time to make the return. It is obviously designed to stick you with the product and Funko surprisingly supports a a complete buyer beware company philosophy. An issue? Sorry! We just blame the customer, it is obviously their fault for buying the wrong size! what? And not even the cashier knew the policy until it was printed on the receipt, they dont have it printed anywhere at checkout so you could see it prior to a purchase. Amazon provides better service! and has better policies! I wont buy clothes here, I visit for $10 pops and ignore the expensive stuff.
