This store is kept so cold that its uncomfortable to shop in even in a coat. Also this past weekend there was a strong repulsive smell in the open fridge section of the store (yogurt, butter, cheese) that was difficult to tolerate while wearing a mask. At first it seemed like the natural gas smell and then I realized that it was not that but roach poison! Who knows what exactly its been sprayed on... Id wash with soap and water anything you get from that area of the store.

There was no customer assistance for me when I needed it at the furniture section. Finally when an employee walked past and I flagged him down to ask for help he radios it in to find me the help I need and leaves. 20 minutes later still no one shows up.

Its Walmart, I got fleas as expected and my IQ dropped 5 points. its Everett so had to park near the entrance to avoid my window being smashed. Other than that, got exactly what I needed quickly and for a great price.

Helped me find everything I needed and was willing to let me use the changing room to find pants for work even though the changing rooms werent open yet

They mostly have self checkout stands and few employees in the regular checkout. I dont work there and would rather see regular people checkout counters. Maybe I am old fashioned, but I want to see people with jobs. Not machines that force customers to do the job meant for store employees to do. Corporate America needs to realize that customers are not employees.

Over all well stocked store. High security due to homelessness in the area. Felt safe, very polite people, mostly self checkout using electronic payment. Only a few cash lines with long lines. Over all found what I needed after asking a person in clearly identifiable Walmart blazers. Felt decent price for what I bought.

Me and my mom were going to return an item. But, as we were trying to get it returned. This one employee named Joleene was being a total B**** She thought that we stole the item. She did not even look up the item on the computer. She had to scan the barcode and she thought that we stole the item. Dont Go to this store. This store is not the right one to go to. The one on Everett Mall Way is the one I go too.

I dont know if its Walmart or the website issue. I was here for only one item which the website indicates it should be on aisle x, but that was a complete different category and no one helped about it.

This was the line for an oil change,at 1:30. One worker came and knocked on our window, after an hour of waiting in line and told us we were in the right line. Just pull forward as the line moves. By the time we got to the front of the line, went inside to give our keys to the cashier, she said no one recognizes our vehicle and we need to go to the end of the line!! AFTER all 3 of the workers seen us in line for 2 hours!!! I will NEVER return to this Walmart location !! 😠😵😠

The staff here are super friendly. I had lost my phone and was frantic. One of the employees let me borrow his phone to call mine and told me to walk around to everywhere I went and keep calling it to see if I could hear it ring. I didnt find it but an employee did and they called my friend back as soon as they found it. Thank you so much.

Close to my home remodel store and decent fuel price gas station so after seeing inside and finding out they have pretty much everything and anything I needed as well as being close to most other acquired needs for daily living the store is adequately placed and very much worth the four stars that I gave it!

Its Walmart, my expectations are already rock-bottom. Yet every single employee I encountered at this store managed to disappoint me nonetheless.Absolutely clueless, no training whatsoever.I am worried that there is a safety issue here actually - I wouldnt trust these people to safely lift a box without hurting themselves, god forbid any of them operate forklifts or anything else involving additional skills or responsibility.But hey, the prices are low!

This store is disgusting. The staff do not even try to wear masks properly so what even is the point. I understand that maybe its uncomfortable but it makes me want to take my business elsewhere. Because Im sick of seeing people die from covid.

Is this Everett with the Tire Center, hard to tell by the photo? (I wish they gave an address of where they are asking for the review- on road trips I stop at many Wally Worlds.) If so, VERY busy... if visiting the tire center, GO EARLY. They are having staffing shortages so if you are not there in the morning, you may not get serviced at all. When I was there, the line was so long with only one tire certified guy there, they closed the line for the rest of the day at about 12:30. Be prepared for people that dont know how to wait in line and rudely cut in front of everyone there, and refuse to get in line even when prompted 5 times by staff. Staff was nice, but they should have refused to help them till they got in line like everyone else.

Liked this store but no small carts.

If you make it safely from the parking lot to inside...of course Walmart probably has what youre looking for. Except for the Dr. Woods Castile soap that their website stated they had. Real talk though...homeless and/or drug users congregate all around this location. Shop here if you MUST...you deserve better tho IMO.

My favorite place to shop for everything, From foods to clothes, cosmetics! Very affordable price and good quality too. Plus, Walmart’s is the only place where I can find my xs asian size clothes. Sometimes you can find brandy stuff on shocking sales like 4 bucks for a pair of Reebok working out pants! Return policy is very relaxing, reasonable and quick!! I could spend my whole day here!

It might be cool if they answer there phone. I mean I work retail too but for god sakes Walmart can put find the worst people to work for them

If there is one thing that makes this particular walmart worth going to its that the groceries are up front and if you need to get in and get out, you can. Though thats its only real saving grace. I havent seen any people of Walmart candidates but there are folks who love to yell about anything, your mileage may vary. Parking is a pain, of course. But its doable other than that just your run of the mill not a super center type of place.

Didnt have crip bandanas u would that walmart would keep everything blue in stock but on the Brightside there are lots of crips in everett

I love the prices, products, and how fast most lines are but, as for the employees, I feel really offended when I get profiled since Im a young white female. it almost makes me want to leave the store without getting anything. I personally believe Wal-Mart loses a lot of business because of this

This particular Walmart is great for hard goods and soft goods (clothing). They pulled all fresh grocery products like fruit and vegetables two years ago so youll only get frozen, bagged, and canned food here.

Went to oreillys to get wiper blades, lowest price was $19 each. left and went to walmart, under $9 each for some Michelin blades, work great. i am glad they had standard blades, i am not a fan or thise bowed blades, i like a normal metal frame.

I love the store but they do need to treat there employees a lot better.

My shopping experience here at this location wasnt the best. Many of the items that I was looking for were out of stock and when I tried to ask for help, one of the employees brushed me off. She said she was busy and she said it in a very rude tone. And to begin with, it was also very hard to find an employee to help me. The exterior was also pretty dirty and looked unkept. However, the inside of the store was pretty neat. Overall I wasnt too happy with my experience there and a lot of improvement with their customer service is needed.

I came to print out pictures and I was very excited to receive them, I open it up and there’s dents in the pictures! Good thing there was a nice lady who gave me a refund for the pictures. Shows how much the people who print them don’t care about the handling.

I waited 40 minutes in my car for them to bring out my curbside pick up then I went inside to get a few groceries they only had two checkers because everyone went on lunch. Two other ladies had their lights off and were checking out people one by one. I asked one of the ladies with her light off if her line was open and she said yeah but I dont want to line I said okay can I come in your line and she said yes so I went in her line and then a Caucasian man probably 50 years old started yelling at me and calling me rude no one from Walmart assisted with customer service or security. That same man got done checking out in his line before me waited for me to go outside and then followed me in his older model American truck and started yelling at me again! Again no one from Walmart in the parking lot did security or ask me if I was okay.

Wow- this store has gone WAY downhill. I understand covid has hit hard & there may be supply chain issues... but Im pretty sure this store is in the middle of closing down or something. Shelves in every area of the store sitting completely empty, the only busy employees we could see were working on filling up big boxes that lined the middle of the main aisles (blocking access to half of the store), huge stacks of unused, flattened cardboard boxes piled over 5 ft tall in some aisles- ready to be opened & used to pack stuff up. Only 1 single cash register open, forcing folks to use the automated ones- with the line backed completely down a full aisle, about 40 people deep. Not going back.

Walmart meat managers: please consider adding (back) Johnsonville fully cooked stadium brats to your selection. These are my favourite summertime grilling meat. And your stores reliably have carried stadium rats. Perhaps its simply a pandemic supply issue. But I look forward to having them back in your stores very soon.

Food was great, service was great, and they had a gentleman singing who was great as well.

My battery died after just 6 months. The warranty is for 3 years and so I got a brand new one after they tested the bad one with this machine.

No fresh produce, store was a mess, and every department was just torn apart. Long lines. Staff was nice.

Walmart inventory online that they have certain items there but when you actually go in person you have a fine hard time finding items because theyre either one not there or two how to stalk yet online says they have them

There is a security company that patrols the parking lot. They harass customers that are parked waiting for family or people there with that went inside the store. Its really annoying and I dont see me going there again for a long time. I did watch the security company harass customers that parked, the guy in the security truck drove around in the parking lot circling where they were parked. In return the people in the van started following the guy in the security truck . Stop harassing customers.

Easy trip in and out, however their lack of bathing suits for larger women leaves something to be desired.

When my mom brings me and my brother here I take him around the store and he always has fun looking at all the toys and electronics. Also, one of the only places that still carries Super Mario 3D All-Stars.

The door greeters looking at my receipt carefully like i bought a lot of groceries. My one grocery bag have a two items waffles and a loaf of English muffins.it is Monday early morning about 8am 3/8/2021and Im in hurry going to work that day. Next time door greeters you needed to check the person who have a TV in the cart and a full of grocery and no receipt...

I hate that I have to shop here, but because this store is cheaper then most everywhere then i have too,, the employees are rarely helpful stuff is never stocked or if it is its not in the right place, you can tell Walmart employees just dont give a care, probably because of the bad pay and how there treated I used to work for Walmart and its a bad company to work for.

If you need to go late at night they close the self check register at 1030 then cut it down to only 3 cashiers that usually end up with a really long line. Obviously I shouldnt try to shop last minute but I dont understand why they dont leave the self check register open until 11

It was a bit hard to find someone that had the key to open the cosmetics, and you did have to check out locked items there in the cosmetics section, but thats to be expected for the area the store is in. It was a clean, stocked store, though!

I went early, 8am on a Thursday, and I was pleasantly surprised at the Covid19 precautions. The store wasnt crowded, the workers had sheilds at checkout, and cleaning/sanitizing was happening continuously. Even all the customers wore masks! I got a great deal on some underwear and undershirts, about $20 total!

Nothing spectacular. Its wal mart. People watching is probably the best thing here. Get in, get out.

Worst customer service ever. Went to the Garden Center and found a employee unpacking Kayaks. I asked if he could help me get a kayak to the registers and to my car. He said he would be right back he went to get a cart. The guy never returned after 25 min I went and asked another worker for help. He paiged someone to Garden Center. No one showed up. I then called the store and asked Customer Service to help me. Again paiged someone to help no one showed up. Called again to talk to Manager and finally after 44 min someone showed up to help. Biggest waste of time. If Kayaks werent so hard to find these days I would of left without purchasing.

Wal-Mart has all your needs in one place. From food, cosmetic, clothing to flowers. We love Walmart!!

This WalMart is okay compared to the other Walmarts around. Customer service is good. Seems as their stock on clothes and electronics are always low, with not much variety. Electronics area has many missing products that never get refilled. When you shop online, to see if its in store, more than likely it will be at another location.

Im not sure if this is considered a Super Walmart, it is BIG. It is also clean and well stocked...with very helpful associates. I wish it was closer to home, but its definitely worth the drive!

This is one insanely busy place. Be prepared to walk, because parking its usually not close to the doors unless youre lucky. Pack your patience, because getting to that far away parking space may take awhile. A lot of folks will stop right in the lane, waiting for someone (whos not in a hurry) to load their car and leave. The pricing isnt all that different from stores like Target, but the variety of products is way better at Walmart. In addition, if you get excited about clearance sections, this Walmart probably has the most bragging rights. The staff that Ive encountered here are very helpful. I needed one thing: numbers for a mailbox. (Youd think you could get those anywhere. Youd be thinking wrong.) But Walmart had them, and when I asked where they were the employee didnt miss a beat: she knew exactly where they were and was very pleasant.(My one question for Walmart: your shopping carts usually end up on my street, and no one on my street wants them. Will you come get them if we call you?)

Had a pickup order, I checked in, it said park in pick up area, which there is none! The one lot attendent told me to park in a handicap spot, I said no, and parked in a row near door. I waited a total of 40 minutes for the order which I had to call 4 times while waiting. Definitely not a time saver, but I understand they were busy on Easter Sunday.

This store needs serious staffing help takes way to long to get through a line. Even at the self check out. And only one checker for the whole store.

I understand this, but I wanted someone to know, that on Monday, April 19, after the weekend, Walmart was out of.....the two-liter diet Dr. Pepper, two-liter Barq Root Beer, the chocolate milk, Milos Sweet Tea, the flavor of International iced coffee that I wanted.So I bought nothing and left.

12/06/2019 review revised to take away one star. When the Pickup tower machine works, it works fantastically. But when it doesnt, no one is around to help you. Theres no sign to indicate that it isnt working. There isnt a dedicated person responsible for helping customers who are there to pick up. Other helpers dont know what to do. I wasted 30 minutes waiting for help only to be told my package is one of those stored in the tower and they cant retrieve it. Im having to come back another day when the machine is operable again.Original review:This rating is specifically for online order pick up process, which is fantastic! As of today 10/2019, I have not seen a more advanced pickup system! When you walk up to the machine, glass shield in front of the kiosk raises up, theres instruction to either type in the order number or scan the barcode on your mobile. Then within seconds the glass door on top of kiosk opens up and your item appears on a tray. Its magic! I love it. I was in and out with my order within 30 seconds. Hopefully this system will become available for other Walmarts soon.
