I bought a honda crv about a month and a half ago. Car was and is still amazing. Very straight forward and honest transaction. I set up an appointment to view the car and everything went fine. Just a very transparent transaction, which is what I like.

Went to buy the car I wanted with me and my brother. Brother tested the dealer to see if there were any underlying conditions with the car and turned out there was none and the owner was truthful about everything he said about the car. I appreciate this type of honesty as there are many other dealers who would rip off customers to make ends meet. Thankful for this dealership for their honesty and would do business with them again in the future if I’m in need of another vehicle!

Great place to purchase a used vehicle. The guy who worked with me to complete the documents and everything was very helpful, quick and honest. There was no pressure to buy, and they were upfront about the vehicle I purchased. It was a fair price and they even paid to fix the cracked tail light. The interior cleanliness of the vehicle wasnt the greatest, but it is what youd expect from a 10 year old car. All in all, definitely check this place out if you are in the market for a vehicle

Living 1.5 hours away, Mike was to the point, forthright and honest about the condition of the car (he volunteered info about some scratches and a ding) over the phone before we made the trip so I wasnt surprised when we got there. We were in the market for 3 months trying to find a car for my daughter and had dealt with too many shady used car lots, so naturally, I was skeptical at first. The car was better than advertised and price was fair. These guys deserve the recognition they have earned by being honest businessmen.

Avoid like COVIC had to put new transmission in two days after I bought vechile. Dont do it go else where they offered to buy me a transmission at jet Cheverlot however they wouldnt pay jet Cheverlot pay to put in the transmission they wanted to buy it from them so they say and have someone else install the transmission with no installation warranty! I went to a very good honest reliable 3 yr 30000 mile warranty at Transmission Specialist great staff! Fast service friendly inexpensive! Go there they also sale cars!

I purchased a Ford here a few days ago, and unfortunately my alternator went bad, but when I called they had me come in and are fixing it for me. Mind you I bought it as is and they did not have to do this for me. They are nice and do not pressure you for a sale. If you are in need of a good use vehicle and want good customer service, then this is the place for you. I love the Ford I purchased here.

We just got our daughter a Grand Cherokee from here and very happy with the vehicle and salesman. No pressure and very helpful. Walked on the lot and asked about it yesterday, they gave us the keys and let us look through it without any hoovering. After a test drive we gave the keys back and all he did was give us his card and thanked us for coming by. No pestering for an immediate sale or the standard buy it now because I have X number of people looking at it so if you dont take it right this second its gone. Just heres my card and if we have any questions, please call. So today we went back and picked it up. I would look at vehicles they have again, although what we did get was a very unusual find. Being local and what appears to be in a position to get vehicles from local new dealerships, they probably get some pretty good local trades.

The car we bought looked great and ran great for a week. Then the check engine light came on and then we found out it had bad head gaskets and needed a new engine. They didnt care. Too bad you signed as is I was told. Whatever fixed the engine I swear a week later the transmission is toast. So my car is sitting until I can afford to fix it. I mean I already put so much money in this car and its not worth anything to get rid of. Just think they could of offered to at least look at the car. And if you read their reviews it isnt all real customers. It cant be. They are not honest or helpful

We test-drove a vehicle here that ultimately we didnt purchase, but Id be comfortable in doing business with this dealership. The salesman was very low-pressure (Im sorry I didnt catch his name, but he had an accent) and allowed us to test-drive the vehicle by ourselves. When I mentioned a pre- purchase inspection, he told us the car was from New Jersey and likely had rust. We decided to pass, but I appreciate that he was honest about the vehicle.

Great staff. I bought a car from a big dealership Chevrolet in federal way and the car broke down on me a month later. I came united autos because I needed a reliable form of transportation. “Used cars” aren’t perfect so I got a test drive their vehicle to my personal mechanic and pointed out the flaws. I informed the dealership and they dropped it to a reasonable price. This place also checks in with you if everything was okay. I would definitely recommend this place if you don’t have the best credit. There’s no hidden fees or apr because they’re in-house financing you pay for exactly what the car is worth .Thank you united team ! I will purchase a 2nd vehicle soon!

They are fraudsters. They showed me an auto check vin check, which was never an accident. But when I bought a car for there and tried to sell it again, I did a vin check on carfax, which was the car that had the damage on the frame. They have not even apologized for their sorryness and can not take responsibility. Never buy a car here.

Went there to look at other vehicles advertised. Nabil was extremely low pressure and let us drive whatever we wanted. Saw a Kia Spectra 5 that wasnt advertised. Drove it and made an offer. They dealt fairly and the whole process was smooth and trouble-free. Love my new Kia! Mike, the business manager, even refunded some of my registration money when he mailed my plates. Would definitely do business with them again!
