I inquired about a Cadillac that was on their lot, received a prompt response from Sammy. Set up an appointment for the next morning and she worked with me to make sure that I left the lot satisfied! I’m extremely happy with the service that she provided and her patience as I was hesitant to make any decisions. At the end of it all, I was able to drive off the lot in my beautiful Cadillac STS.

First of all I have to say I love my car. I have never seen a better quality used car dealership than I have here. The office atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and I did not come accross one staff member who was not down to earth and friendly, which is saying a lot because usually car dealerships can become overwhelming and pushy. An added plus that they were very child/family friendly and were very patient with my two little ones.Secondly, I have to say that our salesman (name Miguel) who sold us our car was AMAZING. He made me feel at ease and comfortable and let our family really think about our decisions. He genuinely wanted to help us in any way he could to get the right car.Which leads me to the manager and financial officer Mitch and Mike. They were very welcoming and they worked with us and went above and beyond.I highly recommend this dealership, in fact I recommended them to my own mother.If you are in the market for a great used car dealership with integrity, then I suggest coming here.

We went in and found out a Forester was being detailed but was for sale a couple days before it got back to the dealership. Im stunned this dealership has such high reviews, seriously. We found our sons dream car on Facebook pages for pretty good price. It advertised if you have solid job and $500 down you taking it home. Sounds fantastic, right. So my husband called them and confirmed with one of their salesman (lets call him Mike). BTW We learned later hes 19y/o and fairly new to this biz, very nice guy. So we get there give Mike our info. He then comes back with 4-square form and said his manager told him our credit score is very low and the best he can do is $8000 down and over $500 a month. No printed proof of our credit score. We checked our credit with our bank that morning and it was 100 points more than he said. (That is big difference in my opinion). I got that shady feeling from the manager. Besides the car wasnt even detailed. It still had bunch of human and animal hair in the back. We just got up and left. What they offered wasnt even negotiable. That was an insult and false advertising.

Pretty displeased. Some lady keeps emailing me trying to guilt me into buying a car and its been two months?? and the last car i bought from them had such a terrible oil issue that i had to put 5 quarts of oil in it every month for 3 years. also they feign respect, but they are pushy. I get thats the whole job, but trying to charge so much over bluebook is really dishonest. very pushy sales people, do not deal with them unless your really confident and not easily swayed by guilt and pushiness.warning, do not let them bully you into giving a 5 star review right in house! thats why there are so many 5 star reviews, people buy cars, have a good feeling about it because of the staff hyping them up after a sale, and then theyre primed to give a good review! very unprofessional

Just bought my third car from these guys, most recently bought a 2018 Nissan altima. Our salesmen was Dave he was very personable and made it a good experience. He worked to get me the car I wanted and with the down-payment I wanted as well. Bought the car last week and got a call from the finance guy named Mike today. He didnt like the high interest rate that we were approved for last week when we bought the car and he went above and beyond to get me approved by a different credit union, now we are paying half the interest. I am amazed. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

I went to bayside because of a recommendation from someone I know that works on their cars. I knew absolutely nothing about cars and ended up picking one that I loved but wasn’t what I needed as a first car that I was paying for. I went in a couple days later with my uncle who knows a lot about cars and they were very patient and kind and helped me find a car that better suited me. Sammy was an awesome sales woman and never pressured me into anything I didn’t feel like I loved.

We went to BAS to look ay one specific vehicle. Ir had been spit polished but when you looked under the mats inside there was mold everywhere.The salesman was cordial. The all around sales atmosphere left a bit to be desired.While Im sure some people are happy buying there, it was not a pleasurable experience for us. Be very cautious of what youre buying. We went elsewhere and found what we were looking for with 50k less miles at a comparable price.

My mom and I recently purchased a car from Bayside Auto and our salesman was Miguel. Miguel was super nice, worked with us to get something we could afford and even helped us get our vehicles home because we only had one driver..otherwise we would of had to take multiple trips.The only reason I am giving this place 3 stars instead of 5 is because literally the same day we bought the car it started having issues with the braking system 😕 The traction keeps engaging and is displaying a “service abs” light.. We spent pretty much all we had on this car and it’s frustrating to have issues with it on the same day we bought it. We are going to contact them when they open and see if they can help us figure out what’s going on. Will edit my review after we talk to them and hopefully make it right. I understand that vehicles are sold “as is” BUT nothing was disclosed to us as far as any problems with the car and when buying a car you shouldn’t have to fix something on the first day of getting it... I don’t feel safe driving it until we know what’s going on

Wonderful experience at Bayside Auto. I made an appointment ahead of time with Matt (Jensen) who was very helpful and informative on the car I was interested in. Once the deal started, after a test drive and walk around, Kolby joined to help and I had a very nice car buying experience with two kind and courteous salesmen. Negotiations were fair and up front, the vehicle had only one issue that we were able to come to agreed price for. Everyone we talked with or walked by was nice and attentive. I would highly recommend visiting Bayside and asking for Kolby or Matt (Jensen). Do not let the negative reviews sway you, if you treat them with respect they are very respectful in kind.

Jay was so helpful and understanding of our situation. We had issues with a rebuilt title we bought a month ago and he helped us get the best deal possible for a trade in.

Bought a used car here. Drove it off the lot without checking the lights only to notice drivers side headlight was out. When I went to replace it I realized the light was completely empty, no bulb at all. The cap that goes over it was also missing. Was also seriously ripped off, but I can only blame myself for that one. This is a place to avoid.

I was there on Saturday. I was greeted from one gentlemen and then he had me talked to his Manager. He said his Name was Jay and he was the General Manager. I have been with Everett Boeing for Thirty plus years as a flight engineer. We where talking about the Toyota Prius. After he where done talking and I herd him make a comment about all Indians drives these cars for Taxi Cabs. He slandered me and judged me by my appearance. Im sending a letter to the Attorney General and to the CEO of this company. I looked up his name and his name is Ron. Shame on you Sir for having someone in this position to slander me. Im also letting my bank BECU to know about this. This is not a place to buy a car from unless this person is not representing this company .

Made an appointment to go see a specific car, we drove 1 hour and 15 minutes one way to go check it out...we get there, the car doesnt start, not even able to jump it, apparently a starter issue. Very unhappy 😡

I bought a 2016 Kia Forte LX from this dealership last week. My intentions were to purchase a NIssan Sentra 2015; however it was sold the day before. I was bummed about, but they ended up having another car that was more up to date, with less miles, and a cheaper price than the NIssan. Sammie was the lady who helped me out with the buying process; and she was amazing to work with. She made me feel at home, she was patient with, and she helped me get a car at a good price within my budget. I appreciated her assistance. The atmosphere was very comfy, and they provided complimentary coffee, water and candy as well. Very homey atmosphere. Brock who helped me with the document process was amazing as well. I truly don’t understand all the positive reviews. My husband and I had some major credit events last year that thrashed our credit a bit. We were looking for a cheap, reliable car for the interim as we normally purchase from bigger dealerships but our credit rendered is unable to do so. I understand smaller ones are working with less, but they let me take this car out after a test drive to show my husband. While on my way there, I open a compartment near the radio and there is an actual crack pipe with a menthol cigarette. None of the cars I saw had been detailed. Only gave it 2 starts because the guy seemed nice enough and it was his first day. Also, while I was waiting at one point some other guy came up and started asking me where the boss was... as though I worked there. Just all in all thumbs down.

This place was a perfect example of the shadiness of used car dealers. No friendliness whatsoever. You dont want to be nice, I wont be nice back. I had to demand transparency several times, dont come to me saying someone said something without the proof of it in your hand. But they had the car I wanted, and at least didnt try to talk me into some crappier car. But this was the worst experience Ive had buying a car, and it has turned me off used car dealerships forever.Other dealerships put the plates on for you. This one didnt even want to wait for me to do it, basically told me to get lost.They lied about the maintenance in the vehicle. They said they did an oil change, I check Carfax, and more than 6 months has elasped since the last one.

Started off great. Great people. Let them talk me into not leaving to look at another car. Told me all this great stuff on the 14 VW tigaun I bought. Told me that there had been an inspection on it. Only had 47,000 miles. Left and within an hour check engine light on and car cut off while stopped. Also car said needs oil change and inspection now. Got home and oil low and overfill for radiator fluid was empty. Brought back was told they will correct, but then they said they were using my warranty. After fusing they said they will fix. Left car one day and was told because check engine light went off they found no problem, however they ensured me they did an inspection. Car still says inspection now and now I am using my warranty 2 weeks after buying car.Update: Manager Mike went out his way to rectify the situation as it needed work not covered by my warranty. I am so happy I made the call to higher management.Update: 1 of the 2 things needed for my car to be fixed were taking care of.

This is your typical sleazy car lot. Advertised a truck and it mysteriously was never there. They said they would call when it got there. They called and asked if I was still looking for a car. I said yes is the truck they Advertised was there and they guy said no. I am like that is what I am looking for you should have a note. And guess what the truck is still being Advertised.

I bought Honda Odyssey from Bayside Auto Sales this week. Their service was excellent. The sales lady was so friendly and efficient, gave me the best deal.

I came today to look at a car with no intention of buying then I was strong armed into putting in a credit application told I could take home the vehicle I wanted and then was told a completely different story and denied so I had a hard inquiry on my cred report FOR NOTHING!! This place is a bunch of liars and grifters trying to make a buck and dont care look elsewhere!

Told us this car was non negotiable price, the lowest we can go, but upon inspection discovered many serious problems. They did not even bother to clean mold out of the inside of the vehicle! Clear evidence of repairs covered up poorly with paint (even though Sammy told us there was only minor accidents) which were not done well enough to stop the car from leaking inside (hence the mold). Driving the car even in the parking lot you can tell it has something wrong with the transmission. The mechanic who we took it to for an inspection said the car should be worth $4000, far from the over $10,000 non-negotiable price she gave us. I would say it felt like they were trying to scam us, but they didnt even go to minimal effort to disguise the clear issues with the car.

Excellent place to by a used vehicle. The staff was the best. Shout out to Brock who did not let my daughter settle for the first vehicle we saw. He was patient and you can tell he wanted to put my daughter in the vehicle she would be comfortable in. She is so happy. This is the second time that Bayside Auto sold to one of my kids. My son is still happy with his vehicle. I recommend Bayside Auto.

Update: had a minor issue with the car within 30 days, took to Bayside reccomended mechanic shop (evergreen auto) and Bayside covered the costs and had the issue repaired. I highly recommend this dealership!Im a first time mom and came in at 9 months pregnant looking for a reliable, safer car to drive. The salesmen (Dave?) was nice and helpful, and even steered me away from a car he knew had issues - that pretty much got our business right there.We did eventually leave to look at a few other cars, but came back to haggle. Spent a few hours here. Finally agreed to a price, but when ready to sign there was a $300 theft protection fee - which was waived when we raised concern that this fee should have been brought up before running credit checks and signing papers, and made clear that it is not included in the sale price, but because the manager waived it, I gave an extra star.I will come back to update my review should I have issues with my car and if the dealership isnt willing to fix those issues (within reasonable time) - but will change to a 5 star should I need to come back and they take care of it, or if I have no issues within 30-60 days.All in all, it was a good experience, and I appreciate the time spent helping me find the right car.

Yesterday, we met our salesman Martin Mitchell, we told him about we look for the good used car for our daughter. hes very good patience with us which we are deaf. We have been drive test with different cars, and Martin rode with us so he can hear if anything trouble. He did told us the honest what he heard noise and best good running cars. Finally, we found the good used car. We surprised our daughter when she opened the garage door, saw the car. She s surprised and happy! We really did impressed and satisfied with their service and friendly people, we recommend anybody whos deaf people go there, see Martin!

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a couple weeks but me and my wife came in last month to find my daughter her first car and I have to admit I wasn’t too excited. We visited one other place before coming in to bayside and didn’t really have a good experience but when we got to bayside this gentlemen by the name of Miguel was on top of everything from the start. My daughters wanted something “pretty” but I wanted something safe and reliable and they had a great selection for us to look at. Miguel was very professional and easy to work with so ended up picking a car that same day and picking it up that week. We’ve had it for about a month now the car is excellent and my daughter and I couldn’t be happier. I would definitely recommend bayside and Miguel. We’ll be back!

First off, let me say I HIGHLY recommend going to Bayside for your car buying needs. I have found them to be one of the most trustworthy, easy to work with companies I have ever dealt with.I cannot possibly recommend Bayside Auto Sales highly enough!! The buying experience was quick and easy. The sales rep was very friendly without being pushy at all and they worked with me to get the price down to fit my budget. I bought a 1992 GMC truck with low mileage that I was very excited about.Unfortunately, after about a month, the engine started making a knocking sound and had a major problem. I brought the truck to Evergreen Auto Repair (they do a lot of work with Bayside) and got the bad news that the engine would need to be rebuilt or replaced. I figured I was completely out of luck but I called Bayside to see if they could do anything for me. To my surprise, they offered to pay for a new engine to be installed in the truck at their expense!! I couldnt believe it. They didnt try to put any blame on me or get me to pay for it myself. The sales manager simply said they would take care of me.Do not hesitate to go with Bayside the next time you are looking to buy a used car. I know I will be recommending them to everyone in my for years to come.

I came here 2 weeks ago after having no luck anywhere else. The first thing I noticed is that the staff were laid back and funny which made me comfortable. Sammy was amazing, I had a tight budget and certain specifications she was able to meet no problem. She even came in on her day off to help me, and she’s helped if anything has gone wrong.

I had the pleasure of meeting Joe Hill. Very nice guy. I told him what I was looking for and he directed me to exactly what I needed. I’m really happy with my service all around. Jamie was great as well. I was in and out!!

To start off, the customer service is amazing! The two gentlemen I worked with Brock and Greg are terrific. They sold me the rig that I wanted with no run around. I dont have the greatest credit but that didnt stop them from making it affordable for me. I appreciate the help from these guys and thank you. If you plan on buying a newer rig (vehicle) I recommend this place. Everyone here is very helpful.

Let’s say I don’t recommend this place, unless being treated poorly is a thing.

Customer service was great! All the sales folk there treated me and my family as if we were apart of their family (especially Greg). They made the process a lot easier than it could have been, very understanding that I was on a time constraint and had a 2 month old with me! I can’t see my self going anywhere else for my next car.

Martin took care of me. A little bit of a wait for financing but nothing unreasonable. Would recommend to a friend

I went here to get an auto loan for the 1st time in my life, I literally am 28 and have a 0 credit score, and they made it amazingly easy. Miguel was the guy who helped me through the whole process, and when I told him what I wanted, how much i was willing to spend, and that i work 2 full time jobs so i needed a quick process, he actually listened and did exactly what I wanted. I now have a great car, an amazing payment plan, and couldnt be happier.

I had a very awesome time with great help and patients and kindness with Brock Newmen he really help me to buy the truck I wanted with no questions asked and he had the company to fix some small problems with the truck before I brought it home--yes, I would recommend for anyone thats wants to buy a nice vehicle go to Bayside Auto in Everett Wa--(p.s.) everyone was super nice Thanks Tina E

Salesman was amazing no pressure. However they sold my daughter a car that leaks out the main seal. Expensive fix.

They were very friendly and nice to work with. They replaced a piece of trim that was missing and took care of fixing the AC when we took it home and realized it wasnt working. The car is great and we are very happy with our experience. Thanks a bunch Bayside!

Great place helped me and my family out alot

I barely was able to get out of my vehicle before I was rushed away. I was told if I didn’t have at least 700 credit score it would be a waste of my time. When I thought from the previous reviews I read that they are working with bad credit. I was disappointed and confused. I also told the guy I had money down he still insisted that he would be wasting my time showing me anything. I had been at the dealership 3 weeks prior and was greeted and approach quite differently by a older gentleman who was willing to actually help me. I wish he had been there that day maybe my experience would’ve have been better.

I would say this has been one of the best places I’ve ever been to. I recommend to go to Bayside if you have bad credit or okay credit or just want a car oversell. I worked specifically with Joe, I wouldn’t have walked away with a car without insurance being high but he was able to help get my insurance down and walk away with a car that I like. With the help of Russ & RH Thank You Bayside Auto Sales for helping me get the car that I like and will enjoy.

Gregg was the salesman I got to work with. He is outstanding. Very helpful and extremely committed to getting what I wanted. Jaime was the financial fellow. He is beyond helpful and Thorough. This is the fourth vehicle myself and my husband have purchased thru them. Each experience has been a good one. The salesman isn’t pushy and annoying. He listens and understands. Extremely helpful for me. Gregg helped my friend get a car. He made it simple and stress free. I think everyone should buy a car from BaySide!!!
