Traded a 2007 Nissan Sentra for a 2016 Subaru Impreza Sport with Eyesight.Best experience my party of three has ever had at a dealership getting a used car. We live an hour away but the trip is absolutely worth it. They helped us accomplish everything we set out to : remove my partners sister as a co-signer, trade in his vehicle, and stay in budget.Specifically would love to thank Jason for helping us get a wicked deal on a trade-in that my partner still owed on, Kourtney for being the kindest and the only salesperson Ive felt 100% comfortable with, and Tom for explaining the loan itself in a way that we really understand and answering any and all questions.They each made us feel so cared about and like they wanted to get us into the right car and right loan, at the best deal. Which they absolutely got us!Its been 5 days since we got the car and there hasnt been a minute of regret. We are so very grateful for this experience.(The man who helped us may have been named Tim? Please forgive me I am 9 months pregnant and can hardly remember anything).

Amazingly positive experience!! Came into the dealership with a 2018 Toyota RAV4 that I was not expecting to get very much trade-in value for, and Ron (an owner of the business), Kortney, and Jason conducted an assessment and gave me more than market value for my car!!! They worked an amazing deal for my family to get into a CX-9 and spent quite a bit of time working with the numbers that I gave them that would fit MY budget and they still got me into their Grand Touring Trim level!! My family is riding much safer and MUCH more comfortably in our new vehicle!! Thank you very much for treating us Fairly and being soo generous. I dont think the business even made any money on that deal, they valued our loyalty and we will be coming back! Thank you Ron, Kortney and Jason!

Long story short: Do not walk-in to this dealer without appointment on a busy weekend.Because I finished my previous schedule earlier than expected, I walked in a few hours earlier than my appointment on the Labor Day weekend asking if it was possible to take a look of the cars and that I can always come back later if they were busy. They kindly found a salesperson on the spot to help me. I decided to take a look at the used cars first, and the salesperson was kind enough to show me a few selections before he gave me the key to test drive and asked me to come after a certain time, as he had to attend another appointment (which is completely fine with me).Throughout the test drive, I thought the engine felt a little weak/loud, not sure if it was because it was a used car. Therefore, after I returned from the test drive, told the salesperson about my thought on the engine, and asked to try the new model of the same car. He politely rejected me saying that they all have the same engine, and people are just going to complain (Me: ?????). Seeing no point of staying, I left without test driving the new car. It was not exactly the greatest feeling when you drove 30 minutes to get rejected on a test drive...I am not blaming my lackluster experience at the salesperson as he seemed very busy, so there might be some miscommunication, and it was partially my fault for not coming in at my appointed time. However I would be completely fine if they would have just ask me to come back at a later time, instead of assigning me to a pre-occupied salesperson.Since todays car market is not really that buyer friendly (not much discount with the car shortage), it probably would be a long while before I decide to come back here...The lady who made the appointment with me was very nice though :)

It’s a superb location to purchase your Mazda from.I bought a brand new CX-5 a few months ago. It felt like a family with friendly and comfortable service. No pressure, just a calm approach to help you find what you’re looking for with accommodating service.Ask for Sheldon. He’s a pleasure to speak with! I got a deal I was happy with and the process was made enjoyable. He’s also genuinely a car guy himself, which is always nice when there is personal interest involved with the product being sold outside of just business. He doesn’t merely view the cars as merchandise and that’s refreshing! He’s also just a kind person in general and he helps fight against the bad stereotypes associated with car salesmen. He’s professional and respectful. Highly recommend.Jill is also sweet and Courtney as well!Overall the location was my favorite from all the ones I’ve visited and I made an hour drive to make sure of it. Pay them a visit with confidence.Good job, guys.Side note:The free car washes are an awesome bonus, but I won’t take advantage of them and just wash my car myself. The brushes during car washes are too harsh to be used on these beautifully painted cars. Brushes tend to create micro swirls/scratches and the two bucket system with thicker premium wash mitts would be preferable. I understand that the cars need to be moved along and it’s a free lifetime of washes after all, so I can’t complain too much.. But I would definitely still look into a solution that is both still efficient but with a softer touch for the paint. Again, it’s a free lifetime of car washes so there’s no real complaint here, but if I saw this one improvement, that’d be something to especially make this location stand out!

I took my car for its regular service. The service department is great and give you a thorough list of all required repairs and even send its video to you. Of course, like any other dealership, their prices are high and it would probably cost you $100-$200 more than other mechanics.

The service department is the best. Multiple vehicles and multiple family members. We have been bringing our vehicles to the dealer for service for 10+ years. Their customer service keeps us coming back! Fair prices and they wont over charge. I recommend speaking to a service rep in person or over the phone when they find additional work to perform since the website they refer you to via text may quote you the highest price or a larger job than what they are proposing.

Long story short, No professionalism, Knowledge or Customer Care.The service is deteriorating as years are passing by. Leased 2018 CX-5 with Full Protection Plan for my wife. Their coverage definition starts to deviate from original explanation when we first leased it because its something they cannot do and have to out source it to 3rd party. Most of all its going to cost them. Once with small cosmetic scratch and today with windshield.Windshield started with rock chip, repairable size. Called them in and got referred to 3rd party company, who never returned a call once mentioning Mazda of Everett. Couple days in and many more attempts of making contact with repair company but feels like its more intentional avoidance.Now the windshield has bigger crack running down, called in Mazda of Everett to explain the situation. Service members were busy transferring me to a right person, who may know the solution. Finally to a sales person who explains they could not repair/replace anything bigger than 6 inches.

I will absolutely never set foot in this dealership again. Took my wife’s car in (which we purchased from the dealer new 6 years ago) for an oil change and they tried to tell me that loads of other work needed done to the tune of almost 2k. Had the brakes checked elsewhere after they told me that they were “less than 1mm and we shouldn’t drive it unless we wanted to have to replace the rotors too” to find out that there were 5-6mm on both rear pads. The transmission fluid that they wanted to flush and fill is according to the owners manual a lifetime fluid that never needs to be replaced. These bogus rip off artists will never get another dime from me.

I purchased my beautiful CX-5 at Mazda of Everett and had an amazing experience! I have recommended them to so many of my friends, their customer service is unparalleled. I just had my first oil change from them yesterday and they sent me a video showing all the things they did and how my brakes, tires, engine and under side of the car are looking. It was so helpful! Plus they washed and vacuumed my car. I love my car and plan on being a Mazda owner for life and will always shop at Mazda of Everett. You just cant beat that kind of service, makes ya feel good! I have had a really bad experience dealing with Mazda of Everett. At the point of sale I was told my first payment was not due until first 90 days of purchase but they prepared contract differently and sent to Mazda Financial Services. Since this was my first car purchase I took what they had told me and when I started making payments at the 90 day mark I was already late and it reflected on my credit reports as well. Worst thing is that when I spoke to the finance manager couple of times, he was very very rude and didnt make any efforts whatsoever to address this and hung up the call. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, I wouldnt recommend this dealership at all.Hi Jerry, how can I contact you directly without going through your finance team ? They had initially agreed to give me a letter that states that Dealership sold me this vehicle with 90 day first payment offer but contract was prepared differently, but they refused to do that when I followed up ? So far a pretty good experience. Only 2 small issues. First was that I was dumb and didnt even look under the hood. There was a rats nest under the engine cover that I didnt catch until I got home. The second thing is that they had very little respect for out time. We had to cancel our appointment because they kept promising that theyd have us out in just 15 minutes. 2 hours later we were out the door with every single Up sell you can imagine. Just be cautious cause they will push you to buy at that very moment. Yes they are kind, but very persuasive. Its how they make money. Always go when your not in a hurry and bring a third party thats not sedimentaly or financially involved. My biggest regret is not leaving and coming back to buy it later when I had more time to look it over more. On a good note they got us a car loan under %3 APR. But we also payed for the 100K mile protection plan for $5K. Again... they upsell like every one else.If Google did half stars Id do 3.5 🌟

I would like to tell you how well I was treated yesterday in the service department. I dropped in without an appointment or phone call because I was worried about the safety of our CX5 that my wife drives, expecting to be put in a queue, possibly for weeks. I was promptly given a loaner and my car was diagnosed in a few hours and I was texted a video inspection report. Turns out the lug nuts were loose, so it was dangerous to drive, but it was completely my fault when I switched out my winter wheels last spring.I was expecting to at least owe an hour of shop time even though I have an extended warranty, but I was met at the door, handed my keys, and was thanked for coming in. Amazing.I’ve already bought 2 cars from this dealership, and with this kind of treatment, probably will again.

The purchase of a new/used vehicle is both exciting and anxiety causing. I have been without a car payment for 12 years. So, squiring debt and thinking about this process as a single woman was scary. I had some interesting, disappointing and so so experiences. This is not the case at Mazda of Everett. Their kindness, professionalism and desire to connect to their customers as individuals started with Jill who answered the phone, then Louise who was my salesman. What a kind soul. He stayed late to go through all the fancy electronics in my new used vehicle. WOW!! Then there is Jerry the owner. He has been in business for 16 years and he has built a company that cares. I didn’t know he was the owner when he came out and began chatting with me. He was genuine and kind. When he says he wants to know and keep his customers, he means it. I had no idea that I could come away with such a positive car buying experience!!! Great sales experience but bad after sales experience.I have been following up for everything including getting my number plate (got my number plate after follow ups that too on the day my temporary one expired)I had to follow up for my loan documents, how to set it up. Its been 2.5 months and still waiting for it to happen.The car itself has couple issues and I am unable to get traction on it as the call doesnt always go through.Again, I would buy a car from them again, but not happy with the experience after I moved out of their showroom after buying the car

I bought a new car from this dealer. They specified a wrong low odometer reading on the documents. I signed it believing them. But, to my surprise the miles on the car were much higher than what was specified on the document. I made multiple attempts asking them to correct their mistake, but no one acknowledges or attempts to correct and instead blamed me for not checking the reading on the car when i test drove.Lesson learnt to not trust this dealer. Ultimately i lose some miles on my warrantyReply to Jerry McCann: Thanks for responding. But, Ive asked your staff multiple times to correct it. I called your dealership multiple times, visited, but the response i get is Its just a few hundred miles, it wouldnt affect anything. But, it lowered that few hundred miles on my warranty and was against my preference to own a car that was not driven a lot. Firstly, i wouldnt have bought the car if was driven a lot, its my preference. Since, i already bought it unknowingly, all i asked you was to correct the reading on the documents. But, even for that request, no one helped and upon asking more, the blame was on me to check. This clearly indicates not to trust your dealership which i was doing until i checked the odometer reading myself. It has been many days and no one followed up on this. I gave up trying and trying. It would have been a positive experience despite incorrect documents if someone had acknowledged the mistake and attempted to correct.

I did not feel I was being over-sold and reasonable requests were accommodated.Following the sale, there was a minor technical issue with the car, but the service team looked into it right away and fixed the problem without hassle. I purchased a Hyundai Sonata from them ; but before I bought the car one of the guys told the other guy” do whatever it takes to get her in that car.” Those words stuck like glue in my mind and now I realize why. About a week after I purchased the car I pulled into a parking lot and parked my car there when I got back to the car I turned the engine on and I tried to back up but the car shook really bad and then shut off by itself. I then tried to turn the car back on and it acted perfectly normal but it kept doing this off and on since I had the car and I got it checked out and realized the transmission was really bad on this car so they sold me a lemon and they knew it. Never buy a car from these guys as they are dishonest people. Take your business elsewhere.

Bought a new car this morning and cant say enough good things about this dealership.I went through Costco Auto, and this was the only dealership in the area that was honoring the Costco price for our car at the time, (which I understand with the inventory shortages). I shopped around at dealers a bit closer after getting the quote, simply because my wife and I live in Renton and Everett is a bit of a drive. Nobody could match the price, (or even come close), and inventory was low/out everywhere. I went back to Bebs and she ordered a car for us immediately, (original car had sold, but they still honored the Costco pricing!). The rest of the process was just as easy and everyone from Bebs, to Joe in sales, and Tom in finance were great to work with. No crazy pressure to buy every accessory or package, (although all were offered and explained thoroughly).I started the process of buying with Bebs virtually, and finished at the dealership. It only took 1hr total. This is a fraction of the time we spent at the last dealer we bought a car from, (at least 5 hours of going back and forth on price, accessories, interest rates, etc.). No hassle here, and theyre very happy to work with you.We will absolutely be coming back here for future purchases.

He answered all my questions and made sure I knew about all the deals available to me. Amazing Customer Service!!We got an oil change here recently and last year we had our car detailed. We had such a wonderful experience with the service team! They’re so nice & friendly and super willing to help!! Also, we purchased a bus in the beginning of this summer, which we will be converting to a skoolie, so we brought it here for a check up. My husband and I bought a car here back in December. The car buying experience was great but they had owed us $125.00 and we have still not received that despite calling and talking to them about it twice. They also installed remote start in the car which has since stopped working and I have been trying to get ahold of someone there to talk about it but I keep being put on hold or sent to voicemail. We thought we had found a great place to buy and car but after this experience I don’t know that we will be back.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT REVIEWUnfortunately, we didnt have a great experience trying to build a relationship with the service department for our new-to-us Mazda CX-5. When it was due for an oil change, I noticed that Mazda of Everett had a great offer for new clients and since they were conveniently located to my work I bought the car in.At the end, they let me know that I had ~ $1,200 worth of work I should expect to get done soon and that the brake fluid was dirty (it had been changed recently). We dont drive the car a lot and now that it is due for its 60k service we took it to a different shop and provided them with the list of the $1,200 worth of work that we were told needed to be done. We didnt bring it back to Mazda of Everett for this because I felt like a $1,200 quote + stating that a fluid which had recently been changed was dirty didnt sit right with me.This evening, we got a call about what work needed to be done on our CX-5 and was told that everything looked good and nothing needed to be changed at this time (7500 miles after we were told it was going to need $1,200 worth of work + had dirty brake fluid). In addition and the most concerning part is that Mazda of Everett didnt replace the oil drain plug with the right plug or didnt align it properly and the current facility has been unable to remove it! Theyre ordering parts and going to change the oil tomorrow but I am simply appalled that after all of this misguided information Mazda of Everett screwed up our CX-5s drain plug and simply was unable to properly complete an oil change on their own brand of vehicle... Im not a car expert and am assuming this facility will fix it properly but it will likely cost us unnecessary money to fix an issue Mazda of Everett caused and I just hope that whatever they did when they changed the oil wont rear up any more issues down the road.

Sales team is fine. I cant explain why the service department is so, not fine. Just be warned, they are rigid department with procedures that cannot be deviated from, no matter how it inconveniences the customer. Ive been a service advisor for a Mazda dealership, thats why its so hard to understand the attitude? Oh well, Dougs is just down the street I guess.

This was our first Mazda purchase (thru Costco Program). We chose a new Metallic Red CX-5 Touring AWD. Jill Marsden was our first contact with the dealership. She was very helpful and we decided to purchase just last night. (We dont know what all she and the team had to do in the background to make sure the car was ready when we arrived). Joe Garcia helped us complete the sale and helped us get the car configured before we left last night. Everything went smoothly. The owner Jerry introduced himself last night and let us know that if we had any concerns or comments about anything feel free to reach out to him directly. Joe also said for us to come back and see him next week that he would help answer any questions we had on all of the new features. Yes we bought a new car, but when was the last time the owner of a business came to ask you if everything was ok? Who does this anymore? Seems like customer service comes standard here at Mazda of Everett.

Everyone is welcoming and non-pressuring. It was such a comfortable and easy experience looking at new cars. Not a single person gave off that traditional sleezy car salesperson feeling.The owner takes the pandemic very seriously and has transformed the entire dealership to keep his staff and patrons safe.Gladly bought a new car there and will only look there for future cars.

Where to begin...I bought my Mazda back in 2012 and had a great experience that even my father stated was the best experience he also had experienced in all his years of car buying. 2017 after convincing my hubby a Mazda 6 was a perfect car for him we went back to Mazda of everett and the same sales man Frank assisted us again. The same experience was had as we did back in 2012. Now 2021 after helping a friend car shop and taking him to Mazda of everett and again back to Frank and surprise surprise yet another amazing experience with Frank where he also purchased a new Mazda. I 100% would recommend asking for Frank who will no doubt take care of you and be there for an awesome car buying experience

I was trying to negotiate a deal with every mazda dealer in seattle for the cx30 premium. After hitting my head against a wall with walker who wouldnt negotiate with me over the phone or email, only in person during covid, or lee johnson who bait and switched me with the pricing... Talking with Jill at mazda of everett was a breathe of fresh air. She was upfront about everything, we negotiated a reasonable price for both of us, and sent me a deal worksheet to verify the pricing. Icing on the cake is that she even offered to have the car delivered to my door with no hassle. Rather than spending hours at a dealership, paperwork and car was delivered and was a quick process. Im not going to even bother anymore trying to negotiate or even talk to any other seattle mazda dealer. Next mazda purchase will be right here which also goes for all my friends and family. Wow, I can’t say enough about how great my experience was at this dealership! I got to work with Jay Tsay on finding a vehicle for my family of 4 and he gave me honest feedback about which SUV would meet my needs. He found the PERFECT vehicle for me and was even priced under what I thought I would have to pay! What a relief it was to have someone care about what you need and want instead of focusing on money. Jason also worked with me on the finances and he was amazing. He worked hard to get me a fair price on my trade-in and interest rate. My girlfriend had purchased a car from them, and about a week later I came in and got one as well. Tim Hack was such an honest and caring salesman that helped my girlfriend purchase her first car and took care of her during the process. I worked with Jason Peters on financing my car and he is willing to do whatever you need him to do!! He fought for me on trying to get a lower interest rate, and gave me plenty of complementary oil changes for the hassle. Not to mention, he does not push you into something you aren’t comfortable with. He told me to “go home” and think about it and come back in a couple days. I think that goes a long ways in this industry. He is one of the best and most caring finance people I have met in the car industry. I never even thought of buying a Mazda, but these sales people were amazing and I wanted to be a part of it!! I would advise EVERYONE I know to go there and work with Tim Hack and Jason Peters.

We had a great experience at Mazda of Everett and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. There was absolutely no pressure from the sales department. Not during my initial research/test drive visit, and not when I returned a couple of weeks later to look at a specific car. (Note to other dealerships: pressuring me to buy a car within 30 minutes of me first seeing it, is a sure-fire way to make me leave and not come back!) Sheldon went out of his way to make the process as painless as possible, and helped find us a great deal on a pre-owned Mazda6.The finance department were quick (we had a 2 year old with us, so we were worried about this!), and again, not pushy in the slightest.Love the car, and Ill definitely come back when were next looking to buy.

We came in on a Sunday afternoon with our 8 year old niece and 2 golden retrievers and we were welcomed with open arms. Jay helped us and was amazing. We had looked at one car and after test driving it and talking to Jay about what we needed and of course with our two dogs my husband and I asked to look at the CX3 and we test drove it and FELL IN LOVE. We both felt no pressure at all. While we were doing the paper work the owner of the dealership make our niece a cup of hot coco (which she later told me Aunty, that was the best cup of hot coco I have ever had). I can say hands down that we are customers for life at Mazda of Everett. When we are in the market for another car we will be heading there.
