I wouldnt call these guys. They will have you number and not stop calling you even if you ask them to stop. Austin here calls me about 2 times a week even though I have left a message to stop calling. When I visited last month they didnt know much about the product they were selling and were not wearing masks despite covid-19 rules. Didnt find them to helpful and not wearing masks made me uncomfortable.

When I was on the sales floor buying my car, they were helpful, accommodating, and answered all my questions while still being personable and friendly. However, since then, Ive had questions regarding the down payment (which they have not taken yet), my auto loan (which Ive gotten several letters denying coverage of, despite them telling me I was covered while in the office), and Ive called multiple times, left voice mails for the people DIRECTLY involved in my transaction, and no one has responded. Its been a week and a half now that Ive been reaching out and no one has contacted me to help resolve my issues and help find peace of mind.The sales team were great in person, but the lack of communication and not keeping me updated on the status of my loan and car is highly unprofessional and extremely irritating.

Sold me a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a clean CarFax report. 1.5 years later when I go to get a larger vehicle (growing family) I am told there is a wreck on the CarFax which substantially lowers my expected trade in value. This is all after their sales staff had originally showed me fake paperwork for financing price and I get a letter after taking possession that my financing was 10k higher than what I was shown.Shadiest group of people I have ever dealt with.They left me this response below to call them also and have failed to return my calls to them, so I am assuming these responses are just for show.

This is the second vehicle I purchased from NW Motor Sport. My first purchase of a Toyota 4Runner I discovered the front struts were leaking and NW Motor Sport replaced them at no charge. The second vehicle I purchased from them is a 2014 Ford F-150. The only reason I traded the 4Runner in for the Ford was I needed a vehicle to tow our travel trailer. After my purchase I have discovered several issues with the truck. Today I went out to start the truck and the battery was dead. I called roadside assistance which took 4 hours to show up to jumpstart the truck. After the jumpstart, I decided to take the truck to a local battery shop to have the battery checked to discover the battery is bad. I replaced the battery on the spot because I do not want to be abandoned on the side of the road due to a bad battery. In addition to the battery issue, I have discovered other issues with the truck which NW Motor Sport is unwilling to fix. I would not recommend this dealer to any of my friends or enemies.

My wife and I have been looking for a good truck, we have been looking for years for the right truck. On Friday we saw a 2007 Chevrolet 2500HD in Puyallup with a “please call to price”. Stock number 76790. On Friday I spoke with 1 person about the truck, put a hold on the truck and made a plan to meet him Sunday. He tells us when he will be in(which is later than we were hoping since we had such a long drive) but we agreed to meet him there.We get almost there and I get a call by a different sales man that says our initial sales person is running late. Ok it happens, we met with that sales person and looked at the truck and went in to discuss the price.We sat down to talk payments and the first thing out of there mouth was well the first guy was wrong, it was supposed to be $2000 more but we will honor that lower price. ( we looked up the price we were given and it was ~125% blue book value of the vehicle. While waiting for this sales person to get back from the usual talk with “the manager,” the original person called me and said they couldn’t go any lower than his price. After that call a third “experienced” and very rude sales person who went off about how rare it is to find a truck that good, he said they could go for $1500 lower than the original price we were told but nothing lower. The last sales person stood up and angrily said well you need to contact the original person to get your hold money back and walked off. Then the second person (the one we showed us the truck at the start of the day) came back and stood at a distance to tell us he talked to the “regional manager” and they can’t drop the price any lower. Apparently it takes three people to tell us they don’t really want to work with us and take our business.My wife and I have bought cars from several other dealerships in the past and were completely blown away by how rude we were treated. Between the price and in-person sales service (we didn’t even make it to the official financial team), I would highly recommend avoiding their stores.

We started our new car purchase with salesperson Mike Preston. It was not a good experience. Mike was trying to nickel and dime us for our trade-ins. He promised he would provide floor mats for our new car out of another car we looked at. Thats when we started working with the manager Jesse. Jesse was much more reasonable, gave us fair trade-in value for our car and got us a great price on the car we wanted. However, when we went in to pick-up and pay for the vehicle I asked Mike Preston about the floor mats he had promised and asked for me to keep hush hush from his manager Jesse. He told me we could return the following day to pick-up the floor mats. When I called to ensure the floor mats were ready for pick-up since wed be driving all the way to Everett he told me he was out of it and Id have to take it up with someone else! Dont work with Mike. If youre going to go to this car dealership go to the manager Jesse. Hes much more reasonable.

I recently bought a car from Northwest Motorsport in Lynwood. In my contract (in writing) i was guaranteed to be able to get my radio deck out of my old car and put it into my new one since they are similar models. I have reached out to them multiple times regarding this asking them to get back to me and i hear nothing. i then look on their website to see that my old car has already sold. Not to mention the car i just got from there already has squeaky brakes. Not a great way to keep customers. I would not recommend getting your car from there.

So I am in Butte Montana, we have been searching for a new Tacoma done right all over our state, had no luck! My brother did some research online, found the most beautiful Tacoma we have ever seen, legit! The next day, believe it or not, It was Hectors day off! He was true to me and helped with everything ON HIS DAY OFF! the next morning Hector called us on my dads Iphone, after we were already sold on the truck, and Hector face timed us and said I want you to see this truck through and through, every inch of it in person To be honest, any dealership I have ever dealt with, once the vehicle is sold to us, they wouldnt wanna risk us changing our minds, but Hector wanted to make sure that we were going to be 100% happy with this truck. As we are! Very! I wasnt able to make the trip with my dad and brother but they are there now and even yet, I just received a picture of my Pops and brother standing in front of my dads new truck( Sexy sexy sexy truck, must you know!) Used to like it, have purchased several cars from different locations (I tend to go through cars) and very happy with each purchase but now that Ive traded one of their cars in and want to cancel my gap insurance they are completely different. 3 phone calls, and email and message later and still no luck. Before Id recommend your locations any chance I got but those times are far gone. Theyre a typical hit it and quit it dealership. Please avoid at all costs. Any money you save wont be worth it in the long run.

I drove down to Washington from Idaho to buy a truck. I drove it back to Idaho and my first day back the transmission went out. I fought with them for weeks before they finally owned it and paid for a transmission. They are the gift that keeps on giving though as the truck I bought had air bags on it. I just bought my first fifth wheel ever so I can finally use them and when getting my hitch installed I was informed one of the air bags(which ive never use) is broke.

Dont waste your time with these amateurs. I bought a truck from them over a year ago that they snuck in a gap insurance clause that cost me 900 when I said I did not want it and then the salesmen took my phone from me to give himself a 5 star reviews that he 100% wrote on his own. The truck I bought has only been problems so I return to get a different vehicle only to be jerked around for 2 days . They dont return calls unless you mean new money for them . All round bad sales and just another typical car dealer

I would love to say that this huge company did me right I bought a great car and a horrible warranty. Gotta make that sale right! Dont support Northwest Motorsports! Not only did this guy run my credit from 16 different places (which took 2 years to drop all of those inquiries off of my credit) just to use the initial one i was preapproved for walking in, but he promised me a 100000 mile warranty from the time I left the lot. $2500! He deceived me and really sold me a new car warranty on a car with 65,000 miles. So instead I got 35000 mile warranty.nd it expired before I ever used it. He lied to get his sale. Boycott these fools!!!

This place is awful. I went to a dealership specifically to build my credit.I didnt have any so my girlfriend had to co-sign. they assured us it was in my name. and would report to my credit.But its not. Its all in her name and hasnt affected my credit at all.You guys completely screwed us over.
