It was easy & I noticed alot staff unlike some places, I was able to find all I needed but the prices were some change more than Walmart but not to bad.

I received excellent customer service from the Everett Mall Way Target from James (hope i recall his name correctly). He asked if I found everything and I said the only thing I could not find was a sprinkler. He looked on his work cell and found a couple and showed me. He called and they figured out there were none out but some in back. I was able to get my sprinkler! James seemed to really love his job at Target and even said as much! I was very happy with my experience.

This Target location is relatively easy to access, with lots of parking. Typical Target store.

Its target! Whats not to love? The employees are wonderful and its so easy to buy things you didnt know you needed. Haha

Customer service was fast,& effective with my order from online. In and out of the store quickly.

Very dissatisfied! Ordered something online. They charged me a bag fee. When I got to the store, I refused the bag and brought my own. When they charged my card, they kept the bag fee and refunded it in the form of a Target Gift card. In the past, it was refunded back to my original card. Not a Target gift card. Tried to get it changed online but the rep was awful and refused. Hey if 5 cents is worth it to them. Great. I wont be back. That 5 cents cost them future purchases!

This store is great. The prices are good, the selections are good, the store is close to my home, the employees are nice, and the store is clean.

Great store, a lot of everything, pharmacy, groceries, fresh produce, clothing, toys, electronics, shoes, restaurant, housewares, sports, wine and liquor, babies stuff, fast checkouts, great customers services and professional and friendly staff.

Nice selection of items in store. Like that I can get some staple grocery items while shopping for clothes or other items. One stop shopping.

I purchased this for my son along with the extended warranty. when I asked the young man how I go about registering this and making sure the warranty was enrolled, he said he didnt know and to look at my receipt. I will not be returning to target for this reason, I felt like he should of known or at the very least found out what I wanted to know about my purchase. On top of this he was rude and gave the impression that I was inconveniencing him by purchasing this?! This is the first and last time I make a purchase through your electronic department!

So on my way I go to grab a bag. Evidently they are 5 cents. The cashier walked away. Another employee advised me the bags are 5cents. So naturally I will pay for the bag. No problem. She said not to worry about it. As I walk away. This employee loudly says “she just took a bunch of bags!” I took one bag! I offered repeatedly to pay for the bag. I immediately turned around! And again VERY LOUDLy this time offered to pay for the bags! I am not from Washington I m from Indiana! We do NOT pay for shopping bags!

Target app and store inventory is not in sync. I go to target frequently but always has issue with their app, Often app shows items are available at the store and when I walk in, nothing is there at the store.

Store wasnt too crowded, selection was good, checkout lanes were fast. Quick and easy trip to Target for beauty care, plus I didnt need to stop somewhere else for milk!

I had to return a backpack that I got as a gift, but I lost the gift receipt and the cashier had no problem exchanging it for me for store credit. And when I was shopping the workers were very helpful In the baby department!

Easy, had surgery and was GREAT to have what was needed delivered to my car!

I love the curbside-pickup service, but they really need a mechanism where curb-side can also get some of the cold goods, for example cheese.

This is easily the worst Target I have ever been to in my life. The best I can tell is that all the employees have given up and dont care. I dont hold them accountable for that, btw. This place is clearly managed very poorly and cant seem to do any aspect of department store well.They dont stock or clean and they dont enforce masks here. I never thought I would say this, but an Everett Target is basically a pricey Walmart.Go to Alderwood Mall if you want a Target. Go here if you like the Walmart vibe.

Target seems to have developed a cleanliness strategy that works for all. The stock of merchandise seems to be improving. I found what I was looking for (except Clorox wipes which I guess I will never find again.)

Target is the best they have everything you could need in one shopping trip, I do with the smoothies were a lower price since I usually make another stop to buy those but other than that i love the one and done mentality they have.

Erin was so concerned about one broken register that she did not look up to take care of the people in the line of the broken register. She closed the register and let the people fend for themselves. She claimed to me she opened another register to assist. NONE of them were offered or escorted to the other line. All of them found other lines on their own. One such family cut in front of me (very large cart, see transaction before mine). Erin claimed she could not hear behind her plexiglass. Quite frankly she treated the plexiglass like a concrete wall.

Dont ever work at this store. They have weekly schedules and changed my schedule multiple times without telling me. After 2 years of working there, they got a military guy that was the new store manager and fired me because he said I was a no show even though they changed my schedule without telling me at all. No room at this target for better pay. I started off remodeling the store and everything was great until they got a new manager that didnt even know how to manage anything sitting in his office all day doing nothing but laughing with other employees.

The drive up option at target is perfect. I am so happy they are offering that as an option now. I have a almost 2 year old son and being able to just drive up and get what I need is amazing. The staff was very friendly and delivered my things right to my car.

Great place to shop, only complaint i have is they are charging you 5 cents a plastic bag when everyone else is waving tge fee since you cant use your own bags.

Tarah, as I remember her name was, is really rude. She was bossed around the guest service area. She did not know the basic of guess service, I understand this Covid time is tough, but she didnt say hi, thank you for your patient, or bye...to the guests.

Its Target, like other Targets theyre pretty similar to other Targets. the people there are awesome, always glad to help you find what youre looking for. Not as big as Northgate by Seattle but much better lol.

Stopped in this past Sunday 8/9/2020, and was profiled. Moments after walking in the door I could hear them saying something about a tall woman with a pink mask, and could we get a security team member. I was followed by a security person, pretending to text for my entire visit, watching my every move. What a transphobic and classist place. I will not be stopping by this location ever again.

The new remodel is beautiful and I like the new shops within the store. They now have self checkout too which is a nice option if you only have a few items. The dollar section is always great and I like how the displays throughout the store are more interesting and eye-catching.

Target is like the normal persons Walmart. Or maybe Target is like if Walmart never got hooked on meth so it still has all of its natural brain function and dopamine receptors, allowing Target to lead a happy and fulfilled life free of the mischievous and scandalous events that Walmart deals with on the regular.Its like as if Target was the golden child that went to university and got their degree in electrical engineering and computer science, while keeping in touch and helping out with unforseen expenses. All the while, Walmart is the at home child whos frequently asking for money which you usually give but when you dont, their other source of income is from scrapping copper from stolen a/c units.

The store is fine and all but trying to contact someone for Electronics is a pain no one answers ever you guys really need someone there

Ease of shopping, ease of checkout (more or less; cant be helped when it gets busy) and friendly staff. While others want associates to almost host you when they enter the store, but I prefer they watch from a distance and only inquire when they see the person in question appears to need help. Im usually good to find what Im looking for and enjoy the fact they dont bother me. Personal space and whatnot...

I was absolutely baffled by our experiance there. We rushed through the store to get the few things we needed for our daughter and got to the check stand at 10:01, people were still in line and when we arrived up front a women was waving her arms all around yelling that they already made the announcement to check out and that they wont take any body else. So we walked out empty handed, and waited for our uber while watching people walk out with their paid for items, but we werent able to go through. Was very disappointed, were a young couple who never goes out without our daughter and the one time we do, we go to buy her things and was turned down for being one minute late. There was even a woman with her young daughter who was crying because she couldnt get the one small toy she wanted, but the woman didnt seem to care but then proceeded to let other check out. I LOVE target but I wont be coming back here, was absolutely disgusted with the customer service this particular lady provided.

Convenient. Loved that everything was ready for me. Line was not too long and it took her maybe 10 seconds to find and bring out my order.Also, I had a return that ended up being complicated and they handled so graciously. As if I were at Nordstrom or something! They are clearly hiring the kind of people who love to help others and training them well. Good job Target!! Loved the whole experience!

The position of the pickup location was clearly marked outside and inside of the store, located in the front of the store, and well-manned. The associates were very helpful and offered to get me a cart to wheel my purchase to my car. This is such an improvement, and I see purchase online and in-store pickup as the wave of the future. I will shop more at Target going forward.

I love to go there to shop rarely but when I do, I always come out with lots of items when I wanted a little!I would recommend there also because they have mostly everything you need!

Everetts Target shows its age, but regardless, its definately a 4 star attraction as far as customer service, ease in locating items, and choice of how to receive your order. Swift, and convenient!

Easy to shop here, theyve got a little bit of everything at a reasonable price. Workers seem nice and a good amount of variety. I especially love shopping for home decor and cosmetics at this location.

They closed the food court and replaced with a customer service station. Probably wont return since I never shop at target and only go when I want a pretzel, then Ill shop inside cause Im already there. 🙁Good vegan selection, and discount items.

This is a basic Target store in relation to what they have been doing at the other Targets. Their furniture department needs more variety and, more importantly, the layout of the store needs to change. I think I saw them changing the layout of the clothing the other day so these changes may be happening soon. So furniture and decor department needs to be bigger, better clothing brands for women, and reorganizing of the store needs to happen. Also, service is definitely lacking in the evening from associates in the front. On several occasions they will stand around talking for a while before coming to check you out.

The two clerks I talked to were VERY helpful. I was very impressed with their kindness. Also the young man at the door was very polite and helpful.

Nice looking store, but I had a disappointing experience buying a kids bike. I stopped at this location on a way back home from Seattle to Vancouver and decided to look for a bike for my kid. Found the one we liked, but the tires were not inflated. The store rep told me that they test the bikes and it should be fine. But next weekend when I tried to pump up the tires I found one one of the tires was loosing air. So my advise is to always check what you buy.

Its a standard Target store. Clean, well stocked. I find their clothing and items in general to be limited in selection. Also, a but pricey. However, sometimes yoh just need to shop at the Target store. Their cashiers coffins be more friendlier and act like they enjoy their job... that had been a consistent at this particular store.

A lot of things werent priced. We dont like looking for the scanners. So they may have sold more. But we were able to checkout right away.

We ordered major league pizza for pickup. It was the best pizza Ive had in a while. Wings are a little on the smaller side but pretty good. Overall place is clean and staff are friendly.

I dont normally shop at Target, but I needed some larger towels and they had what I wanted for a decent price. Love how easy it was to order online and pick up in the store.
