Great people and good merchandise. We didnt find what we were looking for but found some other great ts and love the mystery bags. Hot Topic always has great, unusual stuff. Always one of my favorite stores.

Asked if they had something specific, showed them the item and they told me they didnt carry it and had never seen it.Never looked it up on there system they just said they didnt sell itWent looking for it and found the item on the shelves mixed up with other things🤷‍♀️🤔

I HAD BEEN TRYING TO FIND A VERY SPECIFIC COSTUME FOR MY DAUGHTER EVERYWHERE. EVERY PLACE WAS SOLD OUT AND IT WAS $45-$50 AVERAGE EVERYWHERE I WENT. LAST STORE I WENT INTO AND I SAW IT 2 LEFT PRICE TAG AT $ 54.90 YIKES HAD HER TRY IT ON AND IT FIT PERFECTLY. THEY CHECKED THE PRICE AND IT WAS ON SALE FOR 75% OFF. INSANE DEAL TOTAL PAID FOR A $60 COSTUME WAS ................ $13.99 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO WE BOUGHT IT AND SHE WAS SO HAPPY LOL SO WAS I. STAFF WAS NICE HELPFUL AND CONSIDERATE WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK...

Love that they always have new styles. Still, you definitely want to TRY before you BUY. Their sizes follow no real rules. A large dress might fit you perfect but a large shirt could be way huge and some of their styles are designed specifically for tall peeps.

I went to find a band shirt. They still have a pretty good selection considering the rest of the store seems to be cartoon or pop culture type items. The set up of the store was extremely haphazard! It was like a maze. There were in makeshift tables with cardboard boxes of random clearance items. This store is absolutely not ADA compliant (the isles were probably 2 ft or less wide) staff was friendly during checkout but left a sensor on my shirt.

Love it! They have LOTS of cool stuff. Tshirts. Posters. Bags, Cups/mugs. Wallets, hats, journals, games, nose rings/ ear plugs & all sorts of gift & gag (funny stuff) items. ..literally 100s of items I could not possibly list all.

I work in retail myself and have my fair share of knowing what a bad customer is so I bit my tongue but the three associates there talked way too much amongst themselves to the point where they physically saw me in line and payed no attention to me and I uncomfortably stood there for a pretty long time trying not to feel like a inconvenience as they talked about a philly sandwhich for like ten minutes. No exaggeration lol. They really didn’t seem concerned. Besides that I love it there.

Every time you vist you gey a lot of coupons i shop a lot here tshirts are expensive but they are comfortable for cold weather like a light cold weather and hot weather (breathable) and best of all tshirts can last for years but print starts to chip away mostly black shirts kind of anime + gothic with a mix of tinsy bit of fandom tiny merch store

Hot Topic is a good place for anything superhero, cartoon, Doctor Who, or Goth. They have a frequent buyer progam, and special discounts. If you cant find the size you need, try their website. Really fun, unusual Halloween costumes. The clearance can be a great deal, especially the mens shirts.

This company is absolute trash! DO NOT. Order anything online! They will give you a different answer everyday as to when it will arrive, then they use a ridiculous snail mail way of sending it, and they ship your items out seperately. I am so furious and WILL getting my money back. Their items are made super poorly and cheap but the price gauge you on EVERYTHING. AND THEY ARE CONNECTED TO TORRID WHICH IS ALSO A TRASH COMPANY. DO NOT give them your money not worth it. 😣

If I could I would give them a zero star for there online service. DONT SHOP ONLINE !!!! They are very decieving when it says its in stock and than you find out your whole order is out of stock??? I ordered 7 shirts and only one shipped out and others said its proccessed. I email customer service and they said 6 of my orders is out of stock which is technically my whole damn order. I work in customer service and they are just repetitive of just saying sorry for the inconvience we cant help you. You will also get a run around because when you reply you get a different person not the same one that helped you the first time sending out an email. This is just bs because it is the holiday season and you hope to expect them to arrive before christmas. JUST HORRIBLE. Save your time and shop else where!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive been disappointed with Hot Topic in general, this use to be one of my go to stores, but recently I have not been satisfied with my visits, I live far away from this store and I go to visit every once in a while, I went in today noticed a Funko pop and I have a friend that collects them I promised him this one called and ask to put in on hold and they told me they couldn’t, I’m sorry you lost a customer
