I took my grandson shopping for running shoes. There were 3 salespeople at the shoe store and they were not very helpful. It wasn’t busy at all and not one showed any desire to “sell” or at least show interest in showing us the different type of shoes. The reason that I am writing this review is because we went to the Kid Foot Locker and noticed the big difference in customer service. There was only one sales person there (Matthew) and he was very attentive and friendly. Matthew gave tips on what to look for in running shoes.We ended up buying from this store because my grandson’s foot size was size 9 and the Kid Foot Locker did not carry his size.

PLACE HAS A GOOD SELECTION OF JORDAN GEAR.. JUST NO SIZES BIGGER THAN XL.. I MEAN JUAT A COUPLE XXL BUT NOT MANY.. STILL A GREAT STORE.. WILL RETURN.

Every time I try to call this store the phone just rings. No one ever answers. Have been calling for 23 min and no one answers.It’s now 12:07 on they opened at 11am. Still no answer. Called the Carlsbad store to ask is the Escondido store was open due to the virus.Even the Carlsbad store said that Escondido store doesn’t answer for some reason. That’s horrible customer service especially right now with everything going on. What a sad way to run a store.

I got here at 6:45pm on a Saturday after work, and they tell me there closed when on there web site it does not clothes tell 7:00pm, if it was me I would be trying to get all the business I could right now.

Needed a good pair of running shoes for my husband. The selection here is terrible. Pretty much only Nike and most were basketball shoes. Wouldnt recommend if you are looking for a various selection.

Great footlocker, bad kids footlocker.The employees here are always helpful and nice. I had a bad experience at the kid footlocker and they were happy to help fix that. Im not usually one to write reviews but this was just irritating. On 9/7 at the Escondido mall, my boyfriend and I went in to kid footlocker so I could try on some shoes and hopefully purchase some. I tried on a few pairs but I really liked the red Nike air huaraches. They had the right size, a size 6y, but I also wanted to check out the lady footlocker. So my boyfriend asked the guy that was helping us if he could hold onto them for us while we went to the other store. So after we went to lady we went back to kid footlocker so we could purchase the shoes, and there was two new workers. Two ladies. We told one of them that we had a pair of shoes on hold. So one of the girls went back to look for them, but couldnt find them. So she asked the other girl, Gabby, that was there if she knew where they were. But she couldnt find them either, until she found a pair of red huaraches that were on hold, but they were a size 4 1/2. Those werent the pair we had on hold. So she called the guy who helped us and she said that those were the ones he set aside for us. Then she tells us that she has the size 6s in the back but theyre already on hold for someone. My boyfriend asked who and she said an employee. And theyve been holding them for a couple months. So an employee can hold them for however long but a customer only has till the end of the day? And if theyre on hold why put the display shoe back on the shelf? The guy who brought out the shoes for me to try said nothing about them already being on hold for someone. So she wouldnt sell us the shoes. I liked the selection of shoes they had but we did not like the experience. Thank you to the group at the regular footlocker for being nice and for helping me order my shoes.

Gaby is the WOMAN! She is polite, helpful, honest and respectful! Great experience, comfortable and pleasant shopping. I went back to purchase another item and this super woman come out of the sky and helps me, her name is shari, she was knowledgeable, helpful and professional! Customers service should be experienced the way she displayed her skills 5 stars to shari! Big ups to you shari!

The best place to buy shoes

Okay selection but several pairs I wanted to try on were not available in my size...I ended up going to their store in South Coast Plaza...bigger store...bigger selection and no issue with sizes.

Called the store to see if they carried a certain shoe, the lady didnt seem interested in looking or very friendly, as if i was bothering her! Not the best customer service over the phone!
