Ive always loved this little store. They have everything you can need as far as color, bowls, brushes, foils, product. Theyre very helpful. Its a wonderful little place.

Have been to this store 1000 times since I work nearby. Went in today and had my first interaction with Morgan. She was WONDERFUL. Made helpful recommendations and got out from behind the desk to help me . This was the best experience I have ever had at this site, love her!

I went here today for the first time with my son. They were incredibly friendly, interacted with BOTH me and my son, and were helpful in answering questions. There was a sale online that was not going on in the store but that was no problem because they were more than willing to match the price. I will be a repeat customer at this location for sure!!!

Greatest place to find all your beauty supplies and the people that work there are wonderful. They take time with you. Not like most places. I love them and I hope they stay in Erie so everyone has a chance to check it out.

The employees at this location are very knowledgeable and helpful, unlike the employees at the Summit location near Target! A place like this should hire people with knowledge of the products!!! I will definitely only be going to this location from now on.I may venture to the Harborcreek location to see how the service is there as well. I just hope the staff is as knowledgeable and helpful as the employees at the 26th Street location!!

The sign says open at 9, I get there at 9:03 and there is a sign on the door be back in 5 minutes. And the employee is pulling away. As a stylist who is on her way to work and needs something, this is very inconvenient. Not to mention many of the times I have came here and they are rude...
