Very Patient staff at this store. I worked with Chris and he ensured no memories were lost when I purchased my new phone. Went from a Samsung to a TMobile brand phone and I still didnt lose anything! Best store in the area.

The worst service ever! Don’t go to this store if you want to return or exchange your purchase! They are liars, because the manager instructed them to lie to the customers to avoid any return of purchased items from this store.And dear Mr Manager, don’t ask me to resolve the problem by your email, because I heard your lies on the phone when you talked to your employee! I wasn’t allowed to take the phone that I asked for and this made me very disappointed .

Chris..., assistant manager, didnt give me a last name.Speechless behavior. I will never again go to this store. Hi did not help me with my problem.Technicly he just kick me of the store.I went to other store in Chaumburg on Roselle rd where guys take care of me, and fixed my phone in 10 minutes. I think he didnt like my polish accent. Im t Mobil costumer over 20 yrs, and I never expected this.

Visited 3 days ago and came to pick up phone they ordered. Chris was awesome best experience Ive ever had at Sprint(TMobile?) Made my 2 hour visit to the store painless. Chris made sure everything was done correctly and that none of my personal information was lost. Chris is always super helpful to my family and even got my elderly mother a new phone thats easy to use and made us feel like family and took the time to give her lessons on it! This will continue to be my Go-To place for everything Sprint! And I have something to say about what ive read on this thread about the man pulling the polish accent card. Im the customer you interrupted while Chris was focusing on making sure my information was put on my new phone. You had no right to storm in the way you did, completely bypass the line of several people ahead of you and after acting confrontational, demand this boy give you his last name after he simply asked you what brought you in that day to get an idea. Why on earth would he give you his last name if youre not a cop, and are trying to intimidate him? All because your wife was abusive to the employees and was asked to leave for that abuse and cursing at them with children in the store! I will be calling Sprint to personally compliment and commend Chris for his professionalism. Dont cut people in line, dont come into a store flipping out with children in the room demanding names and collecting everyones business cards over your wifes own actions and inability to behave. The way you acted was intimidating and threatening. Ironically not only am I Polish, the person who left a review before you is also polish and speaks of the very same employees going above and beyond staying late to help their POLISH customer. Theyve earned my business :)

I was there a few days ago to get a new phone. I have been to many stores in the past but I confidently can tell this location is the best.Maciej, Chris and Tony are wonderful and very friendly, they helped me to choose the right phone and answered all my questions patiently! They took care of the whole process very quickly, much faster than I expected!

I called to see if there were any more T-Mobile blankets available for T-Mobile Tuesday and the girl who answered the phone was very rude and seemed irritated by the question I was asking her. Next time I need to go to a T-Mobile location, it won’t be this one. I don’t need to deal with people like that.

We were lied to about how much things would cost. We specifically asked how much more money would be added to our monthly bill if we added other things to our plan and we were not given the full information. The sales person only told us how much the equipment would cost, did not mention how much the monthly service would cost. Very disappointed in this location. Will never do business with them. And the ironic thing is this sales person specifically said he was not a liar and took pride in the fact that he was very open and honest with customers. That should’ve been my first clue.

I did not realize the store was getting ready to close and they still helped me activate my new phone. They treat the customer first and so nice to work with. They really made my day!

After almost 20 years and thanks to the staff at this store, my husband and I finally became frustrated enough with Sprints customer service that we switched to Verizon. We were in the store on Sunday, June 21st and our experience was so poor that we walked right to Verizon (two doors down) and changed everything over to them in the same day.We needed to upgrade our phones from iPhone 5 & 6 to 11s. When we arrived the music was very loud - it was hard to hear the employee who was standing near me (socially distanced of course), one employee simply leaned/sat on the counter playing on his phone the whole time while the other guy helping us seemed new and was really struggling to comprehend every question we asked him, as well as use their system. The other employee would occasionally chime in if he could spare a moment from staring at his screen.No one offered deals even though wed been bombarded by iphone Sprint commercials before coming to the store, and overall we didnt feel welcomed or confident that the prices we were getting wouldnt change once our bill arrived. It just seemed like they were withholding information. And to their credit they may not have been but they didnt inspire any trust. We literally asked how much our monthly bill would be with the new phone charges, insurance, and our service THREE TIMES and the young man could not answer the question. And by the looks of other current reviews, this seems to be a problem - which might actually be an issue with deceptive corporate policies rather than this particular group of employees, and if so, shame on you Sprint.This experience was actually the third and final straw with Sprint. Several years back we had a terrible encounter at the Algonquin, IL store the last time we upgraded phones (it took over four hours and the woman screwed up transferring all of my husbands contacts) which is why it has taken us this long to even consider phone upgrades; then a couple years ago we wanted to find out if there were any new service plans - wed had ours for several years - and the employees at the Rolling Meadows, IL store were sleezy and treating their store like a frat club. Again, we didnt feel we could trust the prices they were giving us. Honestly Sprint, customer service matters and it will bring in more money in the long run so you may want to rethink your store training (and yes, I work retail and have for almost 15 years). When a customer comes in, ask them about their experience, find out more info about how they use their phones, what they plan on using them for in the future, etc - be proactive in assisting them.Two positives: they store is clean and they are doing what they can for social distancing in this pandemic so if you LOVE Sprint and need to go to the store, that at least is nice.My husband is going blind and wanted more information about the iPhones accessibility features and if another brand would offer more, but there was no help and to be honest, they just seemed inconvenienced by our presence. So instead of yelling and getting mad we left Sprint and wont recommend your service to anyone.

I had an amazing experience at this location. I brought my father in for a new phone and was helped by a lovely and sweet rep named Ashley Hernandez. She was able to help us out quickly and efficiently, and was able to take care of all the issues my father had with his account and new activation with no hassles, all while tending to all other business in the store on her own. Ashley was great, and the experience was as problem free as you can get at the usual nightmare you encounter at a cell phone store. Give this girl a raise!

I must say after reading these recent reviews I am shocked. Been coming to this store for years and never had an issue and its always been a delightful experience. The most recent set of Staff is amazing Especially Chris and Tony!! Any questions or issues we have they go above and beyond to help me and my family.Theyre all very knowledgeable at this store and seem to always consistently put their best effort forward reguardless of who we are helped by even if were not buying anything. This by far has been the only store ive went to over the years, that doesnt make me or my family feel like were nothing but a dollar sign. The staff here is amazing and very attentive and compassionate to all our needs. I can say with confidence that the lengths these employees have consistently went for our family to keep us satisfied is the reason we are still with Sprint. Very well trained and always puts the Customer first.Chris and Tony members of management at this store are rockstars !!!! And the sales rep isaiah is very polite and compassionate!! As for other reviews, all I see is a person that must not have listened to the representatives explain things ( because no matter who were helped by they all explain everything very in depth), someone who doesnt want to setup autopay for some reason or pay their bill online and is upset that they are helping another customer who was probably having something done that cant be done online and probably there first (first come first serve), and someone that for some strange reason doesnt know that NOOOO phone carrier has deals for existing customers.I highly recommend this location for all your Sprint/TMobile needs and I feel so bad for the nice people working here that are being judged for things that are genuinely NOT the employees fault. Best location ive ive visited and always very clean with a friendly member of staff always willing to help you no matter what!!!!!

Amazing experience at this Sprint location. The staff was super friendly and they had chips and water for customers, I’ve never seen that at any other store! Keep up the great hospitality!In particular, Erik was super helpful when I needed to upgrade two of my lines. He made a mistake in communication at one point but he quickly corrected himself and honestly apologized, something you rarely see in employees in this field. Overall, the customer service was amazing. Ask for Erik, he’s great! Definitely recommend this Sprint Store over any other!

As a single mother struggling to make ends meet, i usually dread going to take care of cellular issues, but todays experience has given me peace. After visiting a different Sprint location on Golf and Rolling Meadows and how bogus and rough experience it was, we came here and recieved a pleasant experience! Very efficient and articulate. This is the worst service at any retail location I have ever been. I went into the store to buy an extra cable for my cell phone and a complete package with a plug-in charger in addition to the extra cable. After driving back to work, I reviewed the receipt and found that I had been charged for 2 Chargers and cables rather than one charger and a extra cable. I immediately called the store, and had to return to the store in order to get proper credit. The two representatives were busy waiting on other customers so I wasted another 20 minutes of my time plus the drive back and forth to the store for a stupid mistake that should have been caught immediately as Alex actually pulled the product for me when I purchase them. I will never ever come back to this location. If this store was a representative of Sprint, I would change my service provider. I have not had issues with Sprint in general, however but they need to get this store up to speed.
