Purchased printers, tablets at this store several years ago. Always got excellent service, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Thank you so much for James for carrying a heavy box of printer paper to my car! He was really helpful and offered to carry the box when I only asked for a cart so I could take it myself. Stellar employee!

Make sure whoever answers the phone KNOWS what they’re talking about. Got pulled into a last minute job involving air travel. Called here the day before to see what I needed to do the TSA pre check. WAS told just show up after 10am with my REAL id and birth certificate. Well I’m here at 11:40am and was told “Oh, well you needed to make an appointment, oh and our computer is down and have a few people waiting so she can’t get to you.” My flight is Monday a.m. Thanks for nothing Staples. Wasted my time. You won’t get any of my or my company’s money EVER again.

I give this store high marks on customer service. I needed a last minute rush print job done 10 minutes before the store closed. I was frantic and they remained calm and assured me they could get the job done. THANK YOU!

I had to order label sheets from 2 separate locations because this location only had one in stock. Well, I drove all the way to this location and when I picked up the item and got to my car, I realized they gave me the wrong item (label size). Joe in customer service was very nice and polite. Called this lady who’s name is Renee. She approached me and I explained to her they had given me the wrong item I had ordered online. She rudely responded “no! That’s what you ordered!” I said, “no.. I know what I ordered. Here’s my confirmation” she then proceeds to go and look for the item. Apparently her inventory was wrong. She then asks me to go with her to go look and find the item. I did not follow her and I politely asked joe to just give me a refund. I understand her inventory was wrong but she did not have to be rude. Yes she did offer to order the item or to find another location but her initial attitude had already upset me. Either way I had to drive to the other location to pickup the same item they had in stock.Such a disappointing experience! Just today before driving there, I had been on the phone with a staples account manager to setup a staples account for our business. With this type of treatment... I’ll have to reconsider.

The bathroom is. Super dirty the floor stunks like a bar.Management corporation. Is this. How you maintain clean???Its totally not a bathroom were I would come to wash my hands. Or use it.Make it better improve you all should be ashamed of your self.

Shopping at Staples is why I typically buy computer parts online.I went in to buy a Netgear gigabit switch to replace a dead one. The cashier asked if I had their loyalty program - I do not and communicated that I am not interested. He insisted on trying to get me to sign up.He also tried to sell me a $15 warranty for three years for a switch that cost $31. The switch has a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer.After declining, the cashier then tried to scare me into buying the extended warranty saying if it fails, youre out the cost of a new switch. Its a $31 switch - If it fails, Id just buy another one and send the dead one back to Netgear. The cashier was very pushy about selling the warranty. I had to decline more than once before the transaction was done.Ill get my next one from Amazon where they dont pester people about a loyalty program or a warranty I dont need/want.

Me and my wife came to purchase a desk, and the staff was extremely helpful. The manager Brad helped us find one we wanted and waited with us outside after the store closed until we could find someone to pick up our order. Thanks again Brad!

I never write bad reviews, I swear. But I am shaking after this experienceWent in to print wedding invitations. Fiance and I had a few questions, and the printer staff (who was by himself, despite several customers in a long line) insisted he could not print our RSVP cards because they were not the correct orientation for the 4x6 cards. I asked another staff whether or not they printed 4x6 matte card, of course he said yes, theyre a printing company. He got the manager who blatantly ignored fiance and I. When I tried to use the online template to order them and show him that yes, staples DID offer that, suddenly it was no problem. Then, when we got the invites which he said were printing, we found smudges and scratches on them.It would not have been a big deal if we were not ignored. It would not have been a big deal if the staff had been competent. It would not have been a big deal if we hadnt waited for an hour for the worst customer experience of my life.Will never return here.

I stopped in this store to pick up some envelopes. Roger up at the front greeted me and told me exactly where to find them. When I went up to pay for them he was very polite. I was also able to use an expired coupon. Very helpful and a friendy environment

The manager at this store “Mike” is very rude and unprofessional. I had worked with the print shop and they were very helpful especially Alex but when it came time to check out I had to deal with this Mike and what a disappointment! He was so rude I ended up leaving my whole order at the store and went to FedEx in Elk Grove the manager (Paulette) there was fantastic and completed my order right away and unlike Mike from Staples treated me like a valued costumer. So if for some reason you think you actually have to go to staples don’t go to this one!!

The associate, Vijay, went above and beyond to help me and my wife with our purchase. He took us to the product and explain it to use. He was super helpful and hopefully we see him again.

I called to ask if they had a specific item. They said they had it, great I went there, out if my way, and oh my they didnt have it! Totally inept personnel. Avoid them!!

They may have quality stuff, but I think items are overpriced...Also, many items are mis-priced...For example, on the shelf, the 120 wide ruled filler paper is $1.49, but at the cashier, suddenly, they are $1.99!!!!
