Very happy with our experience with the Sleep Outfitters organization. We had already visited other mattress stores, and had an idea of what we were looking for. Greeted at the door, it was obvious the store was serious about safe protocols due to Covid. We were fortunate to have the manager as our sales person, who knew his product well. Absolutely no pressure to buy, but we did after lots of testing different styles. Our mattress was delivered the following morning at the scheduled time by professionals, who delivered and removed our old mattress/box springs in ten minutes, while wearing masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Very happy with our purchase.

I went to another store before coming here. The last store didn’t even acknowledge me walking in. The moment I came in I was greeted by Richard McIntyre. He let me take my time to check out all the mattresses and he didn’t mind my 7 year old playing like the kid he is. I recently went into Sleep Outfitters to just look at the beds, not thinking I would be buying one that day.
