So a few day ago my wife and I went in to the store. At first we were a little skeptical because no one else was in the store. So turns out they had some great mattresses at good prices (if you are looking for a bargain basement mattress for a couple hundred bucks-this is not your store). Anyhow, Michael (I think that was his name) was really cool about the process. He wasnt pushy. He was not right up our you know what. He was just there to answer our questions (which we had several). The best/funny part was when I sat on one and I said, oh, this is way too firm. He actually said, oh, I am glad you didnt like that one, no one ends up liking it. Long story short, we ended up with a sweet deal on a really nice mattress that fit the bill. The other bit-I asked if they work on commission. He said yes BUT he never behaved like you would expect someone on commission to. And yes, the mattress we looked at and didnt like was more expensive.Just very chill and a positive experience. So yes, what everyone wants to know--I would definitely go there again.

Antoine/Antwan was very responsive to my requests; I believe he went the extra mile for me. I’ve had my Ease 3.0 bed for over 5 months now—no one had explained before that I could adjust the legs (I am barely 5’ tall on a good day)—he even showed me on a bed that was in stock. He made a couple of calls to supervisors to make sure he was providing the best service, When I got a call concerning delivery the next day (not a good delivery timeframe for me), I called him and he immediately established alternate arrangements—and called me back within 5 minutes. I was very favorably impressed with his willing attitude and desire to meet my requests. Great employee!

Very quick and straightforward purchase. We had a special mattress size need (Full XL) which Justin had to look up among the various manufacturers and lines of product. He quickly advised on available brands and helped us select the best firmness for our sleeping style. Justin was super easy to work with and made us a great deal. I felt comfortable walking in there with my wife. Our old mattress is wore out, and its time we ended our relationship. Justin was great, he took his time with us, and we tried many different beds out. We really enjoyed our experience there. My wife fell more in love with the pillows, so we got those to. After using same mattresses for 20 years it was time. I had numerous questions as the available options have increased dramatically. Elizabethtown store was fantastic. Great staff. My wife and I had been talking about a new bed for awhile. With in 30 minutes we had a bed picked out. The staff did not use any pressure sales. They made some recommendations and we made the decision. Completely done in fifty minutes. And it will be delivered in 2 days with complete setup. It could not have been a more pleasant experience. It is hard enough to get a mattress for someone but when it is for your father that is in hospital!!We were treated like we were royalty.

We ordered our tempur pedic on 30 Aug 2020. It was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks later but the day before delivery they found out they delivered our beds to someone else house, so they rescheduled another delivery for 2 weeks later (again). The day of delivery the driver called and said hes not allowed on fort Knox. Now when I bought the beds. I told the sales guy we live on Fort Knox so it has to be delivered by someone who can get on fort Knox. The sales guy said dont worry sir, we delivery alot in fort Knox. I hate when people lie to me.
