Took an 18 or old for his covid shot. The pharmacist was amazing. He was patient and helped me walk this boy thru this shot. He had always pitched a fit and cried any time a needle was involved. No tears and no pressure thanks ill due to kind, caring and professional pharmacy.

Ordered a cake for our sons birthday. They did an excellent job on it. The cake tasted wonderful! We got several comments on how good it was. This is definitely our go to for cakes! Highly recommend!

When comes to groceries this is your place.. way better then getting them at Walmart thats forsure. Way better quality meats.. fruit and such

Super clean and modern grocery store. Well laid out grocery store that is well stocked and has nice wide aisles. Awesome produce, bakery and meat departments.All of the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful.

The prices and everything was okay. What made my experience so unpleasant was overhearing a couple of the stock crew talk badly about a former employee who is apparently homeless and has cancer. They were saying stuff like he deserved what he got and just very rude and bothersome things. More importantly when i told the store manager he LAUGHED. If thats how all of Ingles staff are, i. Will never do business with them again.

Best grocery store in town. Its a bit pricey but they do carry the higher end products so its worth it. Somethings you cant go cheap with and my opinion food is one of them.

I use to go to ingles for all of my grocery needs. Since February of 2020 Ive not been in much for anything. The reason Ive not been in, is theyve not had a good selection of items. They dont give rain checks and if they do they never get the items in. I still go for the pharmacy but thats about it. Their meats use to be so good. Only in the the last year the quality of meat has diminished. I wish that Ingles was like it used to be. Until then Ill shop elsewhere.

Love the store. Have been shopping with Ingles for over 15 years. My complaints are, I shop in store so all the convience parking is pushing my space to the outer limits. They put brakes on the carts so your limited as to how far you take the thing. When they did this, I dang near broke my neck. Tripping over a small cart.Just when does a normal customer count? The mandate for mask is lifted and Im still listening to propaganda, while Im in the store. Not sure about other shoppers but I am over it. Giving serious thought to shopping somewhere else.

Excellent customer service, cashier not so much. Got the feeling she didnt want to be there and she acted like I didnt matter. Store was well stocked, with excellent quality products. All in all great store, just may have to do self check out so I avoid cranky checkers.

Good for hard to find foods. I find a lot of stuff that other grocery stores dont carry.

One of the nicer Ingles that Ive been to, its often empty on the weekdays. The customer service is phenomenal from most of the associates that Ive interacted with. Ingles is just pricey with a lot of things on the shelves.

Took my daughter to get her wic. The stuff at this store is tagged wic allowed but she still had 4$ worth a f something that wasnt excepted . So check and double check your items ladies.

My favorite grocery in Elizabethton. Good stock and if they do not have what I am looking for they always try to get it in for me. Staff makes shopping experience pleasant. I especially like the made to order Deli sandwiches.

The salad bar is wonderful. Ive tried their fresh popcorn and the sushi they offer and it was really good, I was surprised. Theres even a wings station! Prices are great as well. Couldnt ask for better local grocery store. :)

Love Ingles!!! Its like a smaller Wegmans we just moved to the area and new to Ingles. They have great pre-made items, great selection. Employees have always been friendly and very helpful!

VERY CLEAN!!! Really nice store

The overall shopping experience was fine however it was marred by younger children running around maskless touching everything on shelves and adults not controlling them. Most of the adults had masks however alot did not nor were the masks being worn properly. I dont see the point in telling shoppers to west masks or no entry but yet they allow unmasked people to enter w/out any issue. I will not shop here again. I have tried on the earlier times allowed but you still have people that encroach on that that shouldnt be there. I will find somewhere that adheres to the rules and shop there. I am not afraid but with an immuno-compromised family member I will not subject myself to this stupidity.

Great shopping here. They also have a huge salad bar filled with fresh items. They are spittle pricey but just know your prices. Their produce is always fresh and the deli is great too...but pricey. I personally buy vitamins and prices are great.

Love that they have a great Deli that boars Head. Ingles has a awesome bakery. With fresh baked French crusty bread everyday. Friendly staff. And competitive prices.

I will skip my Local Newland NC Ingles that is 7 miles away and drive 35 minutes one way to this Ingles. A lot cleaner store, employees are a lot nicer, food looks and tastes better, management is a lot better at this store.

They take care the customers really like a king. Lovely people work there and it really easy to find stuff that you need if you cant find it one of their employees will help you till you find it.

Picked up my cake 2/1/19. The cake was beautiful, fresh and delicious. I asked the baker to make a road design on the cake (to place toy cars on), she did a marvelous job. Im delighted. Several guests commented on how good it was too! Very happy!

I ordered 3 trays from Ingles for my daughters baby shower. 1 large fruit tray, 1 large chicken salad corsant tray and a medium vegetable. Not only were they beautifully made but they were bigger than I expected and delicious! Thank you for your hard work and the quality of my order. I will definitely order again. WOW! Very large and super clean. Amazing stock with plenty of hard to find products stocked. Great prices and selections. Super friendly staff. Everyone what worked there was nice and smiling ... even though it was later on a Sunday shift. Will go back. I will be checking out other Ingles in other areas.

Great place to shop. Found poinsettias at an unbelievable price to decorate my house and give as gifts. Lots of nice meats on sale and produce. One of the best places to feed A large family on a small budget. Clerks are friendly, helpful and courteous.

Typical Ingles... Well stocked and conditioned. Good deli and produce. The managers need to get to know their customers. If you have an issue they tend to be very distrusting. I bought birdseed once $7...but somehow it didnt get in my cart and I didnt realize it until the next day... I had thrown away the receipt. The next time in store I was told I must have my receipt... I was in there 2-3 times per week... And the manager recognized me but was following policy... The Ingles culture?
