This family is wonderful. They are always so kind, their prices are always great and they even offer free refreshments. Today, they even shared some nice conversation with me. I definitely recommend that you check them both out, for your Auto fixes......and thrift store shopping itches. 😊

This dollar tree is small but it is usually decently stocked. It carries all the most essential items most people should be in need of. It also offers seasonal items. They are beginning to stock for fall holidays such as Halloween and Thanksgiving holidays.

Staff is always nice and friendly. Wish they had more cashiers but they do the best they can, considering our current job market. Staff is still as speedy as possible, friendly & provides great customer service

Had a lot of Halloween decorations so I was very impressed! I also love the new Dollar plus isle!

Ive always loved this store, the other day when I went it was the busiest Ive ever seen it so I didnt stay long cause I didnt feel comfortable with so many people around...

The young guy that rang me up was very rude just because I used wrong card and it declined he smarted off and said if you dont have the money dont come I said excuse me if you give me a minute Ill get the right card. The young man didnt need be that rude I actually had over 400$ on the right card.. I want be back to this store...

One of the worst places Ive ever worked.. The manager Mike and Assistant Manager Tara are some of the worst managers Ive ever seen.. I called in and the assistant manager hung up on me and then called me back being very disrespectful so I said I wanted the manager to call me back.Well the manager calls me soon after.. his name is Mike he shows and speaks with more disrespect than the Assistant manager Tara claiming Im in the wrong this that and the other. The reason they are short staffed is because there is a major management issue especially at the Elizabethton, TN store. Ive not once had to contact Human Resources through none of my jobs but today I did and for a Dollar Tree at that.If I was anyone reading reviews I would suggest to just go to another store do not give this place business

Great prices on crafts and decorations

Nice dollar tree, clean compared to a lot of them. Only thing I could say bad is they need to open more cash registers. Been there twice and lines were pretty long but overall Happy with it will be back again.

The dollar tree is my favorite place to go for deals. The have most anything you need. No need to pay Walmarts high prices. This particular location is spacious, clean, and well stocked. I love the candy they sell.

I love the dollar tree always have but this time wasnt good. A shelf fell on my mom, she is ok just bruised up but this wouldnt have happened if it had been put up correctly. Instead it was propped up. I dont know if they were changing stuff around and hadnt had time to fix it but this couldve been really bad. Im thankful my mom was ok. The manager was very nice, she brought her a chair to sit in why she filled out an accident report. I hope they can hire more help so that things can get done and the wait to checkout isnt so long.

Pretty good and has about everything you would think you need some things are a little too cheap and not worth buying but everything else is usually always there and its my hometown store and has been for years and has never changed and always friendly staff

Had all I needed, tins and mini muffin liners for my candies and cookies for mailing! Now, if only the post office was as reasonable!!

The place to go for Party essentials, if your on a budget. Great & lots of deals. Definitely ALOT of fun inexpensive toys for the kids. You can find just about anything here. you can get ice cream, can foods, all kinds of Halloween candy, decorations for Halloween, plates and dishes. they have school supplies, they have stuff for your car. they have vitamin and health care stuff. toys and games for the kids and all this stuff is just $1 each. it is really a awesome place

I have gone to this store 5 different times, and everytime their selves have been low. I have been trying to get a dog collar and they have been out every time. They need to stock their selves better.

Low inventory, messy and unfriendly staff. The inventory that the store did have was in utter displace. Elizabethton is such a nice clean town with several shopping options. Its too bad the Dollar Tree looks like it belongs in the projects of Memphis.

I love shopping at Dollar Tree but the Elizabethton is always messy. The shelfs are bare in spots most of the time. Lots of stuff laying in the floor. This is not just one visit but it is like this every time I go there. The store in Johnson City, Greenville, and Newport that I go to sometime is always neat and very well stocked ! The girls that work at the register are very nice. Its really ridiculous,I think it should have better management .

Store almost bare..no one restocking shelves...was told there was not sufficient employees to run the store. It has been like this for a couple of months.

It is an ok Dollar Tree Location, but it is usually crowded. Stock is always picked over, not well stocked. Big store though, kept decently clean for the amount of people that shop there.

This place is horrible to try and shop at. I live closer to this one but drive out of my way to shop at another location. Everytime I try to shop here the shelves and walls are empty and the place so dark and looks like a low class discount bargain store. The manager always walking around doing nothing.

I work here so maybe a little bias but geat location and services! Great customer service! Come and see us!

Im probably not going back to Dollar Tree in Elizabethton. The shelves are never stocked. Other Dollar Trees are busy too and they stay stocked. They need people just to stock shelves and not have to run a register too.Very disappointing.
