Need to work on your process, customer experience and employee training, I’m surprised that as big of a company that this is the process is this bad.1 line for all your services makes no sense. Hire more staff so they can greet, help and acknowledge all your customers. Your answering service is over 1 min long and you still have to wait for another recoding after that just to get to the option where you can speak to a rep. Answering services should not be longer than 30 sec tops. Time is money especially in today’s business.

This place is clearly run by a GM who leans on the employees to sell new boxes to folks shipping things with a pre-printed label. When I brought my small, light, taped and labeled, ready to ship box in, I was informed by the fellow behind the counter that I would need to buy a new box with them to ship it with them. This was clearly not the case. If I wasnt running late I would have requested to talk to any manager. Skip this place - theyre going to try to upsell you/scam you. Ridiculous.

Ridiculous. Will not be going back to fedex. Waited in the shipping line 20 minutes. 7 workers only one at register with a line of 6 people. No sign that says we can skip line if we only need printing services. Was attended by someone then left waiting after I sent the email to print, did not help in anyway after reviewing 3 failed email. Was left to figure out how to send the email. Then he struggled to figure out how to print it. Unreal.

WHY do employees insist on giving you a tracking receipt to get you out the door, without first closing/sealing the package?! I seriously dont understand...also, keep your side talk to a minimum with customers in store, especially when your moving slowwwwwwwww

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star, they need all new employees and management. Such a horible horrible experience and place. They are employees they should help customers thats why their there because its their job yet they dont help at all!!!! they need to be fired and all new staff needs to be reinstated. 2nd time here in less then 4 months and each time different team and both times were beyond horrible. So sad. Definitely taking this to corporate !!

So to print out 40 plus pages at FedEx costs over $76 now! $10 per transaction.. which the printer logged me out so I had to log back in and received ANOTHER $10 charge... and two additional charges of around $26! I was surprised it was so dead in their copier section; now I understand! Buying a home printer, Bluetooth capable, costs less than $80!!! Last time I use this place for anything.

Very poor customer service. Extremely slow. Employees will see that the line gets bigger and bigger but do nothing to speed up service. They look and act like its not my job, Im cutting plastic right now. Extremely bad service.

Worst customer experience. The lady at register was so rude!!! The stores website has no review options, so I will put it here. I walked to the store needing to fax a paper. I dont know how to this so I needed some help. I stood in line to ask for assistance. There was a person behind me when it was my turn she automatically started addressing the person behind me asking if he was here to pick a package(which he was, lol) so I proceeded to walk up to her and stated to me theres one line only and to basically go back and wait my turn. I looked at the guy in back of me and he was like no he (referring to me) was in front of me. I said no you go ahead because I think she wanted to help you out. He still insisted so I went up to the counter and asked if she could fax something for me. She told me to go to a fax machine and fax it. I stated I didnt know how to fax somthing. She got upset and proceeded to walk me to a machine. I said never mind and thanked her and walked out. I didnt feel confident that my inportant paperwork would get to its destination. Maybe she was having a bad day/tired of people like me bothering her, but, if you dont like your job move aside and let someone else have chance that would be better at it. I hate giving bad reviews but this had to be shared

LOL. I ship out ~50 boxes a month, time to quit using fedex, even when UPS is slightly more expensive. Tried up-selling me on one of their rigid, weather withstanding, superman strength boxes. I had my perfectly fine box with non-breakables inside. No difference in me shipping my stuff an envelope to the box... It was just simpler for me to use the original box my stuff came in.

Such bad customer service. I just spoke with Carlos and he wouldnt take my package cause he said it needed more buble wrap. I told him i had secured the items individually but he didnt offer to help. Kept asking for a cc or debit to purchase more bubble wrap. What kind of help is that. Would it cause the company anything to be able to go the extra mile and help? Dont go to this Fedex store!!

This place has absolutely the most horrendous customer service I have ever seen in an establishment. The asst. manger Miguel, in which I say that kindly, needs education definitely on how to manage effectively. My package was denied due to the fact that my box was slightly bent on one side. To add insult to injury he wanted me to buy a box from them then charge me for packaging. Really? Exactly where does a company charge a consumer for damage caused by their on fault. The box a got was from them delivering it! Thats how it came to me then Im suppose to turn around and pay for there damage! The 1-800 number was very resourceful in helping my package get delivered and went as far as getting me schedule for pickup at my employer. Needless to say. Lee Trevino FexEx do not go. If you want customer service that is below standards go....I prefer UPS! :)

If there was an option not to give a rating...I definitely would not give any stars. Their customer service is poor! I went in 30 minutes prior to closing to print out some invitations and the cashier was very rude and not helpful at all. I asked for help and she replied to come back tomorrow because they will be closing soon and had closing duties to attend to. Surprisingly, the manager was in sight listening to us and never once said a word.I have worked in customer service for over 4 years and have always been more than helpful to all my customers. Nevertheless, made them feel rushed or be rude.

Customer service is terrible. Called because I was having an issue with uploading a document to have printed, and the representative who answered was very rude, and made me feel as if she had better things to do than to help. I understand the store closes in one hour, but to say that there are only two employees working, and so she couldnt waste time on the phone just to give prices, was extremely rude. Ive used this location before to print, but due to poor attitudes from the staff, I will not be repeating business, and I will be recommending to others to steer clear of this location.

Service is on the slow side. They have a good number of copy, fax machines, etc, though I have been there at times when I had to wait. Spacious, with a decent restroom. Typical supply of self-help /business CDs for sale.

I needed help making a pdf smaller. The girl that assisted me had no idea what she was doing. When it came to pay. She was quick to touch the no receipt option on the screen without asking me. DO NOT go to this place. You might get this unprofessional girl.

For printing needs go elsewhere. They quoted me $126 to print 4x6 photos (100 copies) $50 was for resizing the images which made absolutely no sense as they were exported by our graphic designer in 1200x1800 format (any graphic designer will tell you its already in 4x6). The lady up front was constantly arguing with me that pixel resolution absolutely does not equal a size in inches. Frustrated I left and went around the corner to Perky Press. Quoted me $30 (1/4th the price!) And guess what? They had zero sizing issues why? Because they were already 4x6 in size.The employee in question should googleInches to pixel converter and understand that they are interchangeable. The computer or program she was using was clearly upscaling the images a quick detail of the file would show a 1200x1800 resolution (4x6)Either they are running an elaborate scam in order to overcharge their customers for printing needs or their printing department is just that dumb.

Ms. Cole gave me the best options available and suggested itd be better if we just shipped the package to his landing destination. One of the assistant managers bent over backwards for us to get a banner printed and walked one of our guys through on how to set up a better looking print job for a replacement printing. Way better customer service than other shipping locations, even locally.

Dont invest in a color printer in your house if you only occasionally need a color printout. Go to FedEx office print place. They are friendly, fast and way cheaper than a color cartridge for the printer at home.

Ive used their services on sporadic occasions most of which I didnt personally deal with the employees directly as I was taking care of my own printing project. The few exchanges of words Ive had with the staff have never resulted on rudeness from their part. At least not on my visits. It seems from the other reviews that others have have unpleasant situations with the staff here.

Same package that Fed Ex driver pick up from my office with no problemThey know that you are there because your package need to leave and will reject your package to make you buy one of them.

Stood in line for a long time before being acknowledged by employee when attented he stated that he was too busy to help me at the time that it would take a couple of hours did not feel like a valid customer I understand that he was very busy but he did not have to say it the way he did. His words were cant you see Im very busy its going to take me a couple hours. I understand it mighta been a choice of words think they need to be educated on the way to service a customer and make them feel vailid.

If you dont feel like working, do us a favor and dont go. Usually have an o.k. exprience but today left me not wanting to go back. Im sorry, I woulnt know... or you need to call the 1800 number doesnt cut it. You could ask for help if you dont know.. so I got charged 5.45 for nothing. Next time I will just go to USPS from the start. Nice, HELPFUL, and friendly.

Just a heads up if you take PRE PAID PACKAGES they will tell you that your package is not well packaged and that they cannot accept them . They will then say that the only way they can accept them is by having them package it (of coarse they will charge you a hefty fee). I took my package to another Fed Ex location and it was accepted no questions asked. Try to avoid this location.
