I own a screen printing and embroidery shop. One of the machines use a specific type of bulb. They sell similar bulbs at The Home Depot and Lowes, but not the same brightness. I went to several stores and I did not find that particular bulb. Found this store on Google, stopped by, was greeted with great service. They had to order the bulbs for my machine. But totally worth it. I highly recommend this place. I don’t take my time to write a review unless it’s worth it!

Called to see about repairing a phone screen and spoke to Jaime. He didnt sound like he knew much about my questions because he kept asking another person. Asked the price and if I could take it in same day. He said yes. I drove all the way over there and then said they wouldnt have the part until 2 days. Totally wasted my time and couldve easily told me that over the phone. Not professional at all! If he didnt know the answers he couldve just let me talked to someone who did. The store is not bad; just the worker.

My previous post I stated that I thought maybe the battery was not charged and I gave this establishment a one star. My security company did a diagnosis and my system was not receiving power. They stated that the battery is just a back up. So they will send a tech next week to find out what the issue that is causing no power. I would use establishment in the future. Only downside is their location from my home.

Good place when looking for a special kind of battery. Looked everywhere and this place had it. I also found the key remote for my truck. Toyota has them for triple the price. They help reset for you.

Strange bulbs and hard-to-find batteries can be found at BATTERIES+. If they dont have it, the effort is not worth the pursuit. Ive dumped some lamps and revived others just because of the cost of maintenance. Nice people there too.

Pricing might be a bit high but the availability is extremely convenient. They have all sorts of batteries available. I especially like the online shopping order ahead and store pickup. As an added bonus you can take your old spent batteries there for recycling.

Batteries Plus El Paso is friendly, accommodating and fast. They replaced the glass on my iPhone in 30 minutes. Phone works perfectly.

I called ahead to see if they were able to program a key fob for my Dodge Grand Caravan. The young lady on the phone, Samantha, was very professional and polite. She was upfront about the pricing and I knew what to expect going in. When I went inside the store, A young lady (im going to assume it was Samantha because she was the only female in the store) greeted me quickly and warmly. She almost immediately took my keys and went out to my van to try to program the new fob. After a little while, she came back in and Told me that unfortunately it didn’t work. She suggested maybe I try the dealership. There was no charge for her time, and the entire process was really quick. I appreciate how rapidly she acknowledged me and tried to help me, because I had two little children with me, and it’s hard to entertain them for very long in a battery store. I’d recommend this business and this employee for being honest, upfront, friendly, and helpful.

Was greeted soon as I walked in. I came in looking for a battery and they were knowledgeable and had it in stock. I also came in with walkie talkies looking for batteries. They opened the walkie talkies to see what batteries it require, because I didnt know, and although I wasnt able to get the batteries they pointed me in the right directions. At check out they informed me of warranty information and took down other information just in case I lost receipt it can still be located by my name and number. Great, for those of us who misplace receipt.

I went in to see if i could get a replacement lithium ion battery and if they could solder a new connection on. the owner came out and yelled at my mother and talked down to her because she is a woman. this place is extremely unprofessional and the owner is very rude i will not return here ever.directed to your comment here is my response. I initially came in and asked if you could solder a connection on to a new lithium ion battery, you said no. I then asked if I could purchase the batteries and i would do it myself, you were so verbally aggressive that you did not hear that, all you wanted to do was tell me it could not be done. Then I said OK and I again asked if i could buy the batteries, to no avail you were just upset, angry, and verbally aggressive, so i left. by the way i bought the batteries at Walmart most likely at a cheaper price and i soldered the connection myself. Problem Solved, outdoor lights work. hopefully after this interaction your customer service and communication skills will dramatically improve.

If its a battery and you need it, they have it. Salesman came to me and asked if I needed help. I had an obscure battery and he had no problem taking me right to it. For the convenience of the obscure battery the price was a bit high. Motorcycle batteries however, are the cheapest in El Paso here.

Ordered online just one pack of 18 AAA alkaline batteries because it was the best deal around and I had a coupon. Next day they called me to inform they didnt have them in stock but would the next day. That they called and let me know the status of my order was above and beyond what I expected for a small order. If you need batteries, I recommend checking them out first before going to a big box store or ordering from an online retailer.

Shopped for and purchased a new truck battery online (great savings that way!) and selected in-store installation to avoid dealing with the old battery. Once the invoice arrived I went down to the store and had the battery installed. Amazingly easy and a lot quicker than I thought it would be. Customer service was great. They explained the warranty info well and sent me on my way. Zero complaints - abundance of praise! Now lets just hope the new Duracell out lives the truck.

I ordered the battery online for store pickup. My wife went to get the battery and the customer service from the older whit guy was nothing short of atrocious. He treated my wife like she was a “little black girl” back in the 50s. A white lady walked in shortly after her and her treatment was the complete opposite. I wish I wasn’t deployed so I could go there and treat him like an “old white guy” in 2019. I’m sure I’ll visit the store when I return and file a formal complaint with their corporate office.
