Was referred here by my insurance after I hit a deer; great service. Friendly, timely, professional, very good price. Very aware and considerate about deadlines (e.g. insurance only pays for a rental vehicle for so long.) I had zero issues with this place and got my beloved car back.

The work seems to be fine considering they had my vehicle for 18 days for hail damage, but I was told my vehicle would be ready for pickup after detailing was complete. All four of my floor mats were still dirty, dirt foot prints still in my carpet from repair guys, & outside still dirty from when it was dropped off. So, not sure about the “detail”.

They scheduled an appointment to repair our vehicle but once it got there they discovered the damages were too sever. So they totalled our vehicle. They did a thorough check which was a good thing. Thanks for a job well done

I was 100+% pleased with the body work repairs performed on my car. I was in a bad wreck which left my car extremely disfigured on one side. Now, my car looks brand new like the wreck never even happened! The staff were very professional, and kept me updated on my car’s progress up until the completion and pick up date for my car! I drive 65 miles to have work done on any vehicle we have, windshields, any and all body work. Being from ElDorado, this is where my parents took all of our vehicles when I was growing up and this is where I take all of mine/ours. When you depend on your vehicle, need to count on it and If you want your vehicle done right. If you want it to be basically done to perfection. Laneys is where you want it to go.

Laneys performed and delivered beyond original estimates. The job was completed with excellence. I am more than pleased! I had expressed my reliance on my vehicle and not wanting to be without it longer than necessary, and they had it ready four days before the original estimated completion time. It was washed and detailed. One side of the vehicle, nowhere near the repair area, had a couple of paint scratches. When I got the car home I noticed they werent there. Apparently they buffed them out for me just because. Two thumbs way up!

Ok so we went here to fix a windshield that had two small pecks in it. It was only supposed to be 30 minutes to get fixed.we waited almost three hours for repairs.the lobby had no refreshments and had employees lunches in the cooler instead. finally an employee offered to get us some drinks, from her own pocket it seemed,it was nice of her but shouldnt have been an issue if they wanted to hold us hostage for so long.and when we get the car back you couldnt tell work had been done.so all in all not happy with my general experience with this company.

If i ever need repair service I will bring it here. Staff was incredible! Recently after an accident which I had repaired at another location my car had a knocking sound when I braked. Frustrated I took to Laneys where after several hours and two service men they found noise to be a very very simple fix. When I received the good news I asked how much and they said nothing! They have earned a customer for life.

My car was towed here after being involved in an accident. I thought that wouldve notified me when they received my car but never heard anything. After three days had passed I called to see if they had my car because I needed somethings out of it. When I arrived someone came out to escort me to my car. While at my car I began to ask questions about repairs. Thats when it became clear to me that they did not perform a thorough inspection, because they did notice that on the opposite side of where the major damage occurred a broken rim from what my car had been pushed upon a curb. After two and a half weeks my car was completed. As soon as I proceeded off the parking lot my car began making loud popping sounds. I returned to Laneys so they could see what was going on. Their reply to me was oh its a bunch worn parts. I honestly dont think that was/is the issue because if so as bad as everything sounds I wouldve heard it before the accident.

Everyone was very friendly and they did a great job on my car.

I took my car to Laneys on October 29th. It was almost 3 weeks before I heard anything from them and a month after getting my car back. My concerns and issues, etc. are that I had to make more than one trip to Laneys. Yes, I am a woman but I guess as a woman Im not supposed to know what the heck Im looking for or looking at when it comes to a vehicle. Well, I took one look at my car and notice right off that something wasnt right. Now when you pick up your vehicle from a collision center after being fixed, I assumed that it shouldve been cleaned up in order for the customer to see the excellent job that you have done. Well, my car was nowhere near clean, not that I was looking for a car wash because I am capable of cleaning my own car, I promise you under any circumstances. I should have been able to see a clean appearance with unnoticeable damages that were done to my car. Well, I saw them regardless clean or not. I wasnt trying to be petty about the situation but when a car is only a month old youre looking to see the same results before the damages occurred. Yes, I examine everything, thats just me, have to take care of things on my own. The first time passenger side fender was not right what so ever, scratches on the lower bumper of the driver and somewhere else, bubble paint. The second time the fender was still the same. Im assuming the Boss came out trying to explain what the manufacturing company does compare to what they had done. So he assumes to push in on the fender and ask me does that look better. So you think pushing or bending the fender was going to be a fix for me, dont ever assume that will work for me ever. The quality of your work should be just as good as the manufacturing company, thats how you want to be rated. I went to pick up my car on Monday, November 26, had to leave it. I went back on the 27th, had to leave it. I went back on the 29th pick it up, the fender looked better. The next day, Friday 29th, I noticed the rubber on the inside of the drivers door was not fixed, you can hear the wind whistling as you go down the highway. Also the trimming around the drivers side back door was coming off and scratches still on the hood. Now I had to wash my car to see the results of these issues. I know that its just material things but if I gotta pay insurance in order for you to fix my car, I want it done right. Now I gotta take it back due to lack of inspection before calling me to say my car is Ready! I really do appreciate Sandy for listening to my complaints and trying to make sure that I was satisfied, I give him a 5 STAR for his grateful customer service. Sandy, me being dissatisfied has nothing to do with you, I thank you with all my heart. You shouldnt have to take your vehicle back this many times under ANY circumstances for repairing damages that should have been repaired from the beginning. Not sure if its just certain one who gets the best service without returning their vehicles more than once.
