If you want quality service, this is the place to go. We drove over an hour to buy a vehicle here recently and it was worth the time. They really take care of you. The vehicle we bought was 11 years old but was in prime condition thanks to the work they put into it, all the way down to a fresh oil change with synthetic oil. Kind, easy to work with, honest, no hassle experience! Next time we are looking for a vehicle we will check here first! Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed!

I have used automotive specialists on more than one occasion. Every time they have been consistent with their communication, pricing, suggestions, and friendliness. I had a special circumstance recently where I took in a vehicle that was owned by my deceased sister and needed a seat repair. I feel like automotive specialist went out of their way to make sure the job was done in a very effective manner. I cannot thank them enough as it was not just a mechanical job it was a sentimental job to me. I will always recommend this location whenever someone asks for automotive repair. You guys rock!

Mitch was very kind and great to work with. We showed up about 30 minutes to close on a Saturday to look at a car and he didn’t rush us, let us take our time driving the vehicle, and answered all of our questions. He was very honest with us and we could tell the car was very thoroughly checked over and maintenanced. We also came from an hour away and he stayed late to help fill out paperwork and get the car ready to go for us. The interior of the car was immaculate. Great service!

Customer service is excellent. We had to bring our truck here to repair/ replace a bumper. Although, we were waiting for approval from my boss to approve the cost. I still suggest this place. We hope you all enjoyed the tacos from Chabelita’s 2 Go. It’s on Facebook.

They sell vehicals there to been there to look at vehicals never had work done there but the owner is pretty cool guy and we talked he knows what he talking about so to and looking at a vehical was great theres no pushy salesman and u just take your time and ask questions and look nice experience from all those others that just care if u buy a car or not so awesome place

Just needed to get a minor thing checked and it was a few minutes after their closing hours. Mitch offered to help anyways and did it while showing me how to do it myself. I could definitely do it myself if I just had the tools for the job but it was really helpful to see how to do simple task such as cleaning the mass air flow filter

My daughter had a car accident and all of her side airbags deployed when she spun out and her driver door hit a reflector pole. We heard about this body shop, so drove the car there. Travis was extremely helpful, getting the rpair estimate uploaded to our insurance company by the end of the next day. He let us know that the car woud probably be totalled as airbags are very expensive to replace. We heard back from insurance the next business day! If we ever need estimates for body work agaim, thats where well go!

My daughter just moved in to her apartment at Butler Community College and she suddenly had driving issues with her SUV. She just happened to pull in to the parking lot on a Sunday early evening and even though they were closed, Mitch was there and helped her figure out the problem. He got it in for repair on Monday for a very reasonable price. I cant thank him enough for helping her out. I feel more confident now that if there are future issues while she is at school, he will be there to help!

We had issues with our truck on the turnpike. We were able to get to Automotive Specialists. Mitch was very informative, explaining the problem and the solution. The staff was very friendly. The problem was fixed and we were back on the road. We highly recommend them and will be returning to Automotive Specialists for regular maintenance.

Cant say enough good things about the staff at Automotive Specialists. I was on a trip from Minneapolis to Dallas. About halfway through my trip, the car started making noises. I wouldve been SOL without these guys. I had a dog and a cat with me, lol, but they allowed them in while my car got repairs. They pushed me to the front of the line, ordered the parts, quoted me several quotes for the fix, and made sure I was OK to go the rest of the way to Dallas.

Our Air conditioner broke during our 2 hour trip to Wichita in the middle of summer with our one year old in the car. We called the shop and he got us in right away! Excellent service! And he fixed our key battery. I recommend this shop to anyone.

My go to place for all automotive repairs. Needed new battery for Suburu, so had one delivered same day from Wichita. Great price and got loaner car for work. Best place in area. Bit more expensive up front than others, but more than make up in long run. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Its very hard to find a mechanic that is trustworthy but this is definitely the place to go! They handle foreign and domestic vehicles and do excellent body work. I had them fix a crumple on the fender of my BMW and I could not tell that it had been damaged.I have never been patronized because I am a woman. I usually know whats wrong with a vehicle but sometimes I cant explain it very well. Mitch and his team help diagnose a problem and then fix it quickly and typically under budget.It is difficult to find a mechanic with whom you trust with probably the most expensive valuable you have other than your home. I have recommended many of my friends and family to this professional establishment.
