Went into the store to fix my Acatel Go Flip and was charged a modest price of $60 to fix it. The phone worked fine for a good 2 weeks then for some odd reason I wasnt unable to take pictures on the phone. Brought in back in when it was still under the 30 day warranty and they basically wouldnt fix it as it wouldve cost them more than what I paid to fix it. Im glad that I went back to Sprint and dont recommend this store to anybody who doest want to get ripped off.

Joe, that works there is awesome, friendly, professional & knows what he’s doing. He also will talk to you on a friend like basis. If you treat him good & treat him with respect he will show the same to you. It’s always clean in his store as well. Been going there about 10 years & will continue to do so.

The man at the counter 10 Hayes was absolutely Superior most professional how do I cant say that for T-Mobile because I did get drop calls for 3 days thank you very little and prove to 5G which I invested in!! Amen to that!!!

Bought an off-brand iPhone accessory from here and was promised it would be replaced if it didn’t work. Of course it fell apart before I even got a chance to use it. When I brought it in and just asked to have it swapped out with one that might work I was told I would be charged 10$I discourage anyone from buying any phones or accessories from this store
