Horrible experience...Was in store 3hrs trying to get line added and new phone shipped to no avail. Worker was frustrated over having to do his job correctly, dont understand why but....

This is hands down the best t-mobile store ever. I wanted to upgrade my phone and open a few other lines for my nieces and nephews, David helped me out and was so sweet and knew all the answers to my questions. On appreciate your customer day they gave out chips, pop and water! This store is amazing.

Tried to stop me from getting my phone same day from another store..

David made my experience at T-Mobile amazing, talked in a nice way and managed to help me fix my phone and tell me the things I need to pay off. He was a great help two thumbs up for him!! 👍🏼👍🏼

This is the best store if it wasn’t for Shereen and Eyson helping me with my family plan I wouldn’t even be with T-Mobile. This store location did what the 10 and Hoover location could not. They upgraded my phones and took care of some unfamiliar billing issues. I will only be coming to this location from here on out these individuals deserve a raise!

I walked in with just a payment to pay, not knowing I was eligible for a upgrade! Rami helped me out and gave me a whole brand new phone, service here is amazing. Answered all my questions throughly!

I live in tht area and will never return to tht location... very rude and does not open or close on time I have 2 I phone 8+ from there last time they ever see or get money from me... go to pay my bill and there closed early... had a problem wit my bill and the guy talked to me so nAsty no professionalism at all.... I on a few blocks away but Will definitely bypass this location

Beware of the guys that run this tmobile i paid 60 percent down for a galaxy s8 thats 414 dollars and 20 dollars for that sim card thats all i wanted was the phone i was suppose to pay just 434 dollars that day tell me why they over charged me 489 dollars for a bunch of services i didnt even want i been calling cuatormer support and going to the store to get my money back i was over charged 55 bucks and all they did was give me 40 dollars in credits that i can only use for the phone service thats 55 dollars i could be paying my phone off with i didnt ask them to add 55 dollars in extra services i just wanted the phone and thats it I WANT MY 55 DOLLARS BACK OR IAM RETURNING THIS PHONE AND IMMA COME UP THERE EVERYDAY TILL I GET MY MONEY I DO NOT WANT NO CREDITS I WANT MY MONEY I PAID

Its crucket people that work there. They forgery people signatures to buy accessories. They stuck you with the equipment charges on your bills for 24 months. Called the fraud department they just tell you to so back to the store. They you back to the store they play dumb... Got go to that location they suck....

This store is absolutely horrible!!! I visited this store last Tuesday on my day off to my pay T-Mobile bill, and waited outside till 10:40 and no one arrived!!! Today, I went here again and 10:10 oclock and they still werent open!!!! So I switched from T-Mobile. If this is how their stores are run I dont want to give my worked money to this company!!!!!
