This store has been around for generations and is still one of the best in town! They always have the best new styles but is always extremely busy so if you want to shop get there early before the crowd. The customer service is good and the main manager running this store really goes above and beyond for me. So if I could recommend this store 100 times I would!

The workers are litterly so rude and make you feel super uncomfortable. They don’t help at all and just watch you with a stank face. And the clothes is overpriced. If i can give 0 stars i would. HIRE NEW PEOPLE

The workers were rude and stuck up. I was discriminated because of my race and made very uncomfortable. The clothes were basic and horrible quality, dresses are so thin and see through. Cheap material but high price?? Would not go again

Overpriced. The have few nice garments, but for the material and even the simplest clothing pieces like a crop top being 30$, Id rather go to a boutique that contain clothes without so much polyester. Also its a hit or miss on the service, you will get some workers that are kind and others that will ignore you.

Such horrible customer service, the girls working do not help you and ignore you as if they do not want you shopping there. Dislike this store because of the workers.

I asked them to put something on hold cause there was a line and my movie was starting. I go back after the movie to buy the shirts and they sold them... like what? Ya’ll need better workers.

Fitting rooms closed due to COVID (totally understandable) but they didn’t extend/update their return policy. No refunds whatsoever and no returns after 30 days? Good for business, terrible for customers, especially if you consider self quarantine guidelines.

Omg I love this store! Itzel is the best and always helps me find such cute outfits. All the girls are always so sweet that work here. And the clothes of course are amazing! So glad they opened up a location closer to me in Downey

Uuuuh is ok, not fancying store but I waist the time there.

First of all I saw some pants on the mannequin and I ask were did they have them in the store because I could not see them on the racks so the girl said that was the last pair so I ask if I can try does on the mannequin or something similar to does the same size they made such a big deal they ask what was my size because the ones the mannequin size where small and didn’t seem to fit me I think first of all I should no my size not them the assistant manager was also very rude her name is soany had no manager skills what so ever very rude too worst experience ever I always shop here never had any problem like this

I was shocked at the disgusting music they play over the radio. It was full of profanity.And had heavy sexual content. I was very offended. I wouldnt spend a dime here.
